I've been brainstorming ways to make this sort of deep anal viewing possible. The idea so far is to combine this camera:

Or perhaps a silicone nozzle. I think the iron wire will have to be removed from the endoscope to improve flexibility.

The problem I haven't solved, is how to secure the camera inside the tip of the toy, secure it, and cover it in a way that's very secure and easy to see through. My best guess so far to pull a condom tightly over the tip, but that could come loose and become distorted, or even slip off potentially, and we don't want that. But we also wouldn't want the camera to separate from the toy, or become stuck inside, as that sounds like a trip to the the ER.

So, still at the drawing board.
