When I was just water fasting I get a little high smelling food. Now I get high looking at the faucet turned on lol
Thank you, I can't claim to be as hardcore about it as you are (honestly 11 days sounds impossible to me, I can barely get through 24 hrs), but it does help me. I also have no idea of the severity of your specific situation, so, obviously, your mileage may vary. But I do hope that you find the cure you're looking for.
The actual 70% number might be from the book DrKole mentioned - this one by Sergey Filonov, but I can't be sure. I know I've seen it thrown around here and there on the interwebs, but I can't be sure of the source. It might be in this interview, I can't remember. Give it a look-see if you have time on your hands while you're fasting.
Again - good luck, and please be careful and listen to your body. I once compared water fasting to a hammer, because it's a tool that can be used to build a house or knock someone over the head. Using the same analogy, I would compare dry fasting to a nail gun - it is also a tool, but a much more powerful one. Which means that it can either help you build your house much more quickly and efficiently, or it can kill someone if used recklessly.
The sad truth is even drs don't know much about nutrition, supplements are not regulated, and its hard to know what's true.
THis is the only multi i would suggest.

Whole food derived vitamins.
As an example, other cheaper brands will scrape calcium out of seabed rock and call a vitamin. Shit's disgusting and 9/10 times you are better getting vits from whole food rather than any kind of supplement. Only time you would go sup is if you absolutely can't get the food, like lack of access to seafood for omega 3(even then plently of studies are showing fish oil might not be good for you), or you are addressing an immediate deficiency. Long term they are not cool.
This stuff is the bomb. It's pure magnesium, something we are ALL chronically deficient in. I take it before bed and have a great poo first thing in the morning. I take it 2-5x a week depending on how i'm feeling.
These days though I'm super into topical magnesium. I spray myself down with distilled water and high concentration mag chloride twice a day. I haven't taken oral mag since I started. Been doing this almost 2 weeks now.
I also am currently fasting while spraying and my energy is through the roof.
Anways buy that amazon item I linked. It's great.
I have this one, it works, great.

Dr Filonov says dry fasting increases metabolism. I suggest getting his book. It gives very detailed descriptions of the bodily processes in all phases of dry fasting.
It is a salt substitute known as "No Salt".
Here is a link for what it looks like. You can get it at every big store like Walmart or Target if you are in the US.
I don’t have time to find it precisely right now but I’m pretty sure it’s in dr Filonov’s book which is referenced in the sidebar.

And I don’t believe the claim has ever been made about fat loss in any of the literature. Only about 1 day of dry fasting healing is as effective as 3 days water fasting.
If i get some downtime later I’ll have to look for it.
Have you tried detoxification by sauna and high doses niacin? Didn't try it myself (I do not have access to a sauna) but I find the Idea interesting.
Here is a book about it: https://www.amazon.com/Sauna-Detoxification-Using-Niacin-Recommended-ebook/dp/B07V2W6LTS
I hope that you will find a solution to your health issues :)
Try this to train your internal breathing muscles. It’ll take your health to the next level.
Good luck, and Godspeed,
I do hope that you re-read this long post from u/drkole on your previous long dryfast update that gave you recommendations on refeeding. That post had a lot of good stuff in it.
What you eat when you break a fast has to be nourishing and autoimmune-friendly, which basically means clean, fresh meats, bone/meat broth, etc. Meat broth with extra collagen is what I usually break my dryfasts with. Though admittedly, I've never gone as long as you have. I have other autoimmune conditions aside from my eczema and psoriasis, and they have all improved significantly when i fast/dryfast. And as long as I stick with mostly very clean carnivorous diet, they stay in remission.
Also - in case you haven't read it yet, GAPs protocol book has a lot of good info on diet and mental health. I don't entirely agree with all of her dietary recommendations, as I think dairy of any kind is a no-go for those with chronic skin issues. But as you also seem to be dealing with mental health stuff, you might find it useful from that perspective. Plus, you might need something to read in the next 11 days.
I recommend the book, "The Phoenix Protocol." It will tell you everything you need to know!

Baking soda to protect the kidney and prevent kidney stones. Since you're dry fasting, capsules work. Even better is potassium bicarbonate since you're depleting K+ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YN71Q9G

wait till you try it, my advice—only use elastic or material bands like the ones shown in the video. If using anything with hooks, they’ll dig into your skin when tighten. Another option before you upgrade from the bands so learn more on the subject before spending lots
