Hi, I hope you enjoy your trip to Saudi.
You can either buy it in spray form, like this, or roam around any the industrial area of your choice and ask about it. They'll use a spray gun an a bucket full of that material to spray it on.
It'll protect the paint from mostly bugs and sand as not to scratch it. Keep in mind can easily be washed off.
I finally found the best combination after trying more than 10 holders. It works great with circular vents like BMW.

Oh, that's interesting... I just noticed this is exactly what Toyota recommends for their modern engines (they go all the way to 0W16 in UK though...). Supposedly this tech should work with no issues across multiple geographies, MEA included. It's something to do with fuel saving, but not necessarily good for extreme usage cases (e.g. racing), which is understandable for a... Yaris... They also recommend changing it every 10kkm. I learn something new every day. Thx.
BTW. Have you seen this Castrol offering?
Hey, to get more accurate measurements, I would suggest you use an app called Fill Up.
You won't be needing the excel sheet, and it also tracks your MPG.
Should be easy enough to assemble and attach it on your own. I've used this one Maxx Bike Hitch and it was a breeze.
I’m sorry someone who was sick decided to ruin your car. Some People really just don’t let others enjoy something.
Here’s what you can do! For the windshield take a blade and scrape it off with a old plastic card, like old ID card or something. It is completely safe don’t worry about that.
For the body part, go to one of those car washing services. And tell them to washing with the pressure targeting that area. Like tell them to get close (not too much) but just enough to wash it off. It should go away. But keep it in might it will take away the wax layer with it. So you can buy wax from any car accessory shop, or even Amazon and apply it yourself! Or if you do not feel comfortably doing it, get it wax at any body shop garage.
Now the body shop garage might try to scam you and be like “oh it needs polish trust me blah blah”. Don’t buy into that. Tell them JUST to wax and that’s it.
If you wanna do it yourself, this is a good one on Amazon , just apply it and leave it for a bit, and then take a clean microfiber cloth and buff it with your hand. If you want more details just look up on YouTube “how to apply wax on a car”
Yea, that's what I ended up doing. I got two of these: https://www.amazon.ae/gp/product/B00K3QC42I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I bought some tools as well and I'll see if I can do it myself.
You can get something like this: WOLFBOX G840S 12" Mirror Dash Cam Backup Camera for Cars,1296P Dual Lens Smart Rear View Mirror Camera, Sony IMX335 HDR DVR Driving Recorder with Night Vision, Reverse Assistance, 32GB TF Card & GPS https://www.amazon.ae/dp/B0811Q28N6/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_D6CKMT0Q2H565CKFNXJ4
OBD2 speedo is linked to your cars original speedo so I wouldn't trust it
I have something similar to this it works based on GPS Speed it is very accurate
If no one can move the car a bit every week for you, buy this
Other points were mentioned in other comments.
Get it properly detailed, once all swirl marks and scratches are removed - you can do the maintenance yourself with a little elbow grease.
This is one of the best for DIY guys, once a month try this on and you'll be good to go.
Watch out when bleeding an old car, the old school way of bleeding the car by pumping the brakes tend to damage the master cylinder, you need any garage that knows how to use a tool like this one Amazon link, pumping the brakes hard to bleed the oil tends to damage the master cylinder on older cars.
You can buy the tool and do it yourself if you want to save money.
