This project was both my first non-stripe colorwork and my first time using double-pointed needles. I was VERY determined to have my Captain America shield for the movie release. Absurdly proud of myself, ha.

The buttons are made of shrinky dink plastic and permanent pens. It does mean the sweater can't be machine dried though. I don't remember the pens I used but I tested a bunch to see which would keep their color through the wash.

I don't have the pattern on ravelry unfortunately. The sweater is the offset wraplan with a seed stitch instead of ribbing, and if I can find my chart I'll put it up on ravelry (I'm currently not at home).
