I can actually answer a question here, for once!

There's a great app called TuneIn, that allows you to discover and bookmark stations from all over the world. It's available on just about every platform out there, so you can listen to your favorite stations on your PC at home, on your phone, or on a computer at an internet cafe. I currently live in Los Angeles, so I use it to listen my favorite stations from back home in Texas.

There's also a wonderful website and app called Radio Garden. You can use its map to discover radio stations all over the world. It's like Google Earth for radio! I'm currently using it to listen to Radio Manas. :)

You can use a shuttle bus called "Аэроэкпресс" (if it still works now) or the Yandex Taxi "Яндекс такси" (the taxi booking app). Yandex taxi supports English.
