I used this transparent gift wrap from Michaels: https://www.michaels.com/transparent-packaging-wrap-opal/10713065.html?cm_mmc=PLASearch-_-google-_-MICH_Shopping_US_N_Party_N_N_N_N-_-Party&&cm_mmc=PLASearch-_-google-_-MICH_Shopping_US_N_Party_N_N_N_N-_-Party&gclid=Cj0KCQjwpPHoBRC3ARI... if you look up colored transparent cellophane or transparent gift wrap it should come up! I had a hard time finding clear stuff as well, even online, so it took a bit to find some I like. When I went to Michaels in person they had a ton of colors too, not just rainbow :) I believe they also have some on amazon, I think this one could work for a lapis wig even though it’s not super iridescent: https://www.amazon.com/Hygloss-Products-Cellophane-Roll-Baskets/dp/B002546WMO/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?keywords=blue+cellophane+transparent+roll&qid=1562165748&s=gateway&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1 I think using the rainbow one could work too though over a blue wig because it’s clear, but that’s up to you! Tbh, I did my wig three times because I didn’t like the cellophane I used or I wanted it to be more shiny. For an added touch, I recommend putting some hair tinsel in your wig under the wrap, it makes it look really sparkly and you can buy basically any color on amazon. Good luck, I think your cosplay already looks great and that it comes out the way you want :)

Just off amazon its only in Japanese but its mosly art anyways so not much reading need! HERE!
I recommend the physical release, but if you aren't committed to the prospect of buying it or if money is an issue, you can read it on mangadex. nyaa.si has scans of the volumes as well
The leftmost one is this. Never heard of it.
Here is the amazon link, the English version will be released at the end of this month
Gorgeous! You've studied Ichikawa's style really well, my only recommendation would be a bottle of ink (this is my personal favourite for this kind of work) - it saves so much time and I'd love to see what you could do with some washes
