I love my 1.5mm Cressi Freedom suit. It's relatively thin in terms of wetsuits so you can get all the feeling of being encased without being suffocated in a thicker suit. (Unless that's what you're into.)
It also layers well and has a shiny exterior, which I'm all about.
A hollow punch is your best bet. If you're not going to be working with latex frequently, the pliers-style punch may be overkill. The cheapest answer is the type of punch you hit with a hammer, laying the latex over a somewhat soft surface like a nylon cutting board or a block of wood.
That varies a lot. Depends on the day. Probably, leggings the most often. I like how they feel and make me look. I really like wearing the Pulse Tee Shirt from Libidex. I have a number in different color combos. They fit me well. Sleeping I really like the MFMYEE brief.
I'm pretty sure it was like these.

I got it in the super market when I got mine. And I just used any reusable plastic straw.
I took a knife and made a small X at the upper shoulder of the bottle and pushed the straw through. If you do it right you don't have to glue the straw in place, but you might have to if the seal isn't perfect.
The gasmask connector from the hose I had fits it perfectly.
While it may or not be safe, I use these wigstands for my latex hoods
Eurocatsuits offer m2m catsuits, manufactured in the EU. From outside the EU, but very affordable, you also have Palace Civet, who offer m2m catsuits.
I’ve had good results with something called Baihere Shoe Repair Glue (the one in the glass bottle, like https://www.amazon.de/-/en/ChaRLes-BAIHERE-Repair-Adhesive-Leather/dp/B07K312MJZ). When dried it isn’t stretchy at all, so it’s not super useful for repairing chlorinated latex if that’s what you’re after. But because of the insanely strong bond there are quite a few applications in inflatables construction too.
Palace Civet sell m2m catsuits on amazon, and deliver quickly, I got mine in 3 weeks.
Palace Civet sell m2m catsuits on amazon, the price is a bargain.
That looks awfully similar to this: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07VL1RTTX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00
Yes, German Amazon!
These are amazing:

But don't get silicon lube on them.
Palace Civet sells m2m catsuits on amazon. They do modifications such as neck entry at no additional cost. The manufacture and delivery took around 3 weeks. Overall I was satisfied with what I received.
Thanks nice for the nice words.
Honestly, I do use regular Dawn Dish Soap to clean my gear. Never had problems using it. Just washed under running, cold to luke warm, water.
A small to medium amount (sometimes I used more when in a neck entry suit to slip out) it spreads far without using too much. I just make sure to really rinse my suit before and after before drying it.
I know some people worry about the de-greaser part of soap and that can be a problem, but I find as long as I'm rinsing my stuff really well, it should be alright to use.
But with that said, if you want something that's more marketed to cleaning latex, there's beGloss. Good company.
Some people use Vivishine Cleaner & shine. Haven't heard any complaints about them.
Or when you go to the store and see any unscented, dye less (clear) dish soap, should be fine to use as well for cleaning.
To avoid damaging your latex, it is better to wash it before to storage.
Put it in a place where it is out from the direct sunlight. Latex is sensitive to UV, so even in a bright place it can get damaged (It will lose shine and turn white).
A well ventilated place is also advised.
Some do, but I don't recommend to let it inside a plastic bag or ziplock.
No need to put talcum powder, just some latex shiner silicone will do (No need to put a lot either).
A hanger is usually the best to avoid folding marks. And you can put a suit cover on it (Usually made of a fabric-paperish material) It will let your latex breath more than plastic cover. But avoid to put it in contact with other fabric clothes otherwise it will stain them...

I trim my beard down (#3 on the trimmer guard) and wear a hood with a mouth cover (rubber55 bondage hood). That way I can take the mouth cover off to talk but can hide my whiskers from poking through. The more I get into wearing latex the more I think about starting to clean shave my face. But for me the androgynous look is what I’m into. If you want to keep the beard and you like the look maybe think about getting a half hood where the mouth and chin are exposed so you get that medieval executioner look. this isn’t the one I’m thinking but similar this is what I was thinking but can’t vouch for the company or quality
Hope this helps!
Nice one for your legging!
Instead of washing directly in your sink you can get a large basin. Otherwise the sink gets all greasy...
To store the latex there are kind of paper/fabric suit cover like this one . This allows the air to pass and doesn't stick to the latex. But the silicone shine might pass on other clothes is you stick them together, so be just aware of that.
Right now I have this one, but have no idea which is better than any other brand

I've heard blue Dawn is popular, too. I use Seventh Generation unscented dish soap. I get it from my local grocery store, but it's this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/Seventh-Generation-Dish-Liquid-Clear/dp/B08MVQJFPY/ref=sr\_1\_2?keywords=seventh%2Bgeneration%2Bdish%2Bsoap&qid=1643228612&sprefix=seventh%2Caps%2C130&sr=8-2&th=1
Sorry for the late reply. I took a large break from Reddit, apparently. If this is useful, great! If not, have a great day!
If you want something cheap(ish), I can recommend Optimal Products.
It's way cheaper than Viviclean og Begloss, and works just the same.
If you go with dish soap, try to find something without perfume or other additives.
It's 100% talc. Latex is much more hardy than we give it credit for, but I love sourcing the right items and not compromising for things that I enjoy.

Sorry I don't know a UK supplier, but it's used industrially and cam be made with various types of rubber. US suppliers call it cloth-inserted rubber or fabric-inserted rubber.

If the latex is chlorinated, you/they might not need any aid to get the leggins on.
I always use silicone lube. I do not like the white sweat you get with talc.
NEVER use oils and any latex. I found this as a PSA for latex condoms...
I have also read that Aloe Vera Gel might work.
Or you could have fun with a lube like this:

I would recommend undressing from latex in the shower. You can wash yourself and the latex, you will not track lube everywhere, and the shower water might help with the undressing.

I would however recommend spending a little bit more and getting this mask you can customized colors and with what holes you want open and it’s under $60 usd

get wide hangers 1-2 inches wide to help prevent damages i have 2 catsuits that i hang up and i have no issues with them after about 3-4 years i use something similar to this https://www.amazon.com/Extra-Wide-Shoulder-Wooden-Hangers/dp/B078NRXBLN/
I only use it while making, not wearing, so I'm not terribly worried about the other minerals, they're all in the same ore, and it works fine mechanically for working with rubber.
If you want 100% talc, drysuit talc is a bit more expensive but certified to higher standards.
Anything like this is fine. Basically if it's baby safe then it's latex safe.
"Talc" is the short version, it is really called "Talcum" I think.
Try searching for "unscented talcum", maybe you get better results.
You could also try ebay / amazon.

Ok! So if you hit up amazon, Best-test premium paper cement is the alternative to Bostick. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DOAQT4E And Bestine Solvent and Thinner for... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004O7HM38 Are great.
As an alternative , Vulcanising cement from Napa auto is a great alternative cement. Though you should thin it a little in either case. 70 % cement to 30% solvent.
I use Clear Plastic Suit Hanger.
For example, I hang a t-shirt upside down, the springy grabbers holding the bottom hem. I use two hangers per shirt, so the body can be separated & aired out.
For tights, I'll use two hangers holding the top hem.
For stockings, I'll use one hanger, each grabber holding one stocking by the toe, so the water can run out.
For a catsuit, I'll improvise, paying attention to not trapping water (old water can get very funky)
"Latex milk" is often called just "liquid Latex" and can even be bought at costume or halloween stores (in the USA).
I recommend the kind that does contains Ammonia, though I only have experience with one or two Ammonia Free liquid latex. The ammonia free ones had no hold at all. Here is a latex that has worked well for me:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0055A4DOO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_gzBGFbMZJP73C
Note: I've only had experience with a few options, and with a few latexes (it may work different for different suppliers and brands).
FYI: solvent glue is recommended for thicker sheets, and Latex Milk for thinner sheets (I believe it's primarily because of edge curling with solvent).
Also note: solvent is still required, but as a prep step. And it uncurls before glueing.
The below is all just random info-dump because I wanted to share...
The process for Liquid Latex is: clean the seam area with soap/water to remove dirt and talc, apply a bit of solvent to the seam, this will curl it, let it dry to uncurl, then apply thin layer of liquid latex (should NOT curl), let it dry (but not too dry), press the seam together as normal, roll as normal, let sit to finish bonding.
The common suggestion is Mineral Spirits, though I'm currently trying several other solvents (they are all nasty), Naptha has worked, and to a lesser degree; MEK substitute, Xylene, Lacqer thinner, and Enamel thinner. I've found these to be ineffective: Isopropyl alcohol, Ethyl Alcohol, and Acetone. (I will be testing solvent glue thinner once it arrives).
Note: these are nasty, and may mess up your other materials (I found out that MEK substitute messes up Lexan/plexiglass).
Big Note: this info is from very simple, preliminary testing on the solvents. A basic rule of thumb, if it curls the latex, it will work as a solvent. (Maybe someone will find the magic solvent that doesn't curl it, but still improves the bonding)
So this post reminded me of an event that I worked. The producer of the event wanted to use latex catsuit for the performers but instantly realized how expensive they were and how it would have ruined the production budget (spandex was the alternative). Having said that, I would imagine that NSFW performances using latex would probably NOT use something custom and go with something off the shelf and affordable. The big players in the field (manufacturers with websites developed and known throughout the latex industry as opposed to a small startup) would be the first they would go to for designs and cost. Then go from there. So using that assumption, I had early found the Atsuko Kudo option as it was the closest to the OP photo. However, I would consider that place, albeit high in quality, rather pricey. So down the food chain I went and I think I found it.

You don't even need to clamp, on contact it will be glued and will not unpeel. Heptane works well to clean the latex before gluing, but it smells horrible, needs excellent ventilation and always gives me a headache. I like the rubber cement thinner it both thins the glue, cleans the latex and seems to be the least toxic chemical of the bunch.
Nobody else mentioned a couple other options, so here are some that I have used.
- Water. It can be tricky to put on a catsuit using just water but the way the latex sticks to your skin after it drains is great.
- Cornstarch. Cheap and readily available. Organic, so biocompatibility is high. Bad to use if you're going to sweat due to white leakage.
- Talc. If you like to feel dry, it works. If you are going to sweat in the latex, be prepared for white leakage at your arms and legs. Be careful what you buy, though. You don't want anything scented or with oils. Baby powders are now mostly cornstarch but contain scents and/or oils. Gold Bond original formula is pure talc with a slight amount of menthol.
- J-Lube. Cheap for how long it lasts. Easy DIY mix. No precision or measuring required to achieve results good for latex dressing.
Yes, it does help, thanks. Good to know about making repairs, though I don't imagine that's something I'll have to deal with too soon. hmmm, now I'm really not sure though, because I tend to get a little sweaty...
This is the lube I've been using. I know Pjur is regarded as the go-to lube by people in the scene, but it's expensive to get here in the US. Well, it's a bleeding fortune through Amazon at least, and I've shopped around and haven't seen it for very cheap anywhere.
for my lady, i started by buying cheap molded stuff, working our way up to westward bound, and the baroness, and will eventually be getting some stuff made to measure.
she is somewhere between an a and b cup, but most of latex is form fitting and ends up squeezing her the right way for a flattering look. it definitely gives her a confidence boost.
my advice is to take the plunge and pick up some stuff. westward bound sells a lot of factory seconds on ebay. the chinese shops are quite a good value, but as others have said, they copy designs which is frowned upon. i strongly suggest you avoid molded rubber designs as they can break due to inconsistent thickness/low quality and don't shine very well.
the hardest part is figuring out how to get the form fitting stuff on and off, then caring for it afterwards. a dressing aid is key to getting stuff on, especially over elbows, shoulders, and so on.
i've tried lube and powder as dressing aids and silicone spray for shine, but recently, i've started using a lot of this for double duty: dressing aid and shiner.
