Buy one of these, and see what the TCM is actually reporting. It's cheaper than the dealership diag, and gives you the same info.
I have just bought 2 things to do mine.

The stock bezel with the lights ect ect

And these in 80mm that I plan to put on the fog light instead of using the actual fog light you need to caddy them on to the headlight wires. I have done this with some other led strips on both rear and back. Once I get them both I can post back on how it goes.
Ugh. Welcome to the club.
I pulled the fuse, disconnected the battery and performed a master reset. Nothing.
It'll only connect to my phone about 10% of the time.
I gave up and bought this: Anker Soundcore

After struggling to get those damn things off for a brake job, I bought these on Amazon.
All solid.
like you don't have keyless entry generally? Here's how I added keyless entry to my 2015
First, you'll have to buy a third party key on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Button-CWTWB1U793-Replacement-Lincoln-Vehicles/dp/B06XNYKRY5
Next, I used this YouTube video to program the key https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFVCdqB5Cdc you'll see that you also need to add a fuse in your fuse box, the video covers that. Or just look at the fuse layout for your car and add it
Last you need to take it to a key shop to have it cut. Then you'll actually have to go through a little process to program that newly cut key to the car using the two other keys. I forget where to find that but you can probably find it if you google it. Hopefully that helps
I thought i was alone with this issue! I went to ford, and i was told it is an APIM Module failure. According to a few of the technicians i spoke to, they said the APIM fail in about 50-70% of cars within 5 years. Unless you are willing to spend upwards of $200, My recommendation is to just get a bluetooth radio adapter.
This is the one i have, and its absolutely amazing. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DFBHDBT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_5NY4CYX3E0PM6SBF0EW0
Just bought these for mine, sound good on factory unit but might get an amp as a treat next month 🤷♂️ https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07QH6BXPY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
You'll also need the connects2 speaker adapter for any aftermarket speaker unless you want to fabricate your own https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004S6N2EI?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I finally went with this - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B095LNGNZY/
Works really well and is rechargeable (which I think helps prevent it blowing).
This, works pretty well

Best way to diagnose it cheaply, purchase a Bluetooth or USB OBD reader, such as THIS and then download "ForScan", which is a free program which will fully diagnose any Ford vehicle with as much detail as the dealership can do.
If there is a grounding issue or any fault with any sensor, it will tell you exactly which one(s) and why.
I just bought one to diagnose a weird issue on my wife's 2013 Escape. It informed me, that every issue was being caused by a single faulty ABS Wheel Sensor. I also plugged it into my 12 Fiesta and it read everything no problem.
Try sticking one of these down the hole carefully

You may find one at an auto parts store. If that doesn't work, you will have to remove the center console to find the ring. Good luck!
Interesting. Thanks for answering. In return, I did what searching I can. Over here in the US, you can buy "Tuning Overrides" that are little boxes that plug into your ODB2 port and retune the engine for higher performance. Unplug them, and it goes right back to stock. Not sure how well they actually work. HERE is an example. And, you can see other ones in the links. I couldn't find anything the same via Amazon.uk however, so maybe they are illegal there? Or, maybe you can import one?

I'm looking for rear ones that are this good but no finds yet, my rear ones you can only see in the night.
I searched for windshield weatherstrip and found this part.

Here's one I looked up on Amazon real quickly for reference. All you have to do is run the wire to the reverse lights and connect it so that it is powered when the reverse lights go on. The connectors are so easy to work with now as well. No soldering or anything like that, just a couple of crimps on the connectors.
Most of them are from Chinese companies and are hit and miss (like with most Chinese products). I have this one in my mx-5 and I only bought it because it was cheap and I didn't really care since it's just a weekend car. I just wanted something with Carplay. Turns out it's actually pretty decent and it was a good buy. It's actually nicer in a lot of ways than the Sony unit I have in my daily driver that cost twice as much.
Not sure if there's a difference between the stock US and EU/UK suspension, but I got this on my US car and it's been fantastic. Just low enough to look good and handle well without being uncomfortable or impractical.

Use one of these to take the rear muffler off. They're fairly easy to use and some auto parts stores will loan them to you for free if you don't want to buy one yourself. I did it and just got about 2-3 feet of pipe and clamped it on and it's been holding strong enough for about a year.

You can buy blanks for under $40, but you still have to have them programmed at a dealership.
EDIT: According to THIS SITE, you can program them yourself. You could test it on the one you have to see if it works. If it does, then buy a blank and you're good to go.
