I'm going to mention things that others don't seem to have, so bear with me.

I've heard that a butt wiper like this can save him some embarrassing moments. I have one on the ready for my surgery on October 8th, and I know that asking my partner to wipe my butt would be super embarrassing for both of us. Stool softener is also good. The pain meds they give often cause constipation. Also, a 10' long cable so he can charge his phone and not have to reach for it, socks or footies with grippy things on the bottom so he doesn't have to be cold (winter is coming).

I have this issue too. I’ve been using some silicone rings that come in a bunch of sizes. They fit around my balls and penis and pull my testicles down. I haven’t been consistent but I feel like it’s helping still.
