I'm sure they have gotten requests for things like this before and are trying to find a solution to this problem. You should submit it to Riot as feedback here.
doing great so far, picked up Soren and Freeze to sub for Apollo and Viscizachiszszsz since I wasn't sure how they would do. I figured wolves would have some fairly long scrappy games and get me tons of points, did not disappoint.

They just entered beta and for I've seen so far, their server can't handle the load. They might have underestimated the popularity of the thing.

Nah, don't drop Niels, he's on the podium of the summer split atm. Now that lolesports.com has Keith listed as starting ADC for TSM (but no official announcement has been made), if you wanna take the risk I guess you have two viable options :
- Ask a mate for a trade. You give them WT, and ask them for a performing midlaner of whatever you need in your comp.
- Make the trade, and then hide the trade by making a lot of useless trades so that it doesn't show up in the front page in "recent trades" :D The Art of War !
