Yup, we use the black tank flush each time and we keep the tank closed, we don’t want the dreaded poop pile. We think maybe the valve isn’t closing properly, so the tp, etc. is settling anyway. We use generous amounts of the Happy Camper treatment It was draining well for the first few months but we tried a type of RV tp that didn’t break down as well so we think that didn’t help the situation. We think that the toilet wand won’t reach well to our black tank, and we aren’t excited about that option in general, but we are running out of ideas.
I’m considering getting some tail light lens tint to tone them down a bit. They are obnoxiously bright!
Rust-Oleum 253256 Specialty Lens Tint Spray Paint, 10 Oz Aerosol, 8-10 Sq-Ft/Can, Translucent, 10-Ounce, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0070S7ZXA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_PTZE6M6PSHPF60QJ0VYA
My rear black tank flush did the same thing this year. It was coming from the antisiphon valve. I researched online and it seems they fail a lot. I removed the antisiphon and installed an end with a check valve.
We have these. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R8JDBFL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The USB ports in our rig are..not great. Some of them get real warm, none of them push as much juice as some of the devices can handle. I just plug regular 110V USB chargers into the outlets and use those.
I bought a coiled breakaway cable off Amazon. Totally worth it cause it'll flex but still stay in enough of a straight line to not sag severely.

I've got a 2800BH and it was pre-wired for a Furrion, but I heard bad reviews so I bought the Haloview MC7108. If you buy this adapter it mounts very cleanly to the rear of the camper and uses the pre-wired input.
It's got a very clear picture for 720p but the framerate isn't ideal, mostly due to the wireless setup. It's got good color and works well at night, too.
To be honest when backing up I use it mostly to make sure I have room behind the camper, but where it REALLY comes in handy is to see if somebody's behind the trailer or clear of the trailer on the freeway while you're driving.
Sidenote: the wiring for the backup camera in the camper (at least on my 2021 2800BH) is only powered when the lights are on for some reason. So I have to turn my headlights on for the rear camera to get power and work.
Since I have a Ram 2500 with the big screen I'm thinking of biting the bullet and just doing the full wired camera direct to the screen I have, might be a little better framerate and less lag.
Just did this on a 2019 28BH. You want this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TTH5XYQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share And 10 AWG wire if you want to make an extension. Theres a limit to how long. Check with your solar manufacturer, probably in the 10 to 25 feet range.
Are you talking the connector on the panel, which is mc4 as started above, or are you talking about/ does yours have the furrion 2 wire quick connect on the trailer? I plan to leave our tv where it is, but I do plan to mod the dvd/radio cabinet as it does take up more space than it needs, could allow for storing remotes and ipod to the side of it. Also - i'm either gonna add a bluray player or at least swap the existing dvd player for one that has an HDMI port so that the pic quality on the tv can be better.
storage around the murphy bed is plenty for our needs - we don't even use it all and you will have better options in the newer version. kids clothes we put in bottom half of pantry. top half of pantry has so far been plenty food storage for us (our longest trip has been 8 days). cabinet above sink holds all of our plates, bowls, measuring cups, mugs, drinking cups (family of 4). This is very useful: https://www.amazon.com/9-Piece-Nesting-Measuring-Cooking-Camping/dp/B07RFNVV7C
I bought an inexpensive backup cam on Amazon and wired it into the existing power that was inside the Furrion mount on the back of my Imagine 18. Works beautifully and significantly less expensive: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DBZYFS9
We got the EEZTire - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009BEF1WS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_cC09BbQ2SHFBP
So far seems to be pretty good, do have the random loss of signal on the camper ones occasionally. Going to be contacting the manufacturer about that once we get stationary for a bit next week.
