Greetings fellow Samurai!
There is currently a For Honor Samurai Discord that is doing just that.
We have around 500 members right now, and more join every day. We follow the leadership of three Shogun who control eleven Daimyo. Each Daimyo is the leader of their respective Clan that consists of Samurai. So far our largest Clan consists of about 60 Samurai! We would be glad to have you!
Here is the link for recruitment: https://podio.com/webforms/17941250/1205464
Just fill out the information and one of our Hatamoto (Vetting Officers) will get back to you as soon as they can.

You did a great job with this.
Given that this sub will be such a small fraction of the community, it would be best to focus efforts on 1 or 2 sectors at a time, 1 for attacking and/or 1 for defending. Until the sub grows, it may be the best use of your limited resources and have the most impact.
I'll have to go dust off my copy of 'The Art of War'. :P
I can't dispute that he probably meant something like that but that quote is a really very bad way to do it. Look at this:
> Neither wisdom nor technique has a place in this. A real man does not think of victory or defeat. He plunges recklessly towards an irrational death.
I mean it's basically what MOBA players call 'feeding.' I know MOBA players have a very cantankerous reputation but when they rage about feeding it's pretty justifiable. In-game it's the closest you can come to outright siding with the enemy within the constraints of the rules. IRL you don't even want your enemy to do this if you follow The Art of War's definition of perfect victory, because it escalates hostility, increases the time needed for the defeated state to recover, and just plain wastes life.
Side by side with this:
> Hey Look, even when stuff looks bad. As a Samurai we stand firm and continue to fight the good fight. With honor and dignity.
There's no comparison. Yours is outright better.
Secrets of the Samurai by Oscar Ratti and Adele Westbrook. It's a bit dry, because it's a scholarly work first and foremost.
Also, try out the Book of Five Rings by Miyumoto Mushashi.
