Looks like we've flattened out before we start to drop
Gotta say this latest wave has really been a blessing in disguise in terms of vaccination numbers. Looking at QLD and WA, If VIC had been at 0 cases, there's no way the Vac rates would be where they are, this really has scared VIC into getting vaccinated, which in the long term is fantastic. QLD and WA are in for a bad time once those boarders open.
For the record, if you are using a desktop and want to bypass the pesky paywall:
It's a daily occurrence for me to get 400/40, so download speeds 4 times better than the max most people can get on the NBN.
Yes, we get to keep it :)
This is what I'm getting at the moment via WiFi for reference https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/4402150436
Most cost effective?
Do it yourself. If they're standard POE CCTV setups it's not super tough. Fiddley yes, but it does make for a good weekend project if you're up for the challenge.
I did mine in a weekend. Have a rack in my linen closet with my POE switch, ran the cables from there to all 4 corners of the house, 3 of them I threw the cat6 to the corner of the house, drilled through the blueboard in the eaves and fished the cat6 out with a coathanger, crimped the cable and mounted the camera. One corner I had to buy some conduit and run it along some brickwork to get it where i wanted it but that turned out great too.
You can get all the parts you need from Jaycar or Amazon and Bunnings,
http://beta.speedtest.net/result/6059777450 is what I get going out the VyprVPN Melbourne link. I am over wireless, have about 6.5MB (byte)/s uploads going right now over my link on another (wired) computer (but not over the VPN), so this test wasn't the most reliable. The speed is 'good enough' for me. VyprVPN is nice/their android app is nice, but they have a 90-day retention, so be careful. When my sub is up I may switch to another provider.
