Your best bet here is to print it vertically, you could print it on its side with support but unless you've got your support super tuned in it's going to likely leave a pretty jagged side of the thread making it difficult to screw in.
If you're going for strength get a set of metal screws/bolts to screw into your prints. I've been using these and they work great.
Here ya go. Our dog is like 35 pounds of muscle and only needs 1 cup for breakfast and 1 cup for dinner. If you have a bigger dog, you might want to look for something similar, but this is the biggest size of the ones we have.
This is the one that I ordered: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07H3R8SW4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I didn't know that you could flip the glass, thanks for the tip.

I just got this one, I really like it. It's the same on both sides too, so if you wear out the top, you just flip it over. BIQU SSS Ultra-Flexible Removable... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088841XH9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
As I mentioned below there are two ways to do this design:
Here's the link, it consists of 3 shapes (the original bolt, a cylinder and a dome subtracted from the cylinder), if you change it to a "Hole" you'll see the doming, however if you ungroup once you will then detach the second two from the bolt, then the inverted dome if you ungroup that you'll see the other two parts.
Id suggest copy it first to your own project, then you can dismantle it and see how it works..
Cura's log file might enlighten you as to what is going wrong. It's hard to give a suggestion as to what you could try.
One thing might want to try is to update the SSL certificate authorities on your computer.
Last September, the root certificate of the Let's Encrypt SSL authority expired. As a result, everyone needs to update their list of root certificates. Windows 7 being no longer supported by Microsoft, you probably didn't get a new list of root certificates yet. You'd normally get those via "security" updates for Windows.
A layman's explanation of what is really happening, if you're interested:
If this is the issue, it's a problem in Windows, not in Cura. And I'd expect other applications to have problems connecting too then. Web Browsers maybe not since those are different kinds of beasts. But other applications would if they connect to something certified by Let's Encrypt, like Ultimaker's website.
