There are like a thousand other side chains offering the same solution: arbitrum, optimism, avalanche, binance smart chain, fantom, harmony, Celo, moon river, palm, xdai, HECO and more. On top of that the solana incident shows the downsides of a centralized blockchain. Betting on polygon is akin to betting on horse racing hoping your favorite one will magically outpace the others.
Not anywhere close imo. It's ATH was 9USD, like last year, and gas fees are typically about 0.01-0.02USD. If you would like to check it out, here is a partial list here. I say partial because it hasn't been updated in a bit. For auto compounding check out Aliens Farm and SpaceFarm, they both have some interesting stuff.
None of them offer as many products as Binance international. The platforms I covered are all available in the US, which means that they wouldn't comply under the US law for securities trading if they offered the other types of products available on Binance international (with the exception of staking).
Coinbase (normal) and Binance US both have staking options, though they each offer a different set of staking coins. I believe Kraken also offers staking, but I can't see them on my account without buying those specific coins.
Sorry you can't access the site. This sounds like it's the a result of an issue we had 2 weeks ago where our root certificate provider had some downtime. It should have been resolved back then but you may have the old SSL certificate cached.

ok so let me start off by saying that its a good idea to invest in cryptocurrencies but not all of them, in my opinion bitcoin is dead in the water as its way to expensive to mine and just a major pain i mine here : https://www.eobot.com/new.aspx?referid=264251
The reason here is they have over 30 different types to mine, also they can be exchanged one for another, its a great way to learn how to trade cryptocurrency and make money at the same time. They also except paypal as a for of payment which is great if you do not have bitcoins in your possesion
Nobody can predict the market. Too many factors at play. It's also impossible to have "the perfect timing." I think Warren Buffet had it right.

Purse.io or anything like Coincards (purse.io is far quicker, Coincards would take several extra minutes.
I bought this one last year and have no complaints
Keeping my promise ;) It's live: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.sflueckiger.apps.cryptolio
As it has been 7 years since i last touched android dev and a lot has changed, probably it is not yet 100% stable / working. Would love feedback / ideas :)
Hello xolosenpai,
Yes, Ledger has announced it will be supporting Monero. Monero has already finished the code to integrate it with the Ledger wallet and is waiting for the Ledger to fine tune the app on their side. You can keep up to date about the developments of this on the trello board of Ledger here. If you are really eager to see how it works or try it out you can download the Dev version available in the Ledger Manager app under Developer items options. We suggest you only use testnet coins to try it out as the app has not been officially released.
With kind regards,
The Anycoin Direct team
Someone sent 31 M usd worth of BCH for a transaction fee of just 0.77 USD. Anyone know how he/she managed to do that? https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/334b8c4c9baa282d58902710c741e1b72df554bdabe710e72478178b9a627ef9
You are right, it is off. I think a more accurate number is 17 or 18 billion USD on January 1, 2017: https://coinmarketcap.com/historical/20170101/
It still has been astronomical growth. Almost 10x so far this year. That's insane. Wish I had gotten in earlier, but oh well, here I am now.
You could upload it to Imgur or something mate, or if it's snapchat pm with your username and I can add you if you want.
Edit - Imgur needs an account now but don't think IMGBB does

What interested me on Stellar XLM’s, was the mission for changing how corps send money between international lines. What normally would would be bog down due to wait times for currency exchanges or coin exchanges, XLM works to solve that. (https://www.stellar.org/?locale=en)
Chainlink to be honest was suggested by a friend who is heavily in crypto so I purchased a couple and its tripled since. (Just being honest here!)
Since I got more or less the same response from everyone I'm gonna respond here:
Of course I know it can't be that simple. That's what my question targeted since no one really did it there must be more to it.
That being said a few follow up questions:
Also I ran the numbers here into a calculator
https://www.nicehash.com/marketplace
And from what I was able to tell the crypto you'd get would be more than you paid. But maybe I calculated wrong.
You could use the coinmarketcap.com api.
https://coinmarketcap.com/api/
For example, https://api.coinmarketcap.com/v1/global/
{ "total_market_cap_usd": 144506222551.0, "total_24h_volume_usd": 10420297538.0, "bitcoin_percentage_of_market_cap": 46.78, "active_currencies": 851, "active_assets": 213, "active_markets": 5142 }
I'm not aware of anything that's already built that would allow you to track the entire market cap like that and set alerts. I only use alerts for individual cryptos and for that I use tradingview.com.
Workaround: Install Reddit Enhancement Suite (a browser add-on you should have anyway). That gives you a checkbox called "Use subreddit style" in the sidebar, so that you can turn off the subreddit-specific style.
Well, instead of fault-finding, it is better to look inwards. People are too keen to make money in a blink of an eye. Nothing beats getting to know what you are getting into. The more you know about crypto, the better your chances of making money. Here is my exhaustive take on crypto markets.
Godex still relies on the same process as Changelly:
1. Godex creates a deposit address for you to send funds to
2. Once you deposit your funds into an address that Godex controls, you trust Godex to fulfill their end of the trade
What's to stop Godex from not reciprocating the trade or holding out on sending you your funds at a rate that is more favorable to them? Just look at these reviews... https://www.trustpilot.com/review/godex.io?languages=en&stars=1&stars=2&stars=3

What bullshit!
Nano really is probably the best in that regard. Honestly, it’s kind of fun to just send transactions back-and-forth. After using Bitcoin, it feels incredible. The last couple of updates have really started to push the envelope. Banano is also an incredible (and silly) fork of Nano. Definitely worth a look.
Stellar is great compared to almost everything but Nano. And as for decentralized exchanges, nothing (except maybe Waves) operates like a Stellar Dex. As for distribution, the tokens held by the team are going to be distributed over the next 10 years, roughly. The team will only retain 5% of the total supply. Source
Cheers, amigo!
Oh man. Just stop. You're going to lose money.

you can turn it off in the overlays menu, at the top of the chart.
Yeah I'll stand up for these guys. I am not employed by Kraken, or some kind of affiliate, but my experience with Kraken has been... well, literally flawless. If I have a negative experience, it's always my fault, in the sense that I didn't place an order at the right time or price point. For the guy complaining that it's too messy or complex, I have to say that not all exchanges allow you to set a trend sell/buy (eg. stop limit). Yo, they're good. For those that are really curious I would urge your towards their podcast something something decacorn. https://www.kraken.com/learn/podcast
Wise.com is generally the cheapest way to do this (formerly TransferWise). I looked into doing the same thing with crypto exchanges, similar to what you did, and calculated that wise.com rates were better. The main problem, as already stated by another commenter, is the transfer from crypto to fiat at the far end. I fully expect that someday in the near future wise will move to crypto rails and become even cheaper, or a crypto rail solution will be developed to put wise out of business (the Jack Maller guy mentioned putting transferwise out of business "later" in his Ecuador speech).
If you use Dash you can deposit and trade within minutes at KuCoin, no waiting X confirmations like you do with bitcoin. There are a bunch of exchanges doing this including Coinbase. You can find a list of FastPass partners here: https://www.dash.org/fastpass/
Except Dash transactions don’t rely on end-to-end encryption.
In fact, ”Dash privacy features deserve the same regulatory treatment as Bitcoin.”

The Wagerr ICO has now raised well over $8,000,000
So, we’re feeling pretty good about things. If we were the betting types, we’d be going all in. But since we’re mainly digital currency developer types and business developers, well, nevermind, we’re going all in anyhow because we absolutely believe in the project.
The future of betting is accessible, fair, and safe. Betting belongs on the blockchain, and that blockchain is Wagerr.
You still have until 6/25, or until round 20 is complete, to take part here: https://wagerr.com/
damn man, thats a stinky situation... honestly i agree with England1215, you should just buy new stuff and get a ledger from their site, not the amazon. you might also consider using non-custodial services, like changenow.io for example just for some extra safety. anyways, hope you'll be safe and keep your money!
My favourite is $NOW. You should also be looking into it, has a solid and working products including an exchange r/ChangeNOW_io, payment platform NOWPayments.io etc. Recently launched staking with up to 25% ROI. More Info here: https://changenow.io/tokens
They are now expecting police requests to return the funds to their owners. If you are a victim of the EMD exit scam, reach out to your local law enforcement agency.
Today is a big day for ChangeNOW — we’re launching NOW Staking, a way to profit for all NOW holders! Some of you got interested in the idea of staking NOW and asked us where you could get some tokens today.
And here is the answer
Cryptocurrencies have been growing in popularity and seem to have gone past the early adoption phase that new technologies experience. The world is moving towards a decentralized economy with over 1600 cryptocurrencies in the market.

I don't think anyone sensible would choose to be a supporter of USDT. Guess what, CoinEx.com just introduced USDT Credit Default Swap Contract, in case you want to hedge against a collapse in USD Tether. Here's the link about the contract, crazy but awesome: https://www.coinex.com/cds

this is encouraging. i think the issue is just that the kryptokit doesnt display BCC, although that is the reason i was recommended the kit!!
so now im going to attempt to simply transfer the coins to a different wallet.
thank you for the replies!
i just didnt want to put out any info that is meant to be private, but here is the blockchair search for the money. I see that there is an output confirmed, with the wallet info matching...https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/address/14JynVnJu4pjYTk4UNgGEJ5i4g5G3umwQk
i used a kryptokit wallet, which i now regret because JAXX doesnt do any support for that wallet it seems, and they havent been much help thus far.
The easiest way, by far, is https://shapeshift.io/
If you're after the best exchange rate, I would recommend checking out other services such as GDAX (if you already have a Coinbase account, this should be easy), Kraken, and Poloniex, where exchanging ETH to something other than USD is supported.
Youre just inviting trolls and shills.
Now let me introduce you to my friend Monero (XMR). It's the only fungible crypto in the world.
https://youtu.be/aC9Uu5BUxII https://localmonero.co/knowledge/why-monero-is-better
/u/stwbitcoin, the address displayed in your app is a so-called "hot wallet" used for receiving transactions. Keeping the funds there as well as storing your private keys locally could be a risk because if the access to your device is compromised, it would give a hacker an opportunity to steal your assets. That is why after you've received a transaction, the funds are moved to the cold storage.
Whenever you need to make a transaction, your funds are transferred from the cold storage as well. Please note that our users aren't charged with any fees for such transactions. The address you're referring to is one of the service addresses, it's not linked to your Freewallet account exclusively. Which is why, if any coins or tokens are sent to it, it's not possible to determine the recipient of the assets automatically. Thus we're asking for transaction hashes to identify your transactions and reroute them to your wallet.
Although we currently support most of the traded tokens, we’re still working on the feature that will allow participating in new ICOs. If you’ve participated in an ICO, and your token is an ERC20 one, please contact us once it’s present on exchanges: we will add it as well.
Simple answer no. You got to spend the money to get a rig that will actually produce. If your using a work computer and arent paying to for the electrical bill, that's pretty shady and not really worth it to earn a couple bucks a year: https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/calculator/eth?HashingPower=30&HashingUnit=H%2Fs&PowerConsumption=300&CostPerkWh=0.12
Don't think https://changelly.com or https://bittylicious.com need KYC unless you're trying to buy more than a few thousand £/$/€. They're not the cheapest but might be your only choice without ID.
Good luck!
Not according the Changelly. I just researched this coin and read the white paper yesterday and even if the referral code is necessary now for some reason, giving it to people you don’t know misses the whole point.
> Pioneer is the entry-level rank for all users. The production size is 0.39 π/h. You can increase it to 0.49 π/h if you participated in the referral program during registration;

I like Monero and if to speak about the perspective ones - I'll mention Crypton which is a part of the Utopia p2p network. There are 2 great things about the coin: you don't have to invest - you can mine; it's a private coin. Just have to wait for its rise.

For Ethereum, I would suggest Immutable X, if you're looking for other chains NFTs on Solana and CELO looks like a good idea. I think Celo could play a key role in mobile-first NFTs if that's what you're looking at.
tldr; Celo has raised $100 million in funding for grants, education, and token rewards from major decentralized finance protocols. The project also announced the formation of DeFi for the People, an initiative "on a mission to make DeFi accessible to the 6 billion smartphone users around the world." The goal is to bring 1 billion users to decentralized finance in five years.

Yes, usually centralized solutions are faster but I don't think speed is a problem here. Need to find something to compare with. Will think on that. What concerns do you have about security exactly? The Graph indexes blockchain data and makes it easily accessible via their API. Before the Graph and each blockchain needed to develop their own solution from scratch which was very time consuming and not very efficient. The Graph protocol with their API greatly accelerates this process and makes it much easier to access data and in a decentralized manner. Security wise I assume that it's pretty safe. The protocol is actually used a lot in DeFi. For example this is what Uniswap uses to show you all the relevant data. Here is an interesting article about it:
As of right now, they support 24 networks including Ethereum, Binance, Celo, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, etc. And they have plans to expand more.
Hope this helps.

tldr; Celo is up over 20% in the past day to hit $3.59. Over the past week, it's surged by nearly 40%. Celo is a mobile-first crypto project that's aiming to build a decentralized peer-to-peer payment platform. It's been a less successful day for Dfinity's Internet Computer token, which slipped by 10.4%.

tldr; Deutsche Telekom is purchasing tokens issued by Celo, a startup that specializes in offering crypto on mobile phones. The company is also investing in infrastructure to support the Celo network, which is working to build a decentralized version of Venmo-style peer-to-peer payment platforms. Celo's standout feature is a tool that maps users' phone numbers to the public key for a blockchain wallet.

So I’m earring (sometimes great) APY on all but Nano, Celo, XRP, and TheGraph. I’m just looking for comments or suggestions, maybe a “get rid of that shit coin” now anything really. I’m more than willing to put in the time and do my own research but most of these originated from CB’s free rewards coins which i haven’t yet researched as much as others and don’t know much about. I only have Nexo for more APY. Nano and XLM: i like the coins :D
Thank you to anyone who spends the time
I actually tried to find OX on Binance but it's not available. My picks:
THORChain Rune
AllianceBlock (ALBT)
(ARCH) Archer DAO Governance Token
Injective Protocol (INJ)
Hegic
REVV
PARSIQ (PRQ)
AKASH (AKT)
RAMP (RAMP)
However, out of all these, only THORChain and INJ are available on Binance.
My folks asked me if NordVPN is safe after watching a documentary which alleged that most paid ones including NordVPN/ExpressVPN actually sell all your data. This is particularly the case in China, where they need state authority to even operate there (also alleged by the doc).
My father went down a rabbit hole and started looking into alternatives and found the article. Has anyone used DVPNs before or invested in VPN project? What advantages do they offer (if any)? Appreciate if anyone has insights on particular apps as well.
Hey
The Best wallets are :
Solar wallet
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.solarwallet
Newscrypto wallet
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.newscrypto.wallet
I am using Newscrypto wallet for good services and best performance.
I have heard it is recommended to use full nodes for cryptocurrency because "it helps the network", but it is too complicated. Not only that, but I would be damaging the network instead because of the sluggishness of my Internet.
I have no trouble running with the assistance of a remote node; as long as the only thing it does is collect IP addresses, I am fine, since I use ProtonVPN. I have no Internet speed to sacrifice when I use the free servers, unless they suddenly clog up just like it did in the past days. Also, no logs until you do a really serious crime and it is proven... or until you make too much noise on the Internet. I can not do noise on the Internet, because of my Internet speed, I believe. Doing a DDoS attack would require me to find myself on a country with much faster Internet speeds.
Also, the blockchain size will eventually grow. It is not going to be light forever.
Another great advice!
Nope, I am holding my crypto at the moment. While it does make me nervous looking how things have dropped, it isn't like I put all my life savings in thia. I bought a little more BTC after the first crash and with all of my investments I more or less in it for the long haul. After doing some reason. At least five years
Only annoying thing I didn't wait to buy into Maker and I could have bought it now for 200 less than I did a couple of days ago, but you live an learn. Checkout their white paper. They have a good price prediction for the future (I know that can go either way). It's are run on the etherum block chains and and is the first defi application that was adapted in a larger scale, as far as I can tell from the white paper.
I am quite interested in DeFi, compound being especially one I really like and if the price drops more, probably going to invest more in it.
One I don't like is Celo (they just added it on coinbase) just seems a little insecure, by what I learned about them on the video I watched. They want to make it possible to send your money by simply entering your phone number.
Etherum is one I am looking at buying, but the price has to drop a bit more.
Yup!
Just ordered one to play around with it. I only have Litecoin for now.
Does the Ledger Nano S store Litecoin?
I'm curious if I should also get a case? Like this:
