I got this cruiser saddle

its u/ki11a 's idea. One roll will do. I still have the template too. I can post if u want. After applying, theres a clear layer on top of the vinyl that comes off btw. You just gotta heat the edge with a hairdryer and it'll lift up but only do that at the end.
I thought about getting something like this. https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Waterproof-Motorcycle-Handlebar-Harley/dp/B019WERJJY/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=bike+clock+handlebar+mount&qid=1627486762&sr=8-7
Thanks for the suggestion!
Unfortunately, looking at the description for that one I don't think it will support the weight of the bike + cargo. There's a couple of times in the description where it says "Note: Not for use on E-Bikes." and no clear capacity rating. I'm planning on having a bit of cargo on the bike from time to time, the main reason I want a center stand is for the stability.

I was looking at this one: https://www.amazon.com/Ursus-Jumbo-Double-Leg-Kickstand/dp/B00D1T90XK
Until I realized "This kickstand will NOT accommodate FAT TIRE widths". So that one is out as well.
The hunt continues.
I'm not sure what the model number is. The name on Amazon is Ecotric 20" fat tire foldable electric bicycle mountain 500w motor 48v/15ah lithium battery front suspension alloy frame snow beach ebike moped (Whew!) . It was $1142 before tax. I ordered the comfort pack with the XP so this one was not that much more. I received the bike in 3 days and everything worked well. As others have mentioned, some of the drawbacks are the assembly that is required and the fact that the seat post has to be removed it you want to take the battery out to charge it. It has a color LCD display with a USB port for charging your phone, a thumb throttle and thumb levers for changing gears. The max speed is 20 mph factory pre-set, but I believe there is a way to change that to go faster just haven't figured that out yet. I am happy with the bike and just glad to have something to take on an upcoming trip. Maybe when the back-log at Lectric clears up I'll try again and sell the Ecotric.

The XP has a 25.4mm handlebar and any 25.4mm handle bar will likely fit. They come with narrow handlebars because it's inline with the whole compact foot print you get when the bike is fully collapsed.
I purchased my handle bars not only because I wanted them wider but also longer to allow me to sit more upright. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074YYNWDM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
Currently out of stock but use the dimensions as a reference and shop for another brand.
I think any 20x4 tube should work, but they are sold out in a lot of places.
I bought these from Amazon a few weeks ago. Haven't had to use them yet so can't comment on the quality.
Rad has one that should work.
You probably don't need it, but I had already modified my old one in an attempt to fix the alignment issue. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H9P6RQ1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
I'd get a shim for the front rotor and some thin stainless 1/2" flat washers for the axle.
I used some small flat washers on the rotor, but the shim would have been easier.

I don't carry mine, but these or something similar are great for securing.
There are bags available also. Might use a bag and a shoulder strap.

the 3.0 is effectively the same as the 2.0 with certain parts upgraded, they do mention "better brakes" on the 3.0 but i wouldn't know. but as far as i can tell, mechanical disk brake pads for bicycles are mostly universal, someone can correct me if im wrong on that. if your original 3.0 brake pads look like this, other brake pads that look alike will slot in fine. thankfully they're by far the easiest thing to replace. I got these for my replacements.
With my xpremium, I found that I have to angle the bike so that one of the wheels is touching the ground to work on it. It's too heavy for the stand. Mine works ok - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09NXHTJW4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

You probably don't need the bracket, but I had bungled the original.
My original calipers were about 1/8 too high in the rear and I didn't get full bake contact. Also were horrible about noise.
I changed pads - better but still not correct.
The hydraulic came with pads and so far still using, will change some time because I'm sure I can do better. (it's Winter here, no hurry)
The front - I had hitting on the spokes sooooooo. I shimmed the rotor out, flat washers I had on hand. They do sell rotor shims though. After that. I had issues with clearance on the forks - Added a washer I had from the junk box on the axle.
So far - works well - put 10 hard miles before I was too cold to continue.
Bought one like this. Works great.

You can mod your bike to have a 2 battery setup with the following. It will doubleish your range or triple if you get a 20mah battery and it's completely plug and play. It will run around $250 which will be half the cost of buying a new battery from Lectric.

For sure my #1 was a much needed headlight upgrade. I bought a cheap one off Amazon that is 100x better than the stock. Do be careful when searching for headlights though as anything over 12 Watt can fry the motor controller. Happened to me but Lectric sent me a new one in 3 days on the house. This one is rated for ~6W up to 60V and works fantastic. I have only been running this one for a couple weeks but so far so good. Also marine grade crimp connectors are your friend for headlight integration and you can buy 2-pin jule extensions on Amazon for cheap to save your stock headlight wiring. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08D9CJKTX
I kept my mechanical brakes and changed the pads. Now they're quiet and have a nice feel.
Got these.
I don't trust those hybrid hydraulic/mechanical brakes.
Don’t know if this will help in your situation but I purchased these glass screen protectors that were recommended by someone, can’t remember who. They are an almost perfect fit.

Maybe too simple. Go to Harbor Freight and get a pair of the mechanics gloves. Try before you buy and on sale they're like $3 - $4. At that price, cut the fingers off if you think you need that look...buy 2 or 3. They fit well.
As for cup holder. The handle bar bag ones are all about the same. Buy what you think is good at a fair price. Or add a water bottle system. The 2.0 has a mount that might fit a few brands, electric sells a flat lock for the mount on this bike.
Phone holder. I went with this ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085DMV7XD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&th=1 ) for both my 2.0 . Super easy for the large Pixel 6pro and it won't let go of the phone till you want it to. Many also like the rubber band style. I chose mine for ease of use and protection if I spill the bike (never happened in hundreds of miles, but ya never know). Based on your initial post...worth a look. Just know when I bought mine they were about $24 for two.
Good luck.
Actually contacted Lectric and they are sending a new controller, I also ordered new headlights that actually fit the proper spec for wattage, going to be running 2, one for close and one for far with a 3D printed shell that I am going to have made locally once I get them tomorrow. Taking the overpowered lights and throwing them on my grandmas 2001 Honda CR-V for fog lights :)
This front fender works great, there's a reviewer below showing how it fits on his Lectric XP: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000AO3GWK/
Should work better for Lite due to narrower tires.
I couldn't find a reliable rear fender TBH that wasn't overpriced/more than I'm willing to pay.
And those cheap and small 5~10$ carbon fiber/plastic fenders held by zip ties don't do anything honestly. My backside still gets wet and dirty.
A covered rear rack should work better than rear fenders anyways. Lectric is selling XP Lite rear racks in november IIRC
As far as I know they all connect that way. Here’s the hitch part (usually comes with the trailer but they sell them in case you have multiple bikes). https://www.amazon.com/Biange-Trailer-Connector-Cycling-Accessories/dp/B07GKQ65CL/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?crid=1UR3FTKDF0S06&keywords=bike+trailer+hitch&qid=1663299917&sprefix=bike+trailer%2Caps%2C123&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&smid=AU...
They claim that it's "twice the output" but either way it's still a measly 185 lumens. I put a 500 lumen light on mine and I'd call it adequate.
Here's the 3rd party rear rack I use. Claims 115 lbs capacity compared to Lectric's 55 lbs and $20 cheaper. The support rods can screw directly into the Lectric rack holes instead of using the pieces for mounting on the frame.

I bought the Cloud 9 seat that has the little mesh hole in the center. You can't tell from the pics on Amazon but this is that one.
From what reviews I've seen on YouTube there is a significant difference between the one I linked and the other Cloud 9 seats without that mesh hole.
I'm either going to do the Kenda's from Radpower, or these Shinko motorcycle tires.
Good tips including several options that were new to me. I'm currently evaluating this device and found that it easily handled my deflated 20" by 4" fat tire in a couple of minutes at most. I also like the power bank feature as my XPremium ebike doesn't include any USB connections. I think for longer rides I will want a real high pressure pump as has been suggested. Thanks!
I have this and it works. I've filled my tires with it. Took about 200 pumps to get to 30psi.
I also carry a CO2 inflator (aliexpress) and a couple of cartridges.
Just ordered an electric pump from Amazon for about $40.
I bought this one and installed it where the folding lock was supposed to go. It has the same 65mm hole distance as a water bottle mount. I then bought a reflector to attach to it to make it less obvious. It was the number "07" (round 1.55") in the drop list. They only come in pairs even though I only needed one.
It's the ABC cage (Got it on Amazon too).... Its designed to fit traditional water bottle screw pattern, which the bike doesn't have, so for now Ive just used the extra straps that came with the Lectric lock, and it holds amazingly. I like it because it can fit a full size Nalgene (actually because of the design it can fit any size bottle)...and its snug in that location with just two velcro straps...even offroading and over giant bumps...its secure.

I just installed the LEZYNE Micro Drive 500, high voltage version. A little pricey at $60 and I had to wire it in myself. It's physically smaller than the stock light but at least 5 times as bright at 500 lumens. It was lighting up reflective street signs and stop signs from 100 yards away. Draws 7.5 watts off the bike's battery but even on the 374 Wh XP Lite that should be about 50 hours of run time (in PAS 0 of course). Rather than cannibalizing the stock wire, I soldered in my own Julet 2 pin male connector.
I bought the BrightRoad BR-800 from Amazon. $35.90 for a rechargeable 8000 Lumens LED headlight and taillight kit.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GBLJDNZ/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
It is far brighter than the Lectric Premium headlight and doesn't draw power from the battery. I have used it about an hour so far over three occasions (advertised to last 1hr 20min) and it is still bright. Uses a USB cable to recharge. Kit also came with a taillight that had a rubber mount to attach to the seat post.
It may be too soon to judge this headlight as I just installed it last week, time will tell if I made the right choice. I still have the Premium (got free along with lock) as a backup.
There's an 11" extension cable on Amazon that looks about perfect but $21 with shipping is a little too steep. I'd be more inclined to cut mine and solder it back together.
I have the same ones. The price has increased a couple of bucks since last week. They claim that lining is a thermal insulator but it's really just a moisture barrier. Fits nicely on the handlebar stem or seat post. I can even fit the battery charger inside it.
Wait, no, that was the splitter I bought. This is the extension cable I used to convert my new light to the ebike plugins: baluoqi Extension Cable... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08P2N2Y1Z?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My water bottle holder. Insulated, velcro, with a drawstring adjustable opening. Holding up very well so far (3 months old).
My top tube bag. By Rock Bros. Well, my phone didn't fit in the phone part (Galaxy A32), but I wouldn't use it for that anyway. The phone pocket is velcro-removable. Also the pouches are a bit small. I can fit a pair of riding gloves or a high-visibility vest in each pocket with a bit of bulging.

Extremely durable construction, so it won't break while tightening or loosening things. Includes everything needed for a bicycle. I've been using it a while and it's great.
Took 2 seconds. Love that you think Lectric "designs their own bikes, maybe the stickers. It is the same bike. Specs and all. only the fake name and color were changed to protect the innocent.
I got this one. Rock Bros brand. It's nice and loud, and has a classic bicycle bell sound, so people understand from the sound that its a bike. It fits perfectly, nice and tight. I've been using it since march and have had no problems after tons of use. No problems at all.
Yeah, it's a hellofa light for $14. I did try it on various voltages. It stays the same brightness from 48v all the way down to about 12v. Below 12v it starts dimming, down to around 6v. shifting weight from side to side as you walk is part of what keeps you in balance, it’s a pendulum thing, likewise pedaling when you ride can have the same effect.
i can see how learning to balance without pedaling could be more difficult. riding/driving a motorcycle (no pedals) is a different feeling and different balancing act than bicycling.
for someone who has not biked a lot before, jumping on an ebike and just hitting the throttle is a bit like walking a tightrope, without a giant bar to the sides acting as a stabilizing pendulum, it can be really shaky.
momentum (speed) can help offset that side to side tipping feeling, but our bodies are already used to shifting out weight side to side rhythmically for balance (walking, runnjng, dancing, skiing, etc) so i’d think it may be easier to get pedaling down first (you can pedal in a high gear even without the motor on) and once you have that, begin to ride without pedaling (coasting) which i believe is a more advanced maneuver than pedaling.
you can think about it in this way also. riding with no hands on the handlebars requires a high level of balance control. so beginners can’t do it, only experience riders can. riding a wheelie for a full city block is an advanced skill. pedaling is the first step, not the last step.
imho it would be difficult to teach even a child to ride a bike without them learning to pedal first.
if you get desperate, something like this might work https://www.amazon.com/HOMEE-Variable-Training-Wheels-Childrens/dp/B07X39Q7L6

Abus make one. It's a few dollars more.
The Lectric lock looks identical to this one on Amazon aside from the branding. My bet is they just buy a common lock from China and slap their logo on it.
I just installed this one on my 2.0 ST. The brackets fit over the rack bars pretty easily and I attached the footrests where the rack and fender connect (using slightly longer bolts). The handlebar is a little weird with the comfort seat since they don’t stick up above the seat, but for $35, this’ll work well to ride my son the mile or so to kindergarten.

This one fits great. The Velcro strap that goes under is a little short but since it’s secured around the front post, I haven’t noticed any issues (and will fix it with a chunk of Velcro later). Fits my iPhone XR and wallet together in one side easily. I really like it, looks great, symmetrical with the frame too (not tapered or rounded)
I found the pockets to be a bit small. One side pocket bulges with my riding gloves in it.
A guy on Facebook page used this one. Dirza
It supposedly fits into the holes on the frame. If you want something less sturdy they make some that just attach to your bike seat. Lectric has the rear rack back in stock today on their site.

One other thing, for those that may read this, but haven't purchased something yet:
A good budget option would be these:

They are about half the price of Tannus Armor, and I have used this brand for years with great results. The Tannus stuff fits like a glove, and it's definitely better protection. But, with that said, I have used these for years and have never had a flat that wasn't a screw or a tube tear.
A disk lock is kind of useless, because if they can cut your bike lock with a grinder, breaking off a disk lock from the flimsy bike disk takes 2 seconds. Invest in a good chain lock like the Kryptonite Evolution instead.

You could consider these hydraulic brakes that use the existing mechanical cables. I bought them for my 1.0 but haven't installed them yet.

But I haven’t tried either and looking to see from this sub if these are worth the upgrade. Would also like to know if there are any others available.
I personally switched my brake pads to ceramic and it helped reduce a lot of the noise that the stock brake pads made. Here's a link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SD3W4CN?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_MAWR5MVRQTBRG07X6A8Y
These on the handlebar stem, above the folding latch work great for me. I put my phone and keys in it if I'm not bringing my water bottle. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08BKHR387/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I’m content with the originals and don’t have the sliding issue, but I’d probably get these if I were to get new folding pedals:

( this is the lock I have and would get if I were you. Only had one theft attempt I’m aware of. I was doing Uber eats and had the bike in my view outside but left unlocked. I wasn’t locking my bike at the time because my bottom bracket was broken so my pedals were strapped together parallel lmao. I figured no one would want to steal it because they couldn’t even pedal. I suppose it worked. The guy that parked his bike next to me wasn’t as lucky 🙃.
Even since then I don’t lock my bike as much as I should 😅 It’s usually ~20ft. away from me and in my line of sight or I’m just running in and out of an apt. Bldg to make a drop off. I plan on getting air tags as well just in case)

I also have this u-lock for quick in-and-outs, and to lock my back wheel when I’m going to be away from my bike for awhile
I picked this one up a couple weeks ago. Works pretty well. I believe Rockbros has one a little larger than this one.
