Thanks for the Helpful Award - I haven't seen that one before :)
You can search for ways to change the keyboard to the standard Hebrew layout. Once you have it installed, it is a simple alt-Shift to swap between English and Hebrew.
Though, unless you are planning to move to Israel or would otherwise need to know how to touch-type on a proper Hebrew keyboard, I absolutely recommend installing the Tyndale House keyboard instead. (Tyndale House is the name of the religious studies library at Cambridge University.) Instead of the traditional Hebrew layout - which according to a recent /r/hebrew post is based on Yiddish(!) - this matches the Hebrew letters to an English equivalent. For example dalet is on D and mem is on M because of how they sound, and alef is on X because of the shape. (A is saved for the A-class vowel marks.) It is super, super intuitive and easy to use.
That's a huge request. Could you ask about a specific chart that you've found online? The grammar of any language is going to be difficult if you don't start somewhere manageable. Have you considered going beyond what you find online? There are plenty of grammar books that will help you.
If you're looking for biblical Hebrew, there is a new grammar-workbook pair that has just been released. You can find the grammar here and the workbook here on Amazon. If you would like more recommendations or to ask a more specific question, don't hesitate to respond.
