A few months ago, my husband and I got Sling TV which is through the Dish Network. You pay $20 per month, but you get HGTV, Food Network, Travel, ESPN/ESPN2, Disney, ABC Family, and many others. Check out the details here: https://www.sling.com/

No problem! It's new, so that's probably why you hadn't heard of it. I got it a couple weeks ago and use a Roku 3 to stream everything to my TV. It's super smooth and absolutely worth the money.
I have. The VPN I started with years ago unfortunately stopped working and I had to change services. ExpressVPN, NordVPN, and other seem to be the most popular now, and have worked very well for me watching shows internationally.
