Wouldn't a moon have to be on a very high orbit in order to have rings?
Not that I am against it.

Edit: Played with the idea of a moon having rings in Universe Sandbox and it seems that our moon could possibly temporarily keep rings up to 3 times its diameter.

I recently finished a really cool little game that came out about a week ago. Since I'm afraid of what may come out of my mouth/keyboard if I continue talking about it much longer, I'll just leave a link here.
