I do home workouts and I usually don't do most protein powders because I don't have a need for caffeine but I do use a protein powder that specializes is protein. So its doesn't have all the additional BCAA amino acids. I just stick with a 1/4 healthy carb, 1/4 protein and 1/2 fruit and veggies for my meals and the additional protein powder to add the essential vitamins and nutrients. There are some that come with all of that! I have a set I bought recently on Amazon for around $60. Considering all workouts I do with them, very worth it.
