Me upon realizing there's an untapped market of converting our world's religious tunes to Bookverse ones: if there aren't any hymns, I'll just have to sing them myself!
That's right, I'm so starved for content that I sung a twist on a hymn I liked growing up; I present to you "Hymn of the Seasons." The lyrics are shown on-screen alongside the music, so feel free to give it a listen - and if you'd rather not listen to me singing into my iPhone, I wrote up the sheet music + lyrics on Flat.io, so you can check it out there as well :D
I'll comment on this with some extra trivia ^^
If you mean in Japanese, there already exists one such volume, although I don't know how complete it is: <https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/gp/product/B07W56C2M6/>
If you mean in English, I can give no solid answers, but I would be somewhat surprised if not everything related to Bookworm was TL'd eventually.
Iguchi Yuka is not the author but rather the voice actress for Myne in the anime.
If you're interested in reading the series in Japanese with furigana there actually is a bunko edition of the story. It is, however, very far behind the English translations with them only being halfway through Part 1 Volume 3 at the moment (each original LN volume is split in half which is why five volumes are out) but they also have some new illustrations that weren't in the original volumes.
probably a school science textbook. Something like this. The goal would be to bring a book that goes over content and concepts hopefully generic enough to be applicable to an alternate world, yet detailed enough to give a deeper understanding of ones surroundings.
--i'd be really interested to see how magic would progress as a whole if atomic structure and what we consider basic chemistry were common knowledge among that worlds nobility.
I love Bookworm for all the same reasons. The fact that Myne is pushing people to write their own stories also pushed me to publish. If not for this story I don’t think I would’ve started writing, and now I have just uploaded my 26 book in 3 years.
If you want something heavily inspired by Bookworm, I would recommend Isekai Academy. It’s a original english light novel inspired by Myne and western style isekai.
This is the only english translation i found so far.https://www.amazon.de/Prison-Love-Diego-San-Pedro/dp/0852243804/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=9780852243800&linkCode=qs&qid=1663188630&s=books&sr=1-1
And i have to say i´m not going to buy it
You might like Reincarnated as a Familiar or Isekai Academy if you like the magic school aspect. If you want romance try I don’t wish to be your enemy or the Accomplishment of the Dukes Daughter.
You can always start with the semi-canon ones. I believe Amazon JP has them. Sadly they're one of the few Bookworm items that J-Novel has expressed disinterest in translating.
There is actually a version of bookworm you can get from Amazon Japan that has furigana for the kanji. It's the junior bunko series that might be up your ally. I think it is just the same content but with more pictures and slightly more broken up. here is the link to Amazon jp. not sure if you need to make an Amazon Japan account bit I hope this post points you in the right direction!
Actually, Myne funeral is the Epilogue of Part 2: Apprentice Shrine Maiden Vol.4, not part 3 vol 1
The original light novel has many situations that a six-year-old won't be able to understand - for example, semi-enslaved women who are forced to have sex with their masters - unless you want to explain them to her.
A children's version of the story has been released in Japan since 2019, which I suppose has an easier language and avoids these issues, but I don't know it, I don't even know if it will have a translation.
In Japanese Part 2 Chapter 30 can be found in Part 2 Volume 6 and J-Novel Club are scheduled to release this chapter in English on 2022-06-17
.
Others have already mentioned that the Part 2/3/4 manga are all being serialised at the same time in Japan and that the Part 2 manga is only halfway done. To give you a better idea of this: the Part 2 manga began in September 2018 and is only halfway done so the Part 2 manga may very well not be complete even in Japan until 2025* at the earliest.
Good for when you get sent back in time to the Iron Age; Practical Blacksmithing.

I wrote a thread here last month on my system for reading LNs (including Bookworm) in Japanese. Long story short, it’s doable at around N2 level, though significantly easier by listening to the audio books at the same time. The Bookworm audio books are pretty far into the series, too.
Bookworm is pretty repetitive with its vocabulary usage, so after an initial period of being lost from all the niche words, it should become easier. If you’ve had a decent amount of exposure to native resources like anime, the polite speech shouldn’t be too hard to handle.
I recently found that Bookworm does uniquely have an official rewrite in elementary-school level language, to my understanding with furigana over all the words – might be a great bridge to the real LNs! Not sure how far along they are, though, but wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve surpassed the EN LNs: https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/dp/B07WP6TKF3
It's not a leak. The author pretty much said herself that it's adapting the second half of Part 2 and the BD listing is already up on Amazon which confirms it's 10 episodes.

Yeah definitely then. The j-novel link I posted has links to multiple places to purchase physical copies then.
Eg. Amazon

Little confused by your message, but Bookworm is available on Kindle.
The official English translation is being done by J-Novel Club, who sell the book directly from their website as a DRM-less epub as well as physically/digitally in a number of places.

Isekai Academy has a protagonist that can be as chaotically adorable as Myne, only the series has less emotional investment so far. Also it’s a transported to another world not reincarnation, so protagonist-chan is only 11.
For an isekai with a protagonist similar to Myne, I would suggest Isekai Academy. Lyeh tends to not fully pay attention to her surroundings but she is quite brilliant.
If anyone is looking for a new series with an adorable little gremlin might I suggest Isekai Academy. The protagonist is definitely influenced by Myne, the story also rhymes with the Harry Potter series.
https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/dp/B07WP6TKF3 You should be able to buy them on Amazon JP. You will just need to create another Amazon/Kindle account. Now if you want the physical versions....not sure, they might ship to you though.
It really is a great place to practice your Japanese though. My Japanese is trash and I can still work my way though it with a dictionary
What are the TO Junior Editions?
These are volumes of the story directed at children in the upper grades of elementary school. They appeal to this demographic by splitting each regular volume into two or three smaller volumes, adding more illustrations, and adding furigana to every single kanji.

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about Japanese, so for me buying the original LN has little sense. That said, I actually bought a book of side stories because apparently there were some that could be found neither in the LN nor in the web novel. I thought I could read them by translating with MTL as I did with the web novel, however, the eBook limits the number of characters you can copy (although, I can circumvent that restriction in some way) and even if I copy the text, it's using right-to-left vertical orientation so when I paste it all the lines are messed up. I can somehow still translate something, but it's really a huge pain in the ass, so I gave up for now. Maybe I'll try another time.
Do you by chance know how to covert right-to-left vertical-oriented text in left-to-right standard text? That would help a lot.
In times when the manga and LN are linked, you have to be on the desktop website and click "Other sellers and formats," or "See all formats and editions" for kindle pages, and then the little right-arrows next to each version to reveal hidden formats amazon has linked.
For example, White Cat's Revenge both manga and LN ebook and physical books are linked.

I really never use J-Novel to see release dates since it's frankly a bit of a mess. I use Amazon because they always list out the next volume and the day it will be out. Like this: https://www.amazon.com/Ascendance-Bookworm-Part-3-ebook/dp/B08KSLBFN3/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=ascendance+of+a+bookworm&qid=1607699437&sr=8-2
This free magazine is available worldwide.

Just change .com to your local amazon and it is available free everywhere.
It is promotional magazine for the starting of the anime, and consists of anime information (characters, voice actors, etc), first chapter of Manga, and then 2nd chapter of LN.
It's free, go grab it.
Like what I've mentioned in another comment before, there are Junior Bunko version of the Bookworm novels with full ruby annotations and more illustrations for grade schoolers.
Look at all those books! Ahh, such envy to see a shelf full of Bookworm!
Look at how Breaking into Japanese Literature by MIles Murray does things.
There are audio books of actors reading the stories that would allow you to read along with the kindle or paper version (haven't tried this) as well.
Here are the contents of the Fanbooks. To me, the most valuable contents is Q&A.
Kindle edition of original Japanese fanbooks are available from any international amazon store. For US: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JWFPP9V

TO Books, the original publisher of this series in Japan is a rare Japanese publisher which sells their kindle edition books world wide.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JCK517G?ref_=dbs_r_series&storeType=ebooks
You can change this URL to any other kindle store (except China) and you can purchase it from your local amazon account, if you don't mind purchasing from Amazon.
you can download kindle's reading app to your pc.
here's a link: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Digital-Services-LLC-Download/dp/B00UB76290
generally i find kindle the be the easiest way to read on pc but you have a lot of options and sites to choose from.
my suggestion is to look at youtube reviews and actually see what it looks like before purchasing.
