Negative. I requisitioned them from a local representative office as I'm currently doubting how secure the Comms are in my area, however I do believe you can put in a similar request for deployment over at the Recruitment Request Centre. Over.
You can get bulk army men for pretty cheap off of amazon What I have Over.
I've been recruiting most of my troops out of the Amazon. For a mix of quality and cost, I recommend these boys. If you're looking for a crack squad of elites, my Delta Company is made up from a pack of these killers. Over.
Thank you soldier!
I have been looking around the Amazon and I found the legendary Tim Mee's training ground as well. I'm debating between recruiting from him or Schylling.

This is the most similar one i could find. The second image, slightly above the center. What do you think? Over
2nd hand from an online collection shop. I believe it's just the TimMee Spanish counterpart of the M48 Patton. I suggest the victorybuy website (or Amazon itself), or if you don't mind 2nd hand then try eBay. Over.
Late to the party but Elite Force soldiers are modern. Found on a shelf at Target and they are also for sale on amazon. Link here. Tim Mee are also top notch soldiers and are my personal favorite. Over.
A bottle of fake blood I got from Walmart for Halloween a couple years ago. I didn’t get this exact type of fake blood but here’s the brand if you’re interested: https://www.amazon.com/Kangaroo-Vampire-Blood-Gel-Bottle/dp/B01EXAATKS Over.
Timmee, toy story, modern armymen are all brands that I have. Over
You can look up "army men bulk" on Amazon and find some pretty cheap options. This is the brand I have Over.
Here. Over.
I found them on Amazon, link here. I love the modern loadouts these guys have. The bases at their feet are a bit too small for unstable terrain, but aside from that they are quality soldiers. I turned a few into tree ornaments before deploying the rest.
I initially found them at Target, though my local store has recently changed to these ones, which seems to be the same set sold at Toys R Us a while back.
Hope this helps, over!
Word from Intelligence is you can find this by typing “Green Army Men” in Amazon Private Bravo. But for the love of god, please close your comms, Tans are listening in. Over.

From the reviews, it looks like not everyone gets the same troops. So YMMV from what I'm reviewing below.
Lower quality molds, but they're stable and good looking. No DOAs.
Very small. This can be good because you can fit a lot (all 36 even) in your pocket without discomfort. They are also easy to hide. For scale (next to "normal" sized green army men): http://imgur.com/a/SIfh1
They are pretty lightweight, so they can be hard to get to stand upright, but none of the bases were crooked. I also had a few blow over on windy days.
Good diversity of poses.
Etching their bases was difficult, but the plastic is not too hard. I used a push pin.
The pictures on amazon are NOT accurate in really any way.
$0.15 per soldier. This is a very good value. Cheap enough to be your main force, but not cheap enough to send them into the breach alone.
I will likely buy another set of these very soon.

Unfortunately, some British troops have Thompson SMG's, but there are Enfields and BREN's to make up for them, as well as American, German, and Japanese troops. Good quality, can take a steel BB center of mass and keep going. They have served me well. Over.
recommended Are more akin to the troops you likely had contact with when you were initially recruited.
