Usually I don't look past full-length anime series in these charts. However, this time I stumbled upon three very promising films:
<strong>Harmony</strong> - a transhumanist dystopia with WHO member as a protagonist
<strong>Gyakusatsu Kikan</strong> - full-blown military fiction?
<strong>Shisha no Teikoku</strong> - that's basically /u/wildbow 's Twig in anime form - Frankensteinian biopunk
By the way, were there any good original anime films in the last year or so?
I've never declared I've had a waifu or anything in that area, however if I had to choose one it would be the wonderful Benten. She's one of the main characters in Uchouten Kazoku, she's dangerous, confident, intelligent, beautiful, caring, sympathetic, and has a smile that could brighten a room. She's my favorite female character from any series, and I can't see that changing.
Yeah, Okusama ga Seitokaicho! was simulcasted in both the censored and the uncensored versions on Crunchyroll. CR only does encoding — they do not modify the actual content.
AniList mod here.
We have been thinking about including visual novels into our database since day-1, since we already have the manga and anime sections covered. That being the case, we are right now knee-deep in developing AniList 2.0 (more info here: http://anilist.co/blog), and haven't been able to focus on implementing new features.
It is great seeing the interest for visual novels to be added to the site, and hopefully we can make it happen one day :)
> As of last week we are planning to add a Japanese(Romaji) - English title toggle button
Japanese could also be considered. anilist.co offers Romaji / English / 日本語 as title language settings,
COMPLETED
Your Lie In April : Holy cow this show. Art and Music off the charts (listening to the entire OST while I do things at work). Beautiful story and executed superbly. Sure to bring some tears out. There were occasional episodes in which I somewhat cringed at Arima's "cowardice" but in the end this was a beautiful ride. 10/10
Love Live S2 : Again, phenomenal music with some better CGI. Cute girls doing cute things. Nothing to hate about this. Beautiful performances and funny character interactions. Very ending almost implied there could be a S3? I don't know, seemed like it gave off that vibe. 8/10.
Kiss x Sis, There is a deep understanding and connection between the Mc and his step sisters. There is a small amount of fan service but nothing you cannot get past.
I'm going to Japan in a month. I'm so excited. I imagine playing "Spot the Fatty" will be like "Punch Buggy."
EDIT: There's that one farm anime with the fat egg chick.
You are correct.
As for MAL not having a separate page for the New Edit, we'll have the mods to blame for that, as there was one about until a week ago. You can check Anilist in exchange.
I haven't had any issues with FFmpeg so far, this is the guide I followed to learn, and actually it's pretty easy but can be time consuming I've been finding. But quality is top notch.
Good news, everyone!
There is a new animu about airsoft airing next season! It is called SabageBu!. That makes two animu about airsoft. I enjoyed C3, but I don't know if I could call the show good. It was a lot of fun to watch though.
There's actually more than one gender-swapped Nobunaga anime.
Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox
Apparently it's popular.
Just pure bullshit ending.
[Episodes 9 - 12] (/s "Let's just randomly bring back this character so we can all be happy that she didn't die, because fuck you that's why!")
Hi there, just want to say that this is amazing and will be really useful!
As someone mentioned wanting Hummingbird support, I would like to propose looking into support for http://anilist.co if it isn't too hard. Even though it isn't as big as MAL, some people still use it.
Also would be eternally grateful if iCal support was added, would make your calendar so much more useful.
Wouldn't mind donating to the cause!
Uchouten Kazoku & Natsume Yuujinchou are SoL shows I recommend pretty equally. They both have great atmospheres, Uchouten Kazoku gives a bit of a quirky vibe while Natsume Yuujinchou has an overwhelmingly relaxed one.
Hmm, I'd recommend something like Zetsuen no Tempest.
Zetsuen no Tempest is 24 episodes, has good characters, solid romance, incredibly satisfying ending. Fight scenes are present, some are a bit long, but none feel like they drag on.
Gate - I really love the manga and actually think the character designs for the anime are an improvement! I hope it is in good hands.
If only they made Manhwa's into anime series.
Studio Salty - A simple sitcom series that I think would be adorable to be animated.
Dr. Frost - A series with a badass MC who is a clinical psychologist. Awesome.
ReLife - My current favorite series to read every night, a NEET gets an opportunity to relive a year of high school under the surveillance of a mysterious corporation, at the end of the year they promise to set him up with a good job. Funny as hell, and I cannot decide who is best girl. It's eating away at me every day.
I generally use anihcart.net for info I need on various anime (when currently airing) and that says it'll be a 24ep series
I also personally have only heard of this being a 24ep series, never heard of it being 12eps
I generally don't really have favorites so its hard for me to come up with a list, but here:
Seconding Berserk,[](#s "Griffith") is one of my favourite antagonists. That said, I'll continue to plug the manga (links below) over the anime - the recent manga stuff has made them even more complex and compelling.
^(Manga | Status: Publishing | Genres: Action, Adventure, Demons, Drama, Fantasy, Horror)
Well there is a rumor going around that there will be a 4th season but that hasn't ben confirmed.
HOWEVER there will be an OVA sorta like an episode 75.5 it will air on Christmas.
If you are wondering how does this random guy know all of this here is where i got my info :http://anilist.co/anime/21235/KurokonoBasket:SaikounoPresentDesu
Unfortunately, I don't see what I would ultimately gain from that since the data is already viewable. :x Sorry, could you elaborate a little more on what you mean?
However, I found another website called AniList that has the same function has MAL and (hopefully I read it right) allows all bots. I guess this could work instead?
Lupin the 3 has a new anime coming out in fall. Takes place in Italy.
Here's a trailer, but the quality isn't that great. I'll update when I find a better one.
Also have you watched detective conan? I hear many people who liked Lupin liked this anime also. They even had a crossover here.
Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu - (MAL, HB, ANI)
^(Status: Finished Airing | Episodes: 24 | Genres: Action, Drama, Horror, Psychological, Sci-Fi, Seinen)
It's about a high school student whose hand is taken over by a sentient alien parasite. Despite the silly-sounding premise, it's got a strong (and occasionally very dark) story that explore what it means to be human, with some excellent characters. There are definitely emotional scenes and WTF moments to look forward to too.
This series reminds me of this timeline from how the WoW leveling plays out.
Edit: If you enjoy b-movie style anime and you don't mind the excessive fanservice, I highly recommend Triage X, it's bad but hilariously entertaining if you go in expecting guns, explosions, cheesy scenes and fanservice.
> It's the dawn of the Golden Age of Aviation on planet Prester, and retro-futuristic sky vehicles known as vanships dominate the horizon. Claus Valca – a flyboy born with the right stuff – and his fiery navigator Lavie are fearless racers obsessed with becoming the first sky couriers to cross the Grand Stream in a vanship. But when the high-flying duo encounters a mysterious girl named Alvis, they are thrust into the middle of an endless battle between Anatoray and Disith – two countries systematically destroying each other according to the code of chivalric warfare. Lives will be lost and legacies determined as Claus and Lavie attempt to bring peace to their world by solving the riddle of its chaotic core.
Tokyo Ghoul* (Tokyo Goal sounds like a soccer anime.) I haven't checked out the first episode yet, but the manga is pretty cool. I'm sure anyone with a vore fetish would love it.
Akame ga Kill's manga is fucking awesome. The first episode was about as awesome as I expected, though I felt less emotionally connected to it than I did with the same scenes in the manga. In my opinion, the voices match almost perfectly. Comparing the author to George RR Martin is EXACTLY how me and my friends described it as well.
Was hoping you'd mention Aldnoah Zero which is also a great one. Not sure if it's based on any manga. The first episode ended very well, and the musical scores by Hiroyuki Sawano (Kill La Kill, Attack on Titan and many other anime with great soundtracks) are fantastic.
I'd say that this was a pretty above-average first episode experience for me. I really enjoy the atmosphere and music. At first Haru kinda got on my nerves, but she seemed to get a lot better really quickly and set a lot of flags for big character development and twists. Starting out so grating might actually and up in her favour character-development-wise. Similar story with Tokaku.
However, I also really dislike dice-shithead and think that all this self-gratifying edginess results in characters who don't even know the meaning of the word subtlety. Plus a lot of the characters are extremely trope-saturated and at the moment I can't see them growing out of their ridiculously extreme characterisation.
This could really go either way. At the moment I'm cautiously optimistic, I think it could actually end up really really good, depending on how they execute the upcoming battle royale and yuri elements (2014 YURI TRAIN STOPS FOR NO ONE), but this show is starting to remind me a lot of a certain other weirdly executed ultra-<em>edgy</em> show. ^^And ^^that's ^^probably ^^not ^^a ^^good ^^thing.
EDIT: Ok, so this director Kusakawa Keizou has done some good stuff, some not so good. However he has done a bit that I've really enjoyed. By the feel of this first episode in terms of atmosphere, edge and character types, it looks like this show might be headed down the Gen'ei wo Kakeru Taiyou route. I was quite fond of that series, but it was pretty neglected.
You can see my anilist at http://anilist.co/animelist/16902/TheNinjasSub I don't think it is completely updated but I really enjoyed the following:
Right now I'm watching Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt as it is streamed by /u/Username5550123 . If you want in go visit /r/TheGreatUserKamiSama.
>starts off reasonably light-hearted, suddenly gets a dark twist
Berserk is amazing and I won't deny that it gets much darker, but it basically starts dark and just gets more grim. I mean, it's absolutely worth watching (although I'd personally just recommend reading it - the manga link is below), but it's not really in the same vein as [(Show names, not Berserk spoilers)](#s "Madoka or Steins;Gate").
^(Manga | Status: Publishing | Genres: Action, Adventure, Demons, Drama, Fantasy, Horror)
I watched a few episodes of Natsume Yuujinchou after I first watched Death Parade. I really needed to see the best humanity had to offer after seeing a few of those episodes.
If you want something at an agricultural school you can try Nourin. If you want a brilliantly relaxing series try Natsume Yuujinchou, if you want something funny, original, however not as relaxing try Uchouten Kazoku.
Remove huh
True Tears not a bad show at all but really not anything special.
Elfen Lied did see much special about this besides the boobs and violence for the time it was made
Ahh a unfamiliar site, but it looks really cool.
Shinsekai Yori: Plot and world building are superb.
Shirobako: My favorite from last fall, likeable characters and a good mix of comedy and drama.
Yes, seeing the actual scene, and the repercussions of that act afterwards is just pure drama, and the best form of drama in my opinion. Sex is the manifestation of love between two people, and I was So glad that we got that scene.
The scene was cut beautifully, not in any way fanservice, it was pure emotions between the characters. That's what I loved most about it.
I don't even think of it as "an MC finally did it" thing. White album 2 is so special to me that it transcends everything to be honest.
edit: go read my mini-review on White Album 2 on my list: http://anilist.co/animelist/Constantine
it's on the top of the completed list. as a note
Hang on, I'll get my lawyers on the line. With that out of the way, lets jump into things. Though there are as many opinions on this show as there are pixels on your screen, I enjoy'd Aldnoah.
On the animation side of things, it is a very pleasant show to watch, at first some of the CG mechs may turn you off, though you you get used to them quickly.
In the music department it really is incredible (Thank you Hiroyuki Sawano) Easily one of the best parts of the show. Even people who aren't the biggest fans of A.Z admit the music is worth the time. Soundcloud sample
Story is where it starts to lack, not significantly, but when compared to other aspects. The characters are great, where it lacks is the main MC. He really is emotionless for the vast majority of the show, couple asspulls here in there for plot convenience too. MC could be better, but other than that solid characters all round.
Overall I think it was worth my time in watching for sure, Crunchyroll. Here's the link, Give the first couple episodes a go, and see what you think yourself. I don't think you'll regret it
[](#thumbs-up)
Completed
Kataribe no Risuto
I actually completed this one last night. I love a good apatheic main character. Of course they have to ruin him by giving him something to care about. The powers were pretty unique and art was solid.
Reading
reLife
My favorite ongoing series at this point. Each chapter is what I look forward most during my manga reading time and it's hilarious.
Doesn't look like there has been one yet, or even a future release date. Only reference I found to a possible release date was an april fool's joke.
<strong>Waiting in the Summer</strong> and Kids on the Slope (already mentioned) are the two most similar ones that I've found so far. Waiting in the Summer is similar in the way that it's a romance about a group of friends, and it also has a great OST, with an OP by Ray and ED by Yanagi Nagi, just like in Nagi no Asukara. It also has amazing visuals, though not quite at the level of Nagi, I'd say.
In the meantime, you could sub to /r/NagiNoAsukara. We're always looking for new members :)
Analyzing Ribo19
trust score 58.2% ^Lies!! ^so ^many ^lies!
Fun facts about Ribo19
The order of these would depend on when you asked me, they're all very good.
Molester Man (Comedy, Romance)
Girl Friends (Shoujo-ai, School)
Gin no Saji (Comedy, Slice of Life)
I am kinda new to anime, here's my list as of now: http://anilist.co/animelist/34036/Constantine
any way you can give me shows to watch that might fit what i like based on my list?
also any particular order you'd watch my "plan to watch" anime? i don't know where to start after bebop
Honestly, I'm currently getting over the fact that my list is so big I can never have one of those cool image only lists.
It doesn't matter much what they're using. The most popular series are almost the same on Hummingbird and AniList.
FMA: B, Steins;Gate, Monogatari Series: Second Season, Gintama, Clannad: After Story, LoGH, Mushishi are all in the highest rated series on all 3 websites.
I can agree. All this shows are great and cause of them I give credits to all other SHaft creations and get disappointment most of the time. Although I liked Sasami-San @Ganbanarai
visit /r/Animesuggest when you're looking for recommendations. I'd also recommend that you watch the ones that /u/EvaOtaku mentioned. If you'd like to wait for new episodes and feel the hype then you should try some of the anime that came out this season. You should get an account on Anilist as it's more easy on the eyes than MAL and keeps you updated when new episodes come out. Remember to set you flair to your Anilist account so I can follow you.
My favourites this season are:
Chrome users will require Tampermonkey and Firefox users will require Greasemonkey. I'm open to any suggestions, including something similar for Anilist.co. Thanks!
Hummingbird, AniList and AniDB are the alternatives I know of. MAL is easily the biggest community and IMO the easiest to find information on, even if AniDB seems to have more and more detailed info.
Might start watching Akame ga Kill in July. It has the word "Kill" in the title and there's a girl who uses a scissor.
Toradora is always a solid choice when it comes to romance. All of the characters have a fairly solid development and each of them have a unique personality and problems associated with it.
5 Centimeters per Second is also a solid choice if you would rather watch a movie. The animation quality is top notch and there is some amazing character interactions.
I see that you like works by Gen Urobuchi (which I am a fan of as well). So after reviewing your list, I'd say give Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom (MAL/AniList) a try, another great work by Urobuchi.
To clarify, Urobuchi has also written Fate/Zero, Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica, Psycho-Pass, and Suisei no Gargantia.
I don't think a final episode count has been announced yet. At least, nothing's showing up on MAL, Hummingbird, or Anilist.
http://myanimelist.net/anime/18897
Well to give a heads up.
Check out "Shimoneta: A Boring World Where the Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn’t Exist" that just started last week.
http://anilist.co/anime/20910/ShimonetatoIuGainengaSonzaiShinaiTaikutsunaSekai
Hunter x Hunter is a great action/adventure shonen, my favorite of that genre (*EDIT: Besides FMA:B), but it is 148 episodes. Soul Eater is another great one (really great animation in the fights)
Eureka Seven isn't as good as the other two I've mentioned so far but if you like mechs you might be interested.
Magi: Labrynth of Magic/Kingdom of Magic (can't remember which is the first or second season) is another one of my favorites, has great character development and well animated fights.
Sword Art, despite the stigma aligned with it, is pretty entertaining.
Some that others recommended that I second would be: Cowboy Bebop (but it's not much like the other ones you mentioned liking in your post), Shingeki no Bahamut (not as fun as the ones you've mentioned but worth the watch), and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (Seriously if you haven't seen this watch it now its easily the best anime anyone has listed in this thread.)
Heres how I rated them: http://anilist.co/animelist/kylemack12
I use http://anilist.co/ as my anime list. The ones I am watching shows up in a "Airing" page on the shows I've put the status to "Watching" on. It looks like this.
For finding new shows before the start of a season, I use http://anichart.net/ like most people do I guess.
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - (MAL, HB, ANI)
^(Status: Finished Airing | Episodes: 26 | Genres: Horror, Mystery, Psychological, Supernatural, Thriller)
Higurashi might be up your alley. There are a number of characters that might pique your interest, but it tends to hop around and doesn't really follow any one of them.
http://anilist.co/animelist/mt63095
get at me, fuckers.
~~If you want to see my top 10 (9) anime just go to my profile. I use a pretty unorthodox rating system.~~
After about 5 minutes of thinking, I changed my rating system. Wishy-washy I am.
Similar style? As in your list CSS?
AniList has a very helpful and friendly community so I'm sure posting around in the CSS Help / Assistance thread there would get you a good start.
I don't see anything in your list style that would cause any real trouble on AniList.
Girls of the Wild's, Tower of God, the Gamer, the Breaker. All these are Korean; I've been reading a lot of them lately. :P But they're a bit more "obscure" since people stick to Japanese titles, but very solid. Tower of God is probably my favourite read right now. Alternatively, check here. http://anilist.co/mangalist/Iverna
It has to be both Darker than Black and the OVA which was one of my all time favourites but than season 2 happened. :( BONES WHY!
Edit Another anime that I really enjoyed was Problem Children Are Coming From Another World, Aren't They? I never found anything like it and wish there was going to be a second season but it was not very popular.
The 'travel into universe thing' wasn't out of place or 'pulled right out of their ass' with 'little to no build up' - the characters going into an alternate world and fighting parallel versions of themselves is the premise which you should know even before watching (it's even described in the synopsis on sites like anichart, and shown in the opening, and promotional videos, ffs).
And what do you mean 'author?' You do realize that this anime is based on an arcade game, don't you? That means that the premise and setting already exists, not just made up on the spot by the 'author' (whatever author is supposed to mean in this context).
Try
Right now all of my animes that I started watching during winter is coming to an end, so I wondered if anyone could recommend something.
I would like to see some action, but I don't mind to see some recs for other genres aswell. Also if you have any opinion what should I start to watch from my 'Plan to Watch' list, please say so.
Judge me, I'm attempting to be more objective with my ratings. Currently I go with a 10 (masterpiece), 5 (average), and 0 (lost faith in anime) kind of rating system.
Welp, I signed up and made a list here.
I got as far as year 2000, so I'll have to finish updating it in the morning. I feel like there's still some missing, I might have to check everything over once I'm done.
Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita (Humanity Has Declined) (1-8) - I'm almost through with this series. I originally passed on this when it was airing in 2012 because I didn't have the time for it, but I'm back now. I've always been attracted to the post-apocalyptic setting and this fits the bill in that regard, pushing technology back and leaving some great ruins for the characters to encounter. The blend of architectural styles and technology is really great.
The humor has been great. The main character has been great as a narrator and her wit has been excellent. I'll be finishing it up in the next couple of days.
Just read this this morning and was really impressed by it.
Cirque Arachne - it's about two girls in an acrobatic troupe and really develops well for how short it is (only took ~25 minutes to read).
Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to has 8-12 minute episodes and Tonari no Seki-kun has around 7-8 minute episodes
Highly recommend both if you don't mind them being a bit longer
Nope. I use anilist.co to manage my anime and ensure that my mobile list design is up to snuff. The default mobile layout has certainly gotten a lot better with the most recent update, but I still enjoy having a little control over it.
Hello folks!
I'm in the middle of watch Shirokuma Cafe on a weekly basis, but I need some another, just as laid back, slice of life. What I really like is the relatively mellow humor, lack of over bearing romantic subplots, and the warm fuzzy feel I get from Shirokuma.
Here is my anilist
And just a heads up, I haven't rated everything I've watched so sorry if you are trying to go by that.
Thank you!
For those that wish to add this to their PTW:
Quick side note: I think there's something wrong with your CSS over there. The side menu keeps expanding on me and covering up your entire list so that I can't actually read what you've seen. (Well, that and the AniList search function pisses the hell out of me on a regular basis as the most relevant entry is usually buried underneath a crapload of other titles. But that's not on you...) So I'll just recommend something that nobody else has mentioned and assume you haven't seen it yet.
This is widely regarded to be the best of the shoujo-ai titles. (Note: not yuri. Yuri is about titillating the audience with fanservice. Shoujo-ai is all about the actual emotional relationships between the girls.) It is a beautiful romantic drama filled with every available emotion. It is sincere, honest, and exceptionally accessible for everyone. Yes, even those who aren't lesbians.
If you are a guy and don't mind ecchi I would suggest High School DxD, I remember that show being pretty funny also. But kinda in the way things are funny when they are really dumb lol. If you like romances i would suggest Nisekoi, wasn't the most funny show I have seen but i had a smile just about the entire time while watching.
My 10/10s on your PTW:
<strong>Summer Wars</strong> - one of the most heartwarming feelgood anime I have ever seen. Absolutely fantastic. Amazing writing and good characters.
<strong>Mawaru Penguindrum</strong> - The less you know about this the better. It's one of those shows were nothing is what it seems like from the outset. Really great characters and can switch from being funny to sad to dramatic without effort.
<strong>Colorful</strong> - Really motivational and inspirational film. Depressing in a uplifting way. No anime are quite as good as dealing with moral relativism as this and welcome to the NHK.
Here's my list, it's pretty big so if you just want to rate my taste you can just look at the favorites on my profile. Recommendations for things to undrop are welcome, though some things I dropped because I read the source material.
I'm looking for something dark/tragic, preferably with a lot of strong emotions like anger and jealousy. Ideally not set in or involving grade school. Basically anything else is fine. Not from the MAL top 200, preferably.
And if anyone can find something like that but also BL, I'll give them Reddit silver.
edit: my list for those on mobile that can't see flair. I also apologize for how terrible my list must be to load on a phone.
>MAL is a really good site for finding a more objective consensus of shows from the wider anime community.
Yes, the same group of people that has 4 Gintama in the top 10 and has at most 5-10 things before 2000 in the top 100 is an objective consensus.
>However, some of it's search functions are lacking, leading people to have to outright ask for older anime.
It's the most complete database around compared to Hummingbird and such, so idk.
>The best year-by-year catalog of anime I have yet seen is here. They sort it by that sites ratings, which in my opinion are less accurate than the MAL ratings, but they still correlate enough to find some anime that are worth looking into.
Not matching your tastes =/= less accurate, seriously. If you really want good recommendations you would use the reddit anime wiki, the /a/ wikia with a huge amount of anime from all sorts of genres, or the retro chart that's been circulated around. If you've actually made it through those charts you would have a great idea of what you like and don't like and be able to find things on your own. Anilist does a great job in being objective in that, iirc, it lists everything from that year.
>As an example, if you go to 1995 (the year Evangelion came out) you'll find Neon Genesis Evangelion and Ghost in the Shell, titles people already know are good. But then you'll also find Golden Boy (which has been mentioned here) and an anime called Romeo no Aoi Sora. When we check Romeo no Aoi Sora on MAL, we see that it has an 8.46 rating and that it might be worth checking into.
If an 8.46 is only "might be worth checking out" you're going to miss nearly everything that is older than 2000, as MAL has a negative bias towards rating those shows (as seen by the 5-10% of the top 100 being occupied by anything remotely old). WMT, the shoujo canon, the space operas, Gundam, etc.
Protip for finding good older anime:
MAL is a really good site for finding a more objective consensus of shows from the wider anime community. However, some of it's search functions are lacking, leading people to have to outright ask for older anime.
The best year-by-year catalog of anime I have yet seen is here. They sort it by that sites ratings, which in my opinion are less accurate than the MAL ratings, but they still correlate enough to find some anime that are worth looking into.
If you export your list from MAL and import it to AniList it'll work there normally, with the various SJMaster vs. Xinil - A story of epic battles! Season 2's displaying as their proper anime.
Just in case you want an alternative while this mess is happening on MAL.
I'm Looking at your Plan-to-watch, as /u/nhbraveheart has noticed that you have a long one. So here are my suggestions:
Keep watching Gintama. You're at the part where it starts getting really good.
Cowboy bebop is a classic, so maybe watch that (I myself am guilty of not having watched it yet though)
Gankutsuou
Katanagatari
Monster
Natsume Yuujinchou
Rurouni Kenshin - you have the OVA in your plan-to-watch, but you haven't seen the series. I think this one should be watched first, because it was made first. OVA is just the icing on the cake.
Other than bebop, I didn't recommend anything that i've not seen myself. You may have some other great shows, but I can't comment on them.
Well, I hope her to do some more tsundere! Thanks guys I know where to look now. Im new to anime also -
I started watching anime a month ago. Her best work I love is Loiuse from Zero no Tsukaima.
Shana from Shakugan no Shana (I love this one since it's not the stupid tsundere type like Louise),
Taiga from Toradora (Which I adore) and Aria from Aria the Scarlet Ammo.
I haven't watched Tokyo Ghoul, because I only watch series in one run when they already finished airing, however I'll just give it a shot into the blue and recommend Death Note .
It might interest you to know that there are several websites (MyAnimeList, Hummingbird, Anilist) that let you keep track of the anime you've watched so far, and the anime you plan to watch in the future!
I'd suggest Code Geass, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Log Horizon, and (maybe?) the .hack series (haven't watched it myself, but I think it's similar to Accel World and SAO in that it has to do with virtual gaming, so maybe look into it? But if you want a quality "stuck in a game" anime, watch Log Horizon first)
Psycho-Pass Re-Air
Yami Shibai S2
I won't mind giving this a shot.
http://myanimelist.net/animelist/SMS
But to be honest I have been using AniList more recently and have re-rated some stuff so yeah.
