It could be of those "cool" USB type A cables that doesn't have the outer metal cover, however it seems kind of small next to the USB-C cable so I'm not sure I'm correct. Try plugging it into your computer, but be careful to get the orientation right.
Don't buy the product I linked, by the way, it's cheap junk and only used as an example.
I always recommend this one:
Redragon K582 SURARA RGB LED Backlit Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with 104 Keys-Linear and Quiet-Red Switches https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KCRTN9Q/
Or for TKL:
Redragon K552 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard 60% Compact 87 Key Kumara Wired Cherry MX Blue Switches Equivalent for Windows PC Gamers (RGB Backlit Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019O9BLVY/
Get the brown switches if they're offered. They're the most interesting (compared to blue, red, and brown)
If you add silicone o-rings under your keycaps, it can drastically reduce the bottoming out sound. It's a common mod, and very easy to do since the only tool needed is a keycap puller. O-rings with an inner diameter of 5mm will fit keycap stems perfectly.

Good, strong, inexpensive... pick two.
The best compromise that accentuates being budget-friendly is Redragon. Their S101 combo is on sale right now for $30US, and I can't imagine the Euro prices are much higher.
After that, there's nothing I would recommend that would suite your desire to keep costs down. The Corsair K55 is around $50, the G502 is around $40, and anything comparable to those is also comparable/higher in price.
I've used Cherry MX reds and didn't like 'em. Yes, they were silent, yes they didn't "feel" right as a result. Currently using Cherry MX blues and they're loud and obnoxious and I love them.
I've been told that Cherry MX browns are squarely in the middle, never used 'em myself though.
You can find a Tenkeyless Cherry-equipped unit for less than $100.00. Hit Amazon and do a search for "TKL keyboard [insert whatever switch you like]" and see what comes up.

This will do but it has RGB https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-MK-2-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B07D5S3LZW
Hey I just recently was looking for boards in this price range with tkl and had been researching these boards. The one I decided to go with, however, was the Reddragon 596 vishnu (70$ on Amazon sale). This is their top of the line keyboard. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0811CCQ44/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_wpcaFb588M1N9
The switches feel super smooth (comes with red linear 40g as well as a sample sleeve of 2 blues, browns and blacks) rgb is great(software customizable with underglow), USB and 2.4ghz wireless (detachable usb-c cable and wireless dongle), macro keys(five game accessible, five along the top, and multimedia with knurled volume wheel. Also, software is very straightforward and minimalistic, not like most of the bloat ware that is out from the mentioned brands.) and comes with hot swap switches (not even blatantly advertised) and a rubberized magnetic wrist rest. Really can't be beat, all of the features from much more expensive keyboards but without the cost of brand marketing. (And as far as design goes, there's no obnoxious branding on the board that could clash with new keycaps)
As far as typing feel, it's got a sturdy base with a thwacky dense key press (not as twangy as the other tkl boards sounded in reviews I saw)
As far as video reviews, I don't feel they do it justice but here is one I watched before purchasing.
Tecware Phantom isn't bad.

buy a corsair strafe https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Mechanical-Keyboard-Certified-Refurbished/dp/B07658C2VQ/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1524433626&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=corsair&psc=1 Has Rgb, Silent switches, and is 100 dollars.
Our hybrid mechanical gaming combo (keyboard plus mouse) Deathfire EX would be a good choice, if you don't mind a suggestion :) Is there any specific functionality/spec you are looking for?
