One, Nintendo Soup isn't a reliable source. They were one of the first to say Persona 5 was getting released on the Switch, and we all know how that turned out. Two, it says English Physical Release. So a game is coming out in English, where the main languages are Lao, Thai, Burmese, Khmer, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Malay, Indonesian and also a peppering of Chinese dialects?

As other have said it is a Japan only outfit, there is a Japanese game guide book you can buy that has a code that can be used on PC or PS4 (not sure about XBox). also if you buy the Japanese Version of the Game on Switch it is automatically included with the game, but if you buy the game for the Switch in another country the outfit is not included, and the guide book code does not work with the Switch.
