I believe this is a european-only spf, Theres the normal one, and the hialuronic acid one. If you search “garnier spf 50 face mist” it should pop up. I found mine in the supermarket, so if youre in europe it should be in a garnier stand or spf stand in a drugstore or a skincare store of some sort
This is spanish amazon so maybe it isnt available to ship other parts. with hialuronic acid. cheap, 6-7 bucks.
This is a similar one, amazon uk, currently not available, at least for my location.

I really want a DM in the UK!!! I regret not bringing a whole suitcase full of Balea stuff, not just skincare. But guess your best bet is the Altruist 10% Urea (it’s a massive tube as well). Here they prefer to put most actives in face creams and serums unfortunately :( everything more expensive than £10 usually!!!
No, it’s not called bepangel. I bought it when I went to Brazil (over there the brand uses the name “Bepantol”, without the “h”, so it’s the Bepantol Derma oill free). I’m using as if it’s made of gold! My skin absorbs it beautifully and does not feel greasy at all. In the summer when I get oilier I usually don’t need to use it all over my face but it’s just perfect for colder times. I’ve never seen it in Europe, not sure about the availability in the US.
You can order from Amazon FR and they ship to Belgium. Usually takes a day or two (to Brussels at least).
This was my favourite cleanser too! I've switched to a cleanser by Colibri cosmetics for now. So far, I like it (but I've only had it for a week), but it's way more expensive than the Garnier cleanser. https://www.amazon.de/-/en/colibri-skincare-Purifying-Gel-Cleanser/dp/B08WHKXY6V/
Ingredients are:
Aqua, Decyl Glucoside, Pentylene Glycol, Maltooligosyl Glucoside,
Salicylic Acid, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate,
Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Copper Gluconate, Magnesium Aspartate, Zinc
Gluconate, Sodium Chloride, Sucrose, Sodium Lauroyl Oat Amino Acids,
Ceratonia Siliqua Gum, Chondrus Crispus Extract, Cellulose gum
Galderma has a benzoyl peroxide wash! It’s only 5% though, but it works fine for me :)
Hiya, I'm in the UK and I use the Bee Good cream cleanser. It's lovely and thick, comes in a tube, and gets make up and sunscreen off, and doesn't leave a greasy residue on my combination/oily skin.
There is a deal on German Amazon for 1 hour left.
https://www.amazon.de/-/en/NIVEA-Face-Cream-Matte-Protection/dp/B079J71QZW/?content-id=amzn1.sym.fdf836b0-905b-458b-a7da-2c74c8069725
But you would have to buy like 4-5 to compensate for the shipping cost
I'm from Europe. I don't know if altruist sends to the US but they have a US version as well called gruum.
From what I just searched you can get it from Amazon also https://www.amazon.com/Altruist-Dermatologist-Sunscreen-SPF-50/dp/B06X6LZWRC
unfortunately seems like all the sites i usually order from don't have this.
i did found this particular one on amazon, not sure what version is this
Good to hear! I'm glad it worked.
The UVMune sunscreens are designed to be very water resistant, and can be difficult to dully remove with water soluble cleanser alone. My skin used to get irritated and breakout when I was using the previous versions (Skaka fluid), until I started using a cleansing oil. So it might be worth giving it a try. I think if you apply the cleansing oil to dry skin, to break down the sunscreen film, emulsify with some lukewarm water, rinse, then follow up with your regular cleanser (double cleansing) to remove the oil, you should be ok. I don't have acne prone skin, so I can't say for certain that the oil won't break you out. You could give it a try.
This is the cleansing oil I use here. I like it because it's very affordable, and easily accessible for me. It doesn't leave a residue my skin, but I still follow up with a regular cleanser.
This is the one I was using previously here. I really like it too, but it's more expensive, and I have to order it online and get it shipped. I'm sure you can get it lots of places. I just linked to the first link that came up.
I have also tried the Hada Labo cleansing oil, but I didn't like it. Other people do.
If you choose to use micellar water, be careful because cotton rounds physically exfoliate your skin because of the rubbing. I got irritation because of it so i stick to the balm cleanser now, but it depends on how resilient your skin is.
2.Try switching up the moisturizer. I use the cerave lotion and i love it (i have combo skin), but if you are on the dry side maybe the cream would work better. This one doesn't have active ingredients so they shouldn't give you any irritation, and they contain hyaluronic acid, glycerin and ceramides, which are all great for dry and sensitive skin.
I haven't tried a lot of moisturizers so i don't know what to recommend other than cerave. My guess though is that niacinamide is the one causing you problems. You can buy the mini version of the moisturizing cream to try it out and see if your skin responds well to it.

I been using this one on my shoulders!, tattoos and face when I know I'm gonna be in the sun for too long and won't be able to reapply. It's been amazing
This sounds good! Have you tried this version? If so, did it leave a white cast? This brand looks so nice btw
I have the same problem! I hope it does go away at some point... My lrp uvmune sunscreen burns so much I can't use it. I did have some leftover skin aqua UV super moisture milk in the blue bottle which I used to love, and now I'm back in love with it. It doesn't sting at all and I quickly re-ordered some. It is very runny though, so I usually apply it in layers. Finish is not shiny or sticky, more skin-like.
For a moisturizer I've been using the Uriage bariederm cica gel-creme, which is super soothing, but not very occlusive so on the days where I want more of a thicker moisturizer I use the Avène tolerance extreme emulsion.
I am also a male, recently bought this. It's pretty perfect for me. Moisturizes well and has pretty good protection. Has niacinamide too.
Currently 47% off.

Heliocare 360 Fluid Cream SPF50+ Skin Healthcare https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JCN57ZS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_9MB582N3J0YMBZSDFC1W?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This one!! It’s $19! It offers sheer coverage too (but it collects on dry skin if you have it. There’s a light fragrance too that I don’t enjoy. But this one is worth the try
When I’m having my hands exposed I will usually apply the same sunscreen that I have on my face on the backs of my hands.
Affordable is subjective and I’m not sure if my faves are available to you, but I really like the LPR invisible fluid on the backs of my hands. https://www.soin-et-nature.com/fr/15520-coffret-la-roche-posay-anthelios-xl-fluide-ultra-leger-50-50ml-posthelios-40ml-offert.html
Nivea Soothing Face/Matte SPF50 is also a good option - nice finish, good price, maybe not as resistant as the LPR fluid.
I would even try the Nivea sunscreens in a white, bigger bottle, they are great value, not greasy and 0 white cast. Though they can sometimes pill with rubbing https://www.amazon.de/80457-01000-22-NIVEA-Sensitive-sun-lotion/dp/B07QF4ZM31/ref=mp_s_a_1_9?crid=3LWWN0IPNSJOY&keywords=nivea+spf+50&qid=1646754145&rdc=1&sprefix=nivea+spf+50%2Caps%2C88&sr=8-9
I cannot personally vouch for but I have heard very good things about the Eucerin Oil Control SPF50.
Also maybe for weaker/casual UV exposure asians sunscreens would be a win for sure. My holy grail Japanese sunscreens are the Skin Aqua Super Moisture Milk and the gel in a white/gold pump bottle.
Hope this was any help! :)
I've never heard of it but I always check trustpilot to see the legitimacy of an online shop. See here https://www.trustpilot.com/review/belenik.com
Seems the Belenik staff keep up with the comments too, I like that. There's almost always a justification to the 1 star reviews.
Volume Herbal Dry Shampoo Original Swiss Recipe is a powder product, too.
I have also heard of arrowroot powder being a cheap alternative, supposedly without leaving visible powdery residue. Have not tried that one myself yet.
I don’t get acne/folliculitis, but I do get ingrown hairs (from epilating) and have keratosis pilaris.
Commenting in case any of this helps: 1. Physical exfoliation. I use a cactus body brush, bought it from lookfantastic.com and it’s a wooden one. Also I use gloves from DM when in the shower to exfoliate gently in circular motions 2. Cerave SA cream. It get the ingrowns out, kills any spots I get, and helps with the KP 3. This is anecdotal and I’m unsure how it can be helping, but I swear foam rolling has helped. It improves circulation, so maybe there’s a link there. I use this foam roller. Don’t get the smaller version (slightly cheaper), if you do get it, unless you’re very petite. The reason being that it may not be long enough for you to comfortably roll both thighs over otherwise. Small one is fine for me, 5’2”, 46kg for reference.

I'm pretty sure it was this one, and then we just buy replacement filters for it once or twice a year.
Couldn't find a better link so this will have to do, but the Mixa Cica Repair Balm is pretty damn good, has no niacinamide or lanolin as far as I know and it costs practically nothing. I usually get it at Müller or from Notino. Maybe give it a try?
Bondi Sands Daily Sunscreen Face Lotion SPF 50. Its only $10.00 on amazon. Doesn’t leave a white cast (I have brown skin). I’m glad you said you don’t mind the grease ball feeling, because this can feel a bit greasy at times. I don’t mind it either. It’s also an Australian brand, so the protection is amazing. You should definitely look into it!

yeah me too ^^ they are great because you don't touch and they resorb a little https://www.amazon.fr/Patchs-KASCIN-Hydrocolloid-Pansements-diamètre/dp/B0829FWBTJ/ref=sr\_1\_5?\_\_mk\_fr\_FR=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&crid=KBHUV848G3E&dchild=1&keywords=patch+bouton&qid=1629146400&sprefix=patch+boulot%2Caps%2C251&sr=8-5
If you're not in Germany it might be difficult to get. But you can get this other product on the German Amazon: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07QF4ZM31/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_i_BBXW3P3KEGAAMTK5H29D
The UK Amazon version is different.
I use Ecover Zero wool and mild detergent
sensitive detergent for allergy sufferers and sensitive skin
No parfume and no colorants
Seen it on Amazon US. Looks legit to me but it's not as cheap as it is in France (just like every French brand it seems).
It's my HG for redness. I already responded to Azelaic Acid (the PC one) but the complex they add in it with anti-inflammatory, immune system regulating seems to work really well on me. The whole Ruboril line is exceptional for rosacea.
The one that I use is this one: https://www.amazon.com/Roche-Posay-Effaclar-Purifying-Cleanser-Sensitive/dp/B003JSEGNC
I guess both are pretty similar... try to compare the ingredients. Good luck! 🤗
https://www.amazon.co.uk/P20-Protection-Resistant-Suitable-children/dp/B083M2RBFS
I accidentally wrote P50 instead of P20 in my earlier comment. Cyrille Laurent on YouTube raves about this sunscreen!
Wow thanks for the ingredient breakdown, that honestly gives the best perspective imo!
also, the Neutrogena HB extra-dry formula is actually free from artificial dyes and fragrance and you can get it on amazon fr 🥰 https://www.amazon.fr/Neutrogena-Hydro-Boost-Gel-crème-Extra-dry/dp/B00NR1YQK4?th=1&psc=1
It is a German brand. Here's the deo on their own website, they ship into other EU countries as well. Amazon sells them as well.
The lactic acid is a chemical exfoliant for the face, but it works just as well on the body. AHA / BHA seems to help as a deodorant because it works against the bacteria-friendly climate we have under our armpits. I use it mostly in the morning (when I love more uncomplicated application) to refresh my other deodorant which I apply in the evening. Works best for me.
I think most people use the Glycolic Acid Toner from The Ordinary instead of Lactic Acid, but I had a bottle left over, and it's perfect to use it like that.
I also have eczema around my eyelids (and rest of the body too). What my derm recommended is Dexeryl cream. It is the only !!!! thing that has ever helped me treat eczema flares and keep them under control. I’ve been eczema free since I started using it. It’s made in France and in some countries in Europe it is prescription-only since it’s a “medical device”. In the US I know you can get it from Amazon.
I love the Face Shop Rice Water Light Cleansing oil one! I have very sensitive skin, and this one has been my go-to since 2015. At $10, it’s a powerhouse
Maybe you could find this one online? It's quite effective and affordable here. Hope this helps!

That's because I remembered wrong and the company is "bwt". Sorry! This is the link: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B006J7NI1Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_R14phc4BCdrkt The way to resetting the filter is in one of the comments on amazon and it works like a charm.
From what I understand, the filter in the shower head you linked (and in similar variants) basically can influence your water, but it can't truly soften it because the particles are way too small to be caught by a normal filter. The filter I use catches ions via a chemical reaction, iirc, which is why it needs to be reset once in a while.
It's worth a try, though. You can always try it out and see if it helps and you do have a month to return the shower head if it doesn't work for you.
I read somewhere that for bumpy skin (also a sufferer!) you need a cleanser/soap that has sulphur as well as salicylic/glycolic acid. I got this soap from Amazon and have been using it for a few days alongside a retinol balm every couple of nights and I can already see a difference. I'm hoping it continues because bumpy skin is so annoying. Seems so hard to get rid of!
