This one! https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Formulated-Probiotics-Guaranteed/dp/B00Y8MP4G6?ref_=ast_sto_dp I got it at Target and I noticed a difference almost immediately. Not pre pregnancy better but still much better than the first few weeks!

They stretch like crazy, have wonderfully deep pockets, and are very long.
I’m 5’3 and have to hem them.
I ordered this, which was highly recommended and I'm obsessed https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09QXLHSV3?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
I take these ones! I got them because zinc helps with preterm births and magnesium helps with RLS + lactation! the recommended is 3 a day but I always just take 1 because anything more than that gives me nausea, but on the occasions that I take more than 1 I can actually skip the next day without getting RLS. Also don't take it when you take your prenatals, because the calcium can affect your iron absorption!
was gonna say roasted chickpeas or even crunchy green peas i've been loving lately. these are my fave.
I bought a U pillow but any would work really. Lol something like this (it's was very hard to find a picture of a pregnant woman). Then I'd just tuck the pillow under one of my hips (in that gap between my hip and the bed, how it's slightly raised). IDK if everyone would find this comfortable but I found it fine. I really did think I'd have to stop at some point.... but I made it all the way through.
I’ve been really struggling with this, especially after dinner/at night! It’s very tight and uncomfortable, so I’ve also been searching for some relief. I saw this “prebiotic soda” ginger lime flavor (for $2.50 a can-ugh!) at the grocery store the other day, and decided to try it on a whim. I drank some before and during dinner, when the bloating tends to be the worst, and it seemed to help (although who knows if it’s just a placebo effect!) Pre-pregnancy I would drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before dinner if I knew I was going to have a carb-heavy meal. I might try that again. I also used to be a seltzer water junkie-lived and died by my sodastream!- but I pretty much cut that out altogether now since the carbonation seems to make the belly tightness worse.
I know I’m probably the only one in my life who is really noticing the bloating right now, but we have a few friends that we see regularly enough, and and I don’t really want to tell them up for another 4 weeks! So I’m trying to find a good solution, for meal time!
Here is a link to the soda for anyone who is interested. So many of my friends told me their prenatals made them sick. My sister recommended these ones and I've yet to feel even a little nauseous which I would say is a win. I also like that they have active Folate vs Folic Acid - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003YPOLRQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
So since we’ve all convinced you you’re not crazy (I hope) may I HIGHLY recommend this super accessible, short, bathroom reader style book for your partner?
This was truly the best gift my husband received. It simplified pregnancy week by week in a few short pages made up of bullet points. Most importantly, it gave actionable suggestions on how they can be helpful! A lot of men feel overwhelmed and truly don’t understand the process. And you’ve seen pregnancy books - they’re huge and overwhelming. This book totally ensured I had a supportive partner who knew how to meet me where I needed him.
