I highly HIGHLY recommend this one. I used it during my last pregnancy and so far it’s been great through this one too. I love that you can adjust the height/firmness by taking some of the “stuffing” out and it comes with a tiny pillow to put under your bump as it gets bigger

Hey, I got a pregnancy support belt in my first pregnancy and it was a lifesaver. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Maternity-Belt-NEOtech-Pregnancy-Support/dp/B01GO2M7DU
I wore it every day from maybe 30 weeks on. It let me stand for way longer than if I didn’t have it. I highly recommend it.
Short pregnant ladies! I have found maternity dress pants that actually are a good length (I'm 5'3"). I don't have to dress up for work that often, but I do have a few trips/client visits that I need something nicer than jeans for (last pregnancy, I just wore black jeans and hoped they passed for dress pants because I couldn't find any petite maternity dress pants!). It's these from Amazon. They aren't advertised as petite, but they are just the right length on me and the quality seems good for Amazon.

My favorite ones last pregnancy. I’m actually looking forward to getting them back out. If you wear high leggings with them nothing ever rolls down either!
I have a physical therapist friend who sent me the link for this one but she suggests seeing a pt to get adjusted before using it (which I didn't, but just wanted to throw out the disclaimer)
I just bought these off Amazon for those looking for a lounge pant that isn’t leggings! UEU Women's High Waisted Fashion... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09VZ5JLB4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
They are super comfy and I think they will work well throughout all trimesters.
I got these from Amazon:

I got them mostly because I was sweating my ass off and the chub rub was horrible when I wore a dress 😭😩
I am! I’ve been loving a toasted English muffin with peanut butter, topped with raspberries and blueberries. I could eat that for every meal :) Look up “fuss free vegan” by Sam Turnbull. Her blog is called “it doesn’t taste like chicken”. The recipes are easy, and super tasty. Highly recommended.
Lol sorry. Here's what I bought. My midwife suggested that I try it. Papaya enzymes are supposed to help too but I've never tried them.

I’ve seen The Expectant Father recommended a lot. It covers what you and the baby are going through from conception and how they can help and prepare for the baby’s arrival: https://www.amazon.com/Expectant-Father-Ultimate-Dads-Be/dp/0789212137
i take a magnesium supplement before bed for chronic constipation and it has been working so far! i go first thing in the morning religiously
The best thing about Maternity & Nursing Bra is they can wear it from Pregnancy to beyond (Don't need to buy ton of different bras). I've been wearing this maternity bra from Amazon, and it offers great support and breathable feeling! Even tho I'm out of the breastfeeding team atm, but I'm still wearing it haha!
I’d recommend any kind of really stretchy bralette or light/ medium support sports bra. There are some cute yoga sports bras (like this) that provide enough support without looking like I’m headed to the gym so I can wear them under anything. If you decide to try breastfeeding, just find one stretchy enough (with stretchy straps) to pull a boob out of the top comfortably. You’ll save a good bit of money skipping the nursing/maternity marketing.
