I take Unisom every night before bed it can help me fall back asleep most of the time though lately it hasn't been working as well. For hunger make sure you at least have a small snack before bed to try and avoid waking up hungry, or some people like to have crackers or a small munchie next to there bed if you wake up hungry.
For body pillows I just got: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DVKJXFE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ranges from $40-50 on amazon price tends to flux a bit. Its been helping me a little bit. To help with the itchy try and lotion up good after you shower where ever that is, as the itchy is probably due to dry skin but it could be other things. Try to find why you are itchy and start treating that before you go to sleep. If you are hot, try adding a fan, turning down the AC a bit more, or even have a spray bottle with water near your bed can all be options to help with being overheated. Best of luck getting some better sleep!
I find it pricey when I compare it to Amazon.com, even considering the exchange rate. The last thing I was looking at was a Snoogle. $48.99 USD on Amazon.com. $89.99 CAD on Amazon.ca. $48.99 USD is only $62.47 CAD...like what the heck is that? I do like the Amazon reviews and bestseller lists - sometimes I look stuff up on there just for the reviews haha.
I drink these shakes called Evolve that are plant based protein, no dairy in them at all. They're really good! Here's a link to some on amazon, though I haven't tried this flavor: https://www.amazon.com/Evolve-Protein-Shake-Mellow-Mocha/dp/B01MT0PWGZ
Hey! Yesterday I ordered this ones from amazon, (I got the 4 pack), they arrived today and I love it, you can cut the length of the tube, so they don't have to be that long, and I'm glad i ordered the 4 pack in case I need longer ones later on :) but so far, so good!
My BP has been slightly high every time I go to the doctors, but when I have the nurses at work it's been fine. My doctor put me on high alert for Pre-E symptoms. Nothing so far, but either way, it freaks me out. I bought my own BP monitor from Amazon and it is amazing. It even has a 2 person setting so I can keep track of my husbands too. It saves the last 100 readings and keeps me sane. If any of you are in the same boat, this is the one I bought.
I bought these off Amazon, and I love them! They are lower in front and cross in a sort of x shape so they don't irritate my belly at all, plus they are very affordable.
Only downside is they're from China, so they run small-- really small. I'm a pre-pregnancy US size 10, and I buy the XXXL in these...and they fit really well. Which I both love and hate!
Being overweight is one of the risk factors for developing GD. But plenty of women who are normal weight or even underweight also develop GD. The cause of GD is placental hormones (hPL, estrogen, progesterone ) which create a state of insulin resistance. Normally this is a good thing bc it raises your blood sugar and ensures the fetus is getting enough glucose for development. In women with GD however, they cannot secrete enough insulin to overcome the insulin resistance, leading to too high blood glucose levels (which can be dangerous to the fetus). I read your body has to secrete 1.5-2.5x the amount of insulin during pregnancy compared to pre-pregnancy in order to maintain a euglycemic state. Anyway, to answer your question: exercise helps because it makes your body more insulin sensitive thus lowering your blood sugar, and diet control helps because by limiting carbs and combining carbs with protein and fat it avoids spikes in blood glucose.

I love the song too! I hadn't thought of using it, that's a good idea. I found the leaf thing today actually and added it, great idea though!! Amazon has cute Wall hangers too that I found

I love this cleanser. It's weird because everyone on Amazon loves it too. I tried to look it up on the bare minerals site and the reviews there are not good. They do have an ingredient list there, and if anyone could tell me if I missed something I shouldn't be using that would be helpful.
It smells like grapefruit.
I bought this one on Amazon. I haven't loved it, but it does its job. Now that it's been used a bit, the head-area is sagged a little which helps my neck.

We got a little nest for bed-sharing for the first three months or so. Bed-sharing is very common in our culture but I liked the extra safety of having a little space for him in the bed. We are pretty small people (I'm 5 ft tall, my husband is around 5'6") and have a king bed so I hope this set up is useful for us.
Then after three or four months when he outgrows the little nest, we'll try letting him sleep in his crib in own room.
I'm a FTM so IDK what I'm doing lol
Yeah. They don't have it at the regular grocery store or Walgreens but I get this at the ~natural~ grocery store. If I forget to take it, I can't even punch the clutch in my car without my toes cramping up.
Comfy dress. Thanks to SoCal weather, dresses are basically what I've been wearing this whole pregnancy:

I bought these from Amazon. They are blank on the inside and came with a variety of Thank You's on the front. They feel super high quality and aren't cutesy. The envelopes are brown and I love the feel of them.
I am pretty plus sized and needed something that would actually come in a size I could use so I got this one. I LOVE it. It's a completely ridiculous contraption, I wouldn't wear it every day, but for when it's a Saturday and I'm buzzing around trying to get chores done it's really amazing.
I ordered this. Hopefully it fits.
