It's from Marvel Comics Presents issues 159-161. It's a story where US Agent tracks down Clint who has been hiding in the Tennessee wilderness after the death of Mockingbird. It's a fun little story.

It's also available in the Hardcover: "Hawkeye: Earth's Mightiest Marksman" a really nice collection.
