I love atomic habits, I highly recomend everyone read it!! What a great analysis and a really cool way to implement them into looksmaxxing!
A few marginal gains that I would like to one day implement is: Face: - Go to a dermatologist to remove a small bump on my forehead. - Start tretinoin or a retinol - Regular hair removal (I love my spring epilator that someone recommended on this sub) - Keep my eyebrows tidy - Get a lash lift and tint
Teeth: - Floss daily - Whiten my teeth - Get a crown, veneer, or filling on my front tooth that has a stain on it (My dentist says its from how my enamel/tooth developed)
Body: - Regular yoga (I love yogawithkassandra on YouTube, she has lots of great 10 minute flows) - Start doing some strength training - 10000 steps a day (Ever since getting a dog this one has been easy) - Consume lots of veggies and lean proteins
Mind/mental health: - Less reddit (a hard one) - More reading - A daily meditation practice - Journal more frequently
I think right now I need to work on my morning routine and evening routine to have them align more with who I want to be.
Haha I just commented this on another post:
I just got this Revlon blow dry brush and it’s amazing! So easy to use and gives my hair great volume - I would recommend it 10/10!!

Here you go :)
I buy black and nude so I always just search for “pantyhose women bulk” in the search bar
as someone who’s had it for a while, use this with an exfoliating glove on your booty. i’ve used it every time i showered and i noticed that it’s pretty much gone.
I don't like to spend a lot of time on my hair cuz the rest of my routine takes 20 years and it's just another step hahah but my go to is using a pomade stick to tame flyaways and my hairline (very very light handed, I'm just trying to tame them not go for the IG slicked look), this hair waver to create waves, and light-medium hold hairspray so it keeps throughout the day. Very cute on its own, or in simple styles.
I also second dry shampoo for adding volume. Blow drying helps a lot too, but I don't do it all the time, to minimize heat damage.
If you're doing something like a ponytail, or braids, use a cute scrunchie or hairpin in addition to black/clear hair tie, it's a small detail that helps you look much more polished!
The hair section in this post has also been helpful to me lately
first and foremost, mental work is apart of making a glow up last! find a way to get at the root of the issues you're facing emotionally, uprooting all the negative stuff swimming around (even if it's nothing drastic) will have drastic physical effects. personally, my posture was straighter, I stood taller, I smiled more naturally and frequently, and I started to look people in the eye without thinking about it, all things proven to make you more attractive to others. if you can financially sustain it, therapy is a wonderful place to start (I'm american, I'm not sure how much of mental health care is covered in other countries). If not, guided meditation videos, introspective journaling prompts, and free support group environments are fabulous ways to do mental work.

second of all, find ways to feel good about yourself as soon as you get out of bed which will motivate you to keep up the look good feel good attitude throughout the day. For me, I started to apply GrandeLash and I started to dye my eyelashes with eyelash tint (I like this one) so that I would wake up and look in the mirror and feel pretty. Added bonus is not absolutely having to wear mascara before leaving the house everyday so my lashes have continued to get much thicker too. I also invested in cute pajamas and house slippers for a similar effect.

hopefully you tried a different style which is why they didn't work. if not there are a ton of shapewear options on Amazon; good luck!
For upper lip i use something like this and it works really well for me (as well as threading): https://www.amazon.com/R-Spring-Facial-Hair-Remover/dp/B001FXUTUM
Also i own that epilator. It was painful the first time on my legs and underarms but not really anymore. I use it every week or two on those areas. I havent tried bikini area/brazillian but maybe if you used it for maintenance after getting a wax it would be tolerable.
Try using a caffeine cream. It won't get rid of your cellulite but it'll reduce the appearance of it. So, you'll be good after 4-5 hours after applying the cream. I like the retinol lotion from Replenix. You could also try using the Differin Adapalene gel. Its an OTC retinoid that increases cell turnover and collagen in your skin. But it takes around 6 months for you to see any results.
I found a great one in Amazon. It's pretty intense, but it's been working. I have the same issues as you and developed a ton of skin tags during pregnancy:
HSBCC Updated Skin Tag Remover & Mole Remover Set,Skin tag removal & Natural Repair Gel, Safe & Effective, Easy to use at home. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B095JMT3FW/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_M4SGEDFM465FTT4ZGR8A
I bought a cheap one like this on Amazon in black and nude, but I also have a nude one from target. It’s a low tech solution, but it really makes a difference. Amazon
I got this one and have been happy with it -- someone on this sub I think said any of the highly rated Amazon kits are fine and I think my randomly selected kit falls in line with that.
It's a little scary doing it yourself the first time, I recommend reading the instructions through multiple times, laying everything out, doing one eye at a time, and mixing the dye first before you start perming because the dye takes like 20 minutes to darken. It's kind of annoying to make the time to do it because you really can't multi-task, so I put on a podcast or tv show I can listen to without watching and just sit and let it work.
Hi, I understand perfectly because I have the same problem, they actually sell ear correctors like Earo, that keep your ears back in place.
Like this one on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09HL7SHRQ?ref=myi_title_dp
You can give it a try

I found these to be helpful. I don’t take them as the gospel of fashion and wardrobe building but it’s a great place to start IMO.
There is also an r/preppy subreddit which might help you (idk how to link subreddits )
Doing a Pinterest look board can help you with inspiration as well.
Make sure to patch test the lanolin on your body first, some people are allergic.
I love this set of minis cuz you can keep one everywhere!
If you find you can’t use lanolin, other highly occlusive creams like vaseline/aquaphor (petrolatum) or ceramide lip masks/creams will be your friend. Put it on while your lips are still moist so it seals the moisture. Sometimes I layer my lips with regular lip balm then ceramide cream for a diy lip mask that keeps my lips moisturized til morning. If you’re religious about lip balm usage (I’m talking like applying 6x a day minimum, consistently for a week) you will get really soft lips. I did - but it was really hard to keep up bc you have to be consistent.
Yeah, ingrown are definitely the biggest issue but I have found that this exfoliating brush along with a dry brush before epilating. I also use Frank’s body scrub and a Salux cloth in the shower. For the stubborn ingrowns, I have a needle point tweezer to get them out which takes a while but is oddly satisfying too.
They make these stick on absorbent soles for sandals and heels.

There’s also gel ones that are non slip and go in the front.
Get some invisible non slip socks! Wont help with sandals obviously but they’re no show for everything else: WISVOOO 3-6 Pairs No Show Socks Women Nylon Ultra Low Cut Non-Slip Thin Liner Socks Invisible Hidden Socks for Flats https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0867PFJ31/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_C994CK7RSJ9B6V7QN1A4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
i think it's this one, just going off the packaging tho
