Just use hot water and some dish soap. Use this machine, does the trick for home cleaning of jewelry. https://www.amazon.com/Magnasonic-Professional-Ultrasonic-Eyeglasses-MGUC500/dp/B007Q2M17K/ref=sr\_1\_3?crid=WN2MKHY0DCWW&dchild=1&keywords=ultrasonic+cleaner&qid=1626373738&sprefix=ultrasonic%2Caps%2C228&sr=8-3
They should be okay with it (or at least, used to this type of request) - if anything, they can hold onto it and walk with you. When I went to see diamonds, the jeweler put each of them in this claw type thing (it looked like this) and let me hold onto them while I looked at them under jewelry store lighting, office/fluorescent lighting, direct sunlight standing just outside the building, and indirect sunlight (both just outside and just inside the building).
The shorter ones in this set will probably be more realistic for your final setting, the other ones are definitely too tall and you wouldn’t really have your stone set that high: https://www.amazon.com/Esquirla-Spring-Type-Gemstone-Diamond-Display/dp/B08F269HG4/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=loose+stone+ring+holder&qid=1625258520&sr=8-3
You can probably find one that suits you, this was just the first search result I came up with.
If you're looking for one just for your own diamond and don't necessarily need it to be portable, you could get a little digital scope like this:

I always suggest the $40 ultrasonic cleaner from Amazon. Thank me later.

Seller has no more pictures just one more video and these details they are very tiny cloud and crystal inclusions that are located in the main crown facets of the diamond. However, these inclusions are definitely not visible to the naked eye.Hi Everyone! I've been looking at a diamond that keeps popping up on multiple sites.

I would shy away from fluorescence and F is overpaying for color in my opinion. If you would like to chat more my house are included in the link. 🙏good luck🙏
I would personally shy away from lab grown due to value retention however this is all in what the buyer values. I would also stick with GIA certs - let me know if you would like to discuss
I would go away from fluorescence and think VVS is overpaying for clarity in my opinion but great stone

I use this jewelry cleaner: Connoisseurs Precious Jewelry Cleaner, 8 Fl Oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0014LU4FA/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_3NWDFHCXNWP3D268WSGJ We also have an ultrasonic cleaner with a steamer, I probably clean everything once a week or so depending on how dirty it all gets.
We walked into a Hezelberg Diamonds in the mall and asked to have our fingers sized. I then tried on different settings and diamonds shapes. That's how I learned I didn't like halos as much as I thought I did and that I loved a simple solitaire.
I also bought a ring sizer off Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08THGJJ4D?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Bow ties look worse when you hold the diamond in tweezers because you're blocking light from the left and right sides. Are you able to put this in some sort of temporary mounting or holder? Something like this is usually better.
That bow tie doesn't look great but honestly it's hard to tell from the video.

So awesome! You just throw the ring in there for 30 sec and it comes out sparkling new.
No more having to scrub, polish, rub with a chance of losing stones.
I used to spend a lot of time using other strong jewelry cleaners (tarnx, Maas metal polish, foil and soap method, boiling vinegar.) this is by far the easiest and just as effective, if not more so.
Doesn’t stink either.
Ok ultrasonics look cool. Can you recommend one? Does this look ok for once a week cleaning of a few pieces? https://www.amazon.com/Magnasonic-Professional-Ultrasonic-Eyeglasses-MGUC500/dp/B007Q2M17K/ref=asc_df_B007Q2M17K/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198129187858&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1013971157098920596&hvpone=&hvptwo=...

I found this at the State Fair years ago and I swear by it. Be careful with a toothbrush- you don’t want to damage any of those little stones. Pretty ring! Touch of Purple Jewelry Cleaner
Omg I just realised I said fibreless 😂😂 sorry I did actually mean microfiber!! Something like these guys guys are good. It's not totally necessary but it's just very low abrasive for the metal
