Just got this email;

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reinstate your deleted releases, but you can, if you wish, restore your account and re-upload them at any time using the exact same metadata and they should reappear in stores as they were before.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and I have refunded your subscription fee and all charges associated with your releases for the past year. Depending on processing time on your bank's end, you should expect to see those hit your account within 7 days.
If you need any help with restoring your account or re-uploading your releases, please don't hesitate to reach out and I'll be happy to assist.

At this time, Napster is not accepting new releases from DistroKid. We'll be sure to let you know when Napster submissions are available again in the future.

When you request a withdrawal, it takes generally about 14 days for it to be processed on our end.
Some requests, however are flagged for further review, and it looks like yours was one of them.
If there's any issue, we'll notify you shortly. Otherwise, the withdrawal will be sent within the next couple of weeks.
