I had a hard time finding clear stuff as well, even online, so it took a bit to find some I like. Tbh, I did my wig three times because I didn’t like the cellophane I used or I wanted it to be more shiny. For an added touch, I recommend putting some hair tinsel in your wig under the wrap, it makes it look really sparkly and you can buy basically any color on amazon. Good luck, I think your cosplay already looks great and that it comes out the way you want :)
