Well there is a rumor going around that there will be a 4th season but that hasn't ben confirmed.
HOWEVER there will be an OVA sorta like an episode 75.5 it will air on Christmas.
Remember at the end of season 3 there was a picture that Kuroko recieved from Satsuki of the entire teiko team and the bithday plan Kagami briefly mentioned, apparently the ova will be about those two things i metioned.
