And this will miraculously make test reagents appear in the lab(s) of the state's public health system? Which will ... accomplish what?
The virus is out there, containment was doomed when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) "let the bat out of the bag," you want effective actions? Urge her to take mitigation steps today.
There's reasons the nation's colleges are moving to remote teaching, the nation's sports leagues are canceling their games, etc. etc. See "The most important graph in the world", and don't let your state become another Hubei province or Lombardy, with hells one Earth like Wuhan.
Anyone want to participate in a documentary? About 50 people so far, and we're looking for more!
I'm a documentary filmmaker creating a feature length film composed entirely of community video submissions submitted daily as the COVID-19 pandemic progresses. We are looking for people (anyone!) to submit daily or at least frequent short videos documenting and discussing their lives during this pandemic. Everyone is in this together but experiencing so many different things, so we want to use the power of cell phones and the internet to create a global picture of how humans are fighting and coping with COVID-19.
So far we've had a lot of positive feedback about the process and many have found it therapeutic in these times.

PLEASE feel free to ask questions, I want to be as transparent as possible. I may not be prompt, but I will answer any questions I can.
My heart goes out to everyone fighting this; we're in this together.
UVc is good for surfaces, like countertops, or for use inside of HVAC. The problem with using it to sterilize objects is that you can't guarantee good exposure over the entire surface of the object. Consider adding something like a turntable to help ensure better coverage.
After seeing a lot of reports that amazon and delivery drivers are working while symptomatic, what we've done in my house is just pull the cars out of the garage and use that as a marshaling point for all incoming items. We remove things from boxes and packaging in the garage and then bring them inside after they've been out there for a day. I have a UVc light, but I haven't felt the need to use it yet.
