Jackery powers the glow plug. Combustion of diesel fuel is what heats your shop/tent/etc. they’re finicky, but a fun project!
A camping one, maybe. The one you're describing (120V?), probably not. I use a Jackery 300 with this compressor cooler, and it works great with no issue, but it's running wattage is ~45W, not 80, and that it runs off of DC gives me a boost in runtime as well. The inrush current would be too large for anything much bigger.
The AC is pretty standard male to female
my 2000 pro says the AC is 15A max, 120V. you’ll probably want 14 AWG but i’m not an electrician

Do you have the fridge yet? Almost all tiny fridges are thermoelectric units, which have terrible efficiency. You'd usually be better off getting a compressor-cooler, something along these lines.
I discovered that when I first plug it in, it is charging at 79w. Then after a couple seconds it goes to 0, then to 59 and the noise starts.
I realized the AC brick was very hot. I put it on some ice and now it is charging at 79w and has been for a couple minutes.
This is the AC adapter I am using because I lost the original and didn't have time before this trip to order a new OEM one.
I think what i need is something like this
DC 8mm Female /DC7909 ToXT60 Male Connectors Adapter

but not that that kinda of price
Depends on what you want to run. Have to watch how many amps you are drawing but the do make 12v power strips. I was going to ask the same thing... But you beat me to it. 9 months ago!🤔
I should have known that I wouldn't be the first person asking this question 😀
I watched some YouTube videos last night and learned that the consensus is, use your Jackery to charge the car's battery -- then disconnect the Jackery -- then try to start the car.
So then I started Googling for off-the-shelf cables. I found this cable manufactured by Jackery. I bought it on Amazon and it should arrive tomorrow. Just in time for my big drive vacation...
