Yup I have it there too. I’ve been on glycopyrrolate for about 20 years for what was originally just armpit hyperhidrosis, and it helped so much with that! However the “problem area” seemed to migrate in my 30s to my groin, and unfortunately glyco does not make that much of an impact there for me.
One thing that helps is being strategic about the clothes I wear. For example only certain patterns or black exercise pants/shorts, so sweating through them is less visible. Also an extra layer like a slip short (I like the Jockey brand ones) under a skirt or pants. Wearing “breathable” underwear or fabrics isn’t enough to prevent or hide this kind of sweating, as I’m sure you’re aware.
I have also used these wipes occasionally, however they can be itchy and they definitely don’t last a week like the product says, maybe just a day or so, but they do help:
Sweat Shield Ultra Antiperspirant - Clinical Strength - Reduce Sweat Up To 7-Days Per Use (Pack of 10) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00H0DW9NG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_4mWSFbAE6SHFD
If you have any open cuts/scratches it can sting but you cover those with some Vaseline and then it won't.
I built one and like it very much but am also looking at upgrading to a professional device like Dermadry for convenience.
I didn't specifically move because of my hyperhidrosis, but every move I've made in my adult life has been to a more comfortable climate in which I've sweat significantly less.
I grew up in Kansas City--hot and humid for much of the year. (It frequently cracks the top 10 for sweatiest cities in America: https://weather.com/travel/news/10-sweatiest-cities-in-america-revealed)
Then I moved to Seattle, which felt like a godsend, since it's 50-65 degrees there most of the year, and rarely above 80 all summer.
Then I moved to the mountains Colorado, where the air is unbelievably dry year-round. It's cold much of the year here, and in the summer, it's a "dry heat," which doesn't cause me to sweat nearly as much as humid heat does. (Plus, in the summer, I do a lot of hiking and running up in the high country here, above 10,000 feet, where it's pretty much always cool.)
When I go back to Kansas City to visit home, or go on vacation to hot, humid places like Florida, I generally have to take 2-3 times the amount of glycopyrrolate that I can get away with taking in Colorado, just to be functional.
So yeah, if you have the opportunity to live somewhere with lower year-round temperatures, low humidity and dry air, I recommend it! It's made a big difference on my hyperhidrosis.
Step one, if you have not already, talk to your doctor. Likely CertainDri or Drysol will be prescribed, with CertainDri being OTC. A proper treatment plan can help make these symptoms manageable.
Step 2, gym chalk powder/bar and grip tape. Apply grip tape to the handles, and chalk powder to hands. Also, if it is a motorbike, a set of thin gloves would not be a bad idea. Depending on how fast the bike goes, safety gear (helmet, gloves, denim or leathers) is suggested in general, but a thin set of biking gloves wouldn't hurt. Example: https://www.amazon.com/Speecle-Full-Finger-Cycling-Gloves/dp/B08K41TY22/
Most likely because it’s so dry. Try mints with xylitol or xylitol gum. You can find them in grocery or drug stores, and it makes you salivate. There’s also xylitol spray (biotene) that you can carry with you, it should help quite a bit.
I got some mints off of Amazon that stick to the inside of your gums. They were kind of expensive though, cheap ones do the same thing without the sticking to your mouth part... Here are the ones I got.
You can judge for yourself. Someone uploaded the complete PDF here: https://www.scribd.com/doc/195059187/Sweat-Miracle-PDF-eBook-by-Miles-Dawson
Also, it's ripped off word for word from another book originally published in 2005 under the title 'No Sweat' and a different author name: https://www.scribd.com/document/244513369/No-Sweat-The-Natural-Hyperhidrosis-Treatment-Program-pdf
Awesome! Another method I recently received in the mail but have not currently tried is toeless socks for women. If anyone’s interested I’ll check back on how it feels.

It's not exactly this model, but it's from the same company. Not sure if they deliver in France...
I really like the Adar ones from Amazon. It's form fitting, and i'm pretty sure it hides the sweat well! I wear it under my scrubs so i'm not 100% sure.
I'm late to this post, but washable terry liners are a godsend. Amazon sells a few different types as well.
i made a post looking for help about dry mouth related symptoms a while back, my main problems with oxybutynin have been linked to that. i get really bad dry mouth, which causes bad breath, and i would wake up with my mouth tasting horrible. all the research i did basically just suggested specific brands of toothpaste, mouthwash, sprays, etc made for this which i wasn't exactly interested in (didn't seem like enough) but i did find a dental probiotic that i think has improved things. there are a bunch on amazon if you just search for them, but this is the one i got: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ONB9JIG?psc=1 idk, it made sense to me to keep your mouth bacteria in check so maybe it's worth a shot for you as well
I'm a Retoucher and use these particular fabric gloves you can get on amazon. They're honestly a game changer both digitally with a wacom and with paper etc. here's a good one
They're fabric and because of the sweating, I recommend washing the glove every month. Either washing machine or soak in the sink with some washing up liquid works. I've got two I've used for over 2 years. Really recommend. C:

It doesn’t burn or stain your sheets. You can search this sub for tips how to use it - there is a lot of good info!
I can’t use a different one, they provide us with exercise books like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Silvine-Exercise-Margin-229x178mm-Purple/dp/B004VV5NOM/ref=asc_df_B004VV5NOM/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=221835211105&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=8131719255269572775&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hv...
handkerchiefs will get saturated and then youll have a wet napkin and wet hands. small camping towels or yoga towels are absorbent and dry quickly.
Oh man, I feel your pain. In school my hands would sweat so bad that I'd be handing is sweaty tests haha! Being left handed didn't help much either.
Today I can use paper with no problem, and I'm not anxious about shaking hands.
3 things helped me the most.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions!
I use this pads under my armpits, they dont do miracles, but it works for a little - medium sweat. You sweat ofc but at least you dont ruin your clothes as much...
Man, I'm in the same boat as you. It affects what I wear, which events I'll go to, how I get there (I usually drive so I can leave in case I need to), and inevitably there are times where I have to make an Irish exit. I'm a general contractor and during the summer I'll only schedule walk throughs with clients early in the day before it gets hot.
Like others recommended, oxybutinin or glycoprolate can be very helpful. I don't get why any doc wouldn't immediately give it to you since they're not risky meds and the side effects are mostly avoidable. In over stimulating social situations (which for me, are the most challenging for my HH), they help a little but definitely don't solve the problem, although I've heard others say that had better results. Obviously you have to be able to plan for it and take the meds in time. I'd recommend taking it on an empty stomach - it did absolutely nothing to me if I had eaten anything. I've also used these on my forehead the night before and it definitely helps a little.
Is your sweating localized to your face? Botox is supposed to be very helpful if your sweating is in one specific area. I haven't tried it yet, but planning on giving it a shot when it gets hot out again since I'm usually ok during the cooler months.
Sweat is your friend, but it doesn't have to stink!
Conventional deodorants out there contain anti perspirants that artificially clog up our underarm pores; that’s how they work.
So Armpit Detox Scrub is a great way to transition from conventional deodorant to natural deodorants that have no antiperspirants.
Since natural deodorants don’t tend to work quite as well, Berlaney Armpit Detox Scrub is a great add on to use before applying them!
Berlaney armpit detox scrub allows the body to continue to sweat through the underarms minus the bacteria, and that is a natural way the body releases toxins.
Make sure wearing:100% cotton
Detox Armpits:Draws out impurities
Armpit Detox Scrub by Berlaney which works to eliminate odor caused by bacteria. Corrects pH levels through cleansing.
Detox Scrub also keep you fresh, dry and odor free, whilst still allowing your body to breathe and release toxins naturally.
Hope it works for you! Was annoying me too!
Armpit Detox Scrub by Berlaney works to eliminate odor caused by bacteria. This product is definitely worth a shot.
I've been using it 2x/week and have seen a difference. The smell is of peppermint and it leaves a cooling sensation on your underarms.
i really like the liquid roll on that i found at walgreens

>I used to get botox, it was covered by my insurance. I had to pay the $200 injection fee though, I originally started getting it every 4-6 months.... but then my body started metabolizing it faster and it wore off around 2-3 months. The smell would come back even though the sweating was greatly reduced.
>
>I gave up on it, because for me...I couldn't keep paying that often to still have the smell. Sigh
I have PowerBeats3, no issues with them
I like to wear these when I’m at other peoples houses: https://www.amazon.com/Ozaiic-Yoga-Socks-Women-Non-Slip/dp/B07CQM36X3/ref=sr_1_18_sspa?keywords=sticky+socks&qid=1660976554&sr=8-18-spons&psc=1
They are slightly cuter than regular socks and people always compliment them!
For sandals, I just have to make sure they have a back strap or my feet slip around too much. I still bring backup socks just in case so that I don’t end up miserable and sweaty though.
Thorne Research - Beta Alanine-SR
Here is a Beta Alanine supplement that doesnt cause tingles. I wonder if it would be just as effective. It looks like it has better reviews than all the powders but the main use for this is not HH so I guess it will just be trial and error.
Should have been clearer sorry.
No only my underarms have been injected.
But since having Botox in underarms I have had significant reduction in sweat in the underarms, butt cracks and hands.
But while Botox has played a a high part, I feel the anxiety medication may have also played a part as well.
Before Botox, I was taking Oxbutynin. There was some reduction in sweat in butt crack with this but it made me really groggy.
And after I stopped oxybutynin I started wearing the EJIs sweat proof underwear. Really expensive for just 1 pair but it does the job. In my first order I accidentally bought the non-sweat pair (which are also expensive but not as expensive as the sweat proof ones). But it was first time wearing expensive underwear and I was like wow, so comfortable. The sweat proof one’s feel a little funny but not uncomfortable.
Here’s the link;
But I no longer wear the sweat proof ones now.
So sorry you’re dealing with this.
1) One possibly useful tool is: Instant Ice Cold Pack (4 inches x 5.5 inches // 10cm x 14cm) – Set of 25 Disposable for less than $1 each. Just fold it and shake. https://www.amazon.com/General-Medi-Instant-Cold-Pack/dp/B07V2QD5G7
2) Ice water and a lot of it. Ice ice ice.
3) Fan under your desk if at all possible
The thing you are trying to deal with is “local humidity”. Aka the area immediately around your body has very high humidity because you are sweating and that sweat is evaporating into the air. The air then becomes super humid just above your skin. A fan or breeze or just moving can be helpful.
I know these aren’t great. They’re the only thing I can suggest other than Botox, Iontopherisis, and pills. Groin is particularly tricky because it’s hard to decrease the humidity there.
So sorry you’re dealing with this.
Some practical things:
For events or random times: Keep one of these in your bag. Instant Ice Cold Pack (4”x 5.5”). Disposable Cold Therapy Ice Packs. https://www.amazon.com/General-Medi-Instant-Cold-Pack/dp/B07V2QD5G7
For sleeping: Bedjet or chilipad or eightsleep
Thermoregulation may be helped by sage although I don’t know this first hand. I just bought some sage tea. I’ve seen some articles talking about safe supplements. While it seems sage is generally considered quite safe with no side effects, depending on your overall health you may want to double check with a doctor.
I got what the other Reddit thread recommended which is this one. Haven’t tried any others yet to compare, the big bottle will probably last a long time https://www.amazon.com/Pure-MAGNESIUM-OIL-Spray-Exceptional/dp/B00Q78C1EW/ref=sxts_rp_s_a_1_0?content-id=amzn1.sym.9cb06d61-cbae-4109-9d1e-14578fae3d41%3Aamzn1.sym.9cb06d61-cbae-4109-9d1e-14578fae3d41&cv_ct_cx=magnesium+oil&keywords=magnes...
I mainly wear sneakers and sandals with a suede or microsuede (anything fabric so it doesn’t slip). For dressier heels I use these and they work like a charm! Summer Soles As for the redness and swelling of the feet, I have the same issue. Try to keep in mind people aren’t focusing on it as much as you are!
Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle Body Wash https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002LMCFFS/
NOTE: Great for underarms. But for other, more sensitive areas, probably skip directly applying it. It has peppermint so even regular skin can “tingle”. Sensitive areas can hurt if applied directly. Shouldn’t be an issue if it’s being washed off and runs down over a sensitive area but just be aware.
There seems to be some decent products like Antihydral cream that can dry out the hands. Many other posts here regarding other methods, as well.
I used no-sew medical cotton gloves until I discovered Antihydral. Sweat doesn't drip through, they have large texture and absorb like a charm. Been using them for TWELVE (12!!) Years so definitely recommended. Look for these ones
Oh that's a different product apparently - main ingredient is very different so ignore what I wrote above. I thought it was a typo - I thought you were referring to Antihydral Cream.
Powder solutions like Monkey Butt Powder has really helped me.
For times where I need to be extra sure I'm not going to sweat through my trousers (wearing thin suit pants at a wedding for example) I have a couple pairs of Ejis underwear which work great. Got through standing in a wedding, outdoors, mid-August with 100% humidity in a gray suit without any sweatmarks (also had a Thompson Tee for my pits).
Totally understand that. You might be into these then…

I put these in my flats. They are almost like little towels under your feet!
Yeah it's really hard just putting a rubber glove on top of your sweaty hands. I had to wear gloves during a lot of my labs and they never fit right and the sweat literally drips out of the glove. The only thing that works for me is first wearing a pair of thin white cotton gloves like these ones and then wearing larger latex gloves on top. HH really forces us to improvise, adapt, and overcome so I hope you find a solution!!
The past couple months I’ve had luck with these socks (link will be at the end) I only have to change 2 times a day instead of 4 haha! But zinc cream has helped on the feet as well and been alternating days with shoes and putting silica gel packets (and shoe fresheners) in shoes I’m not wearing that day

These cost a pretty penny but they saved my ass (literally) when I had to stand in a mid-August outdoor wedding in a light gray suit:

For sure... here
There's a link for it on Amazon too. Walmart carries it, pharmacies carry it in the deodorant section, etc. in my area.
I have this and as a matter of fact I'm currently treating my feet.
Just right now I was curious about other treatments that I might not have come across prior and visited this site.
I'm quite surprised honestly that iontophoresis has not been mentioned as a treatment on there.
This machine has completely changed my life around and you don't even need to spend any money on it, you can DIY it pretty easily.
Feel free to ask any questions.

Good luck mate!
For reference, I use the Degree Clinical Stress Response antiperspirant— it’s in the womens section but it smells like “clean” or “sporty”, not “womanly” at all. Maybe you can find that one in stores near you?
I use regular cheap elf foundation and swear by Palladio Rice Powder (you can get it at Sally’s beauty stores or on amazon).
It sets my makeup and helps with shine and with sweat a bit. Have to apply every few hours but without it my makeup just slips off throughout the day and I’m a greaseball. Been using it ten years and adore this stuff.
Pro tip: the packaging it comes in isn’t the best and they overfill the container with way too much powder. It can be quite messy and dump out at first so right when I open it for the first time I take half of the powder out and keep it in a ziplock to refill the little container it comes in so I don’t spill and waste it

Not bad at all. You just have to keep hydrated. I had botox for raniofacial hh and it was great but lasted for about 4 months and I can't afford to get it every 4 months, plus I've heard some nightmare stories. You need to make sure you have a decent doctor not nurse administor it and I had local anaesthetic administered too as apparently it can be painful but mine was pain free. I can't comment on miradry as I haven't tried it. What country are you in? We're actually the original name in iontophoresis, and we've had some patients use the same device for 20+ years! Most establish a maintenance schedule where they only need to use the device on an "as needed" basis, or once every few weeks, to maintain their dryness. You can see a couple of our 10+ year patient testimonials here!

Hey folks.
I've done a couple of wireframing and prototyping thanks to the initial feedback.
I'd love to hear more feedback about the app. If you're free for 15 mins, please book a time with me: https://calendly.com/hyperhidrosis/15min
It will greatly benefit the app's usability and let me develop it faster. Cheers
yeah 20% is what i got. I’m not going to lie i really put it everywhere.. might be TMI but in the butt crack on my inner thigh area around my groin. literally everywhere that sweats i apply. let it air out for a bit and then go about my day. I really hope it helps you as it did for me !

I recommend checking out Sweat Block wipes. You can use them on a variety of body parts. I use them under my arms at night. For me, one application lasts approx 6 days. You can use additional antiperspirant in the morning as well. Some people find more frequent applications are helpful. They are kind of expensive so I save the wipe in a ziplock and re-use it throughout the week until it’s absolutely dry.

I bought these and used. Worked well
Hello! I have a few tips for you. I've also had plantar HH my whole life.
1) Rothys and Allbird shoes. They're durable and washable. They're also expensive, but they are the only flats I buy now. I have ruined hundreds of dollars worth of flats and I'm so glad I finally decided to invest in something that is machine washable. It's worth the money. The one downside is the wool can be quite warm so it isn't as good for summer (though I still wear them). But sometimes they do more vented styles - just have to keep an eye out. I want to try their washable walking shoes too.
2) For heels and other sandal things: I buy this stuff and cut it into the shape of the bottom of the shoe. Then stick it on. It helps my feet from slipping and it can be pulled off and replaced. You can also use it to line the inside sides of a shoe if your feet sweat on the sides like mine do.

3) I haven't tried medication or ion treatment but I do hope to try ion after my pregnancy. I decided this after seeing so many positive reactions to it on this subreddit.
Best of luck! Hope this helps a little.

Merry Christmas to all!
May you have a beautiful Christmas, full of love and surrounded by your family.
Here are the ones I use, but they are pretty big for discrete use. There may be smaller size ones you can find. HOPESHINE Gym Towels for Men & Women Microfiber Sports Towel Fast Drying Super Absorbent Sweat Towels for Working Out Camping, Hiking, Backpacking, Yoga, Travel 3-Pack They are absorbent and don't irritate my skin. When I don't have one I use hand towels or paper towels and by the end of the day my face is red and sore.
For the glyco you may ask for a lower dose to try. The pills I have are 1 mg but they may even have .5 you could try. Hopefully with a little experimenting you may find a balance that doesn't have the bad side effects. If not with glyco, maybe one of the creams or wipes will provide some relief.
I use non greasy hand lotions. The one that’s been working for me over the years is Vaseline. You’ll notice at the bottom that it’s not too rich. The other options like cocoa butter are rich and I avoid those.
Apply only before sleeping and still avoid hand creams during the day unless I’m in super cold conditions (that’s 50:50 risk).
I've had lots of success with compression socks, especially for running. I tried normal running socks from running stores and kept getting blisters and they were always soaked but haven't had a problem with these. They are pricey, but I've been using them for over 3 years with no problems.
Here's a link to what I've been using (apologies if this is against rules): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MCXTKNV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I totally understand, I guess I love having dry hands 100% of the time and even with glyco there are body parts that can sweat through when it's wearing off or I don't take it. So knowing on a hot day or around the house I can still shake or hold hands is the biggest benefit for me.
I run 30 mins 3 times a week and do a HIIT cardio each night. These neck coolers (link below) have been really helpful after my runs and working out. Also a cool shower right after to bring my temp down quickly can be a lifesaver.

If you can't get meds: I purchased this black suede vinyl. I cut it into the shape of the sole of my sandal and stick it on. It works best with black shoes. It helps with the slipping around at least.

I didn't like it when I was on antidepressants, it made me feel odd and twitchy and unhappy despite stopping the sweat, but without them it feels like an antidepressant/motivator as well as relief for sweating. There are different strains, but salvia officinalis seems to be the most studied (and the most likely to be in a supp). Just don't take too much. My head was streaming today and about 40 minutes after the sage it just stopped. I don't think it works for everyone but could be worth a go.
That’s disappointing about propantheline, how long have you been taking it?

I must admit I haven’t tried it myself, my face sweating is not too challenging for me. However, it contains aluminium and alcohol, and sounds somewhat promising although likely not a 100% fix.
This is my goto recovery drink I don't use a full scoop because the flavor is too strong but it works well to rehydrate quickly especially when working out. The blue raspberry flavor is decent too.

I always advocate linen, good air exchange & fast drying.
Cotton is terrible & leather too.

my first result for a linen shoe, I'm sure there are better
I use it on my feet and hands only, so I can't speak to chest/back. I do sweat a lot in my armpits, but I don't apply it to that. Interestingly, my pits only start sweating if my feet or hands do, so now my pits are always dry too.
Here you go! I couldn’t find the gloves I use since it’s not winter but I think these are close. Personally my palms are always clammy but my finger tips are the parts that drip with sweat so I tend to wear these light winter gloves and use a fan. It doesn’t get rid of sweating but at least I can play videos games or type at work.

Yeah but I have to say my hands are still pretty sweaty when I’m anxious so it may be nothing. Before you buy it I can keep you updated on how it goes the longer I use it.
Here’s the link to the one I bought:

This is the one that I use. I am not sure about the most efficacious zinc supplement out there but I know that quercetin is suppose to help to absorb the zinc more readily instead of it binding to other nutrients.
Past 3 months or so, I have just been experimenting with different medications.
I took pro-banthine for a month, then back on oxy for a 2 weeks, then I took some new medication called Tropsium for 2/3 weeks (didn't even work) so I went back onto Oxy around 2 weeks ago.
So I had several breaks from oxy past 2 months, when I went back on oxy after pro-banthine it wasn't anything amazing, so I tried to see Tropsium.
However, after I stopped Tropsium and went on oxy again I must say I now have the 'newbie gains' from the medication, I have been like 100% dry for past 2 weeks. I honestly don't know why this happens.
I have started using a antiperspirant when I went on oxy, so I'm not sure if its the antiperspirant or the oxy keeping me completely dry, however it could be a combination of both (I think its the latter)
I have been going gym and working out and literally not a sweat in areas that I would always sweat.
If you're curious I bought this
I use the body wash once daily in shower to areas that sweat for me, and then I use the spray/roll-on just before I go to sleep in areas I don't want to sweat
edit: For the antiperspirant the link I sent contains body wash and spray, however I also just bought the roll-on version from amazon as the spray gets used up quite quickly.
What model did you short circuit?
I use this one. It's a cheap keyboard, I know. But I think the design limits sweat getting inside.
I took drafting back in high school and used to love to draw. I used to rest my hand on a mylar 8x10 sheet while drafting.
Also having this on your desk may help, I love this thing for when I'm typing.

My sweaty hands shorted out the RGB lights on my Steelseries Apex 5 keyboard near the WASD keys, but then I picked up an Apex 3. It is water resistant due to the membrane under the keys that prevents any moisture from reaching the circuitry.
It's doesn't have individual key color assignment, but if you are a fan of rgb, it's a good alternative.
I also have this on my desk.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KPUKHYY/
I've had good success with similar, but cheaper AC to DC converter. This one has an adjustable voltage (12-24V), but your own body's resistance will be what determines the amperage. It took a little creativity and some alligator clamps to hook it up to a couple of baking dishes, but it seems to be working well. You should have a good understanding of current if you plan on using anything rigged to be plugged into a wall, otherwise the battery powered ones are a better option (check out youtube videos for making one).
Hey,
I would suggest you try this $2 anti perspirant:
Gel-based, fragrance free, apply at night once and my hands were fully dry.

Ben Nye setting powder is my go-to. I use a big round poof and I keep some powder on the poof and keep it in a little bag for my purse and will pull it out and dust my forehead as needed.
https://www.amazon.com/Ben-Nye-Classic-Translucent-Neutral/dp/B00AZRGSAE
I also keep paper towels, folded into squares in my purse and will pull 1 out and just dab my face and let it soak (vs wipe) and I can pull that off and still feel somewhat dainty.
Did you mean men? There aren’t ones for periods haha but you can look at absorbent underwear, I’ve found these on amazon
Hope this helps!
Yes ordered off Amazon , its a white tube with blue writing. Antihydral

If you haven’t tried shaving. I would give that a shot. I’m in my 40s and have suffered with this issue forever. Decided to give shaving a try 6 months ago and have had a dramatic improvement. The sweating hasn’t completely gone away but the lack of hair gives sweat less surface area to stick to and my clothing is not constantly wet anymore. I also feel like deodorant is more effective and have switched to using a dove solid. The gel and spray based deodorants do not cut it for me.
I also highly recommend the amazon pads that were recommended. They are not noticeable and work well.

These are the ones I use.
I spent $100 and 6 months testing antiperspiranta.

Before you go to bed, take a shower then apply it before bed.
Don't over apply, and do NOT scratch your pits. It will irritate the hell out of it making it almost unbearable.
Good luck!
I haven't found a solution to mice but I have found the [Logitech K310](https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Washable-Wired-Keyboard-K310/dp/B008D1JRIO) to be an easy to maintain keyboard, I just run it under the tap in a sink and use the brush included to remove any buildup.
I assume any diabetic socks work but here's a link:
https://www.amazon.com/Physicians-Approved-Diabetic-Unisex-12-Pack/dp/B00SQJVNDA
I have never tried them, but I do have ankle socks which are almost no-show. And it does kind of work I guess as the sweat doesn't soak the visible part of the socks, but it will ruin the shoes though if you're getting soaked on the bottom. The best thing is buy a bunch of shoes and alternate between them, also spray them after a day of use to keep the shoe longer. And also use something like this in shoes after using it https://www.amazon.ca/CedarFresh-58106-Natural-Deodorizer-ReFresh/dp/B002KDD0DE
