Just heterochromia. Makes each eye a different color, or sometimes multiple colors in one eye. Generally harmless and it can happen in humans too!

Some advice I haven’t seen mentioned: cats, especially male cats, gets UTIs somewhat frequently. If your little baby starts using the litter box a lot, or staying in there for a long time out of the ordinary, then consider taking them in. Cats can smell water, and they do not drink stale water or water if it’s too close to their food and litter box. They really, really like fresh water, which is why so many cats love drinking from your fresh cup or from the sink. There are cat water fountains that are popular with cats and there’s even a water sensor that attaches to your sink called AquaPurr which I have for my old man cat, and he loves it.
I also really recommend pet health insurance if you can afford an extra $30-40/month. It helps me save a lot of money over the year.
I say all this because my cat had kidney stones and had to have surgery when he was three. It was a nightmare. He’s great now because I’m super proactive and aware, but I never want any cat to go through that! Hope you and your companion have a long life together! Congrats!

Okay, first steps are find a vet. She needs her vaccines and she needs to spayed. The sooner you get her spayed the better. It will actually help with litter training too. Personally, I don't chip my cats simply because mine are indoor only and I'm vigilant about it but if you think her getting out may be an issue, get her chipped. A collar is a good idea but some cats can get annoyed by a bell.
Get her on a good brand of food but you don't have to go with the highest cost. Personally, I'm found of 4Health brand. You can find it at Tractor Supply and it's made by the same people that make Blue Diamond so it's quality while still being affordable.
For litter, I go with the cheap stuff because, they're literally using it as a bathroom, I'm not paying a premium for it. The most important tip is keeping it clean. While she's still learning, keep a small bit of dirty litter in it so that it smells like her and she'll know that's a safe place for her to do her business. If she goes elsewhere, don't try to punish. It doesn't work. Just clean it up and get a good enzyme cleaning solution and spray that every time she eliminates anywhere that isn't the litter box. I've had good success with this at removing the smell and the underlying enzyme so she won't be as tempted to use that spot again.

For the most part, vertical space is more important than horizontal space for cats. Give them places to go up like a couple of cat trees or some wall shelves. The Feandrea brand of cat trees on Amazon are pretty solid and usually run cheaper than a lot of the ones at pet stores. I also have a few of these around my house so our four kitties have no excuse to use the furniture as scratching posts (they still try sometimes, you have to train them). The posts are easy to screw in, so when they tear up the top half, I can unscrew it and turn it over so they have a fresh bit to tear up.

My cats chew on the sticks and then lose them. Mine enjoy kicker toys and wool balls. One of mine is terrified of crinkle balls and one of them loves to play with Nerf ammo.
We used to have a German shepherd and she had one of those fox toys that doesn't have stuffing in it, which she gave to one of our cats and that is still that cat's favorite toy. She carries it around the house with her.

Is it from the water sound? Because there are some that are totally silent. For example, here's the one I use. It is dead quiet unless the filter is clogged. If you bend down and put your ear within six inches there is a very low hum.

This Cat Dancer is our inmate's favourite toy, it's a semi rigid wire with cylindrical cardboard pieces on it (very easy to DIY too), the wire makes it move unpredictably and she goes absolutely nuts for it. Much easier to use for long play sessions if you tape it to some kind of stick to waggle it around easier.
She will actually complain if we try to put it away and she's not done with it, so entitled! :P
The Cat Dancer is the best cat toy ever invented. I've gotten a lot of toys in the 15 years I've had my cats, but this is the only one I've replaced over and over and over with exactly the same product. The way it moves unpredictably and swings around like a bird or insect drives them crazy. They literally sit by it asking me to swing it around for them.

My two love their Ripple Rug. It’s about $40, but it’s machine washable, you can arrange it in multiple positions, and it’s made from recycled plastic bottles.
They also like their Flippity Fish. (I think that’s what it’s called.) It’s a mechanical fish that flops around when played with. No worry about batteries because it’s rechargeable. It also has a refillable catnip pouch.
Thanks for helping her! 🥰 If you aren't already doing it, feed mama kitten food! It has some extra nutrients that can help prevent early life health problems, the kittens will get it through her milk. It might also be good to get some kitten formula just in case. It makes it easy to give them medications if it's needed or nutrition boosters in case any of the babies have trouble gaining weight fast enough.
Also useful: you might want to consider getting a playpen and leave just the top open so mama can get in and out but not the babies (this one's decent and not too pricey). Mama's gonna need a break sometimes, lol, and kittens are masters at getting into trouble. As soon as those eyes open they turn into adorable troublemakers and master escape artists. If you have one to spare, a bathtub also works as a great kitten containment system.
The best part of taking care of kittens: mandatory snuggling! They're going to need as much cuddling as possible to make sure they get used to being handled by people. Well-socialized kittens have the best chance at being adopted when they're old enough.
