As far I know it doesn't have that feature but that's because Exposure is catalogue-free so it works completely differently from lightroom in that way. There is no "import photos" step instead it creates a small folder of metadata files in the same folder as your raw images. This is one of the reasons a switched from Lightroom to Exposure X5, it's just so much quicker and easier for me when organising/transferring my photos. It doesn't lag as much as Lightroom on my laptop either.
