Pull back the trunk lining and the bulb and socket are right there. Mine's an 08
I got this suction cup phone holder for $12 and it works great - grips like Serena Williams

I'm not sure which IS you have, but there are a lot of HID headlight replacements on amazon for much cheaper. There are also a lot on ebay for even less money.
For my 07 IS250, these are the HID's I would buy: https://smile.amazon.com/DMEX-Hg-free-D4S-Headlight-Replacement/dp/B07F6X8HMD/ref=sr_1_5?crid=18J98JWGOSZ6T&dchild=1&keywords=2007+lexus+is250+hid+headlights&qid=1620782177&replacementKeywords=hid+headlights&sprefix=2007+lexus+...
Depo headlights are a nice way to go OEM style without the OEM price. I’ve seen misc forum threads that show up-close photos, and you’d never know they weren’t OEM. Just make sure you get the right version (halogen, HID, etc). That’s what I’ll end up doing when I decide it’s time to upgrade mine.
They probably used adhesive carbon-fiber look material.

The Bluetooth pairing is a bit flakey at first, once you get it synced up properly it seems to be working decent now. It connects automatically (most of the time), and it's better than plugging in.
These are on sale today. I’m getting the carbon fiber because it matches the vinyl wrap I did.
I have this Bluetooth adapter. It's a USB-powered receiver that has an ultra short 3.5mm plug on the other end. Plug USB adapter into 12v socket, plug receiver into adapter, and plug 3.5mm cable in right next to the USB. Switched 12v power means the receiver turns off and on with the car, and it connects in seconds every time. Absolutely love this.
If you are open to seat covers as a budget fix, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and fitment of these. Not perfect but for $125 they do the job.
a total of 6 LED strips: 4 for the doors (underneath the top door trim where the handle and where it meets the leather), 2 for the center console! This kit came with 4 floor lamps, so I also placed them underneath each seat. My brother helped me install and hardwire it to the fuse box, where it is controlled by the same lights that control the interior lights.
https://www.amazon.com/Compatible-2014-2016-Polypropylene-IKON-MOTORSPORTS/dp/B08C7S4TYC?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1 I got this one, it’s pretty decent they come paint matched to your color code, however make sure you bolt it in, in many spots bc it will fly off
This is the only style, and doesn’t look as good as the one the M4’s have because it only covers the duckbill portion of the trunk.
They LOOK really nice, just not sure how I feel about leather floor mats, or if their leather is "leather" and how durable it is. I like how customizable they are. There are tons of brands with pretty much identical products on Amazon.
Thought of doing the same, even bought a vinyl kit for blacking out the trim but after bringing mine home today I think the chrome is too nice of a highlight to blackout. (This coming from someone who has blacked out trim on all of mine and my Gfs vehicles) I’ve seen a few and it just doesn’t look good on this cars IMO. However, that’s not what you asked so I will link you the the kit I bought here
Following this. In the market for one as well. I know Tansowerkz makes a popular one. I’m currently leaning towards this one though…. I got these for my 2011 IS350 they were only $45 a piece last year , looks like they are a little more now. I wasn’t in a rush though so ordering on Amazon was an option:

Vlands had soldered LEDs so they don’t use bulbs , so answering your question , no, although I’m sure you can get aftermarket HID replacement for a better price like these https://www.amazon.com/Xenon-BULBS-Headlight-LIGHT-Lexus/dp/B072C4PD2H

Decided on this one. It’s more $ compared to others but you get built in CarPlay and wireless. Considering a CarPlay dongle will set you back anywhere from $75-$150 it was worth it to me

Ended up going with this exact one just based on some YouTube recommendations

Check this one out. Doesn’t block AC vents and doesn’t go on the windshield. Small and out of the way. I enjoy it very much.

Just saw this and really interested. I have a black IS that the paint looks rough on...is something like this the clay bars that you would us? This is what I used. $30 and covers the whole car. Just be sure to wash and thorough clay bar it first. It's easy to apply, just time intensive. Totally worth it, though - my 2008 IS looks like it's ready for an auto show every day.
I just got mine a few months ago and the first thing when I get a car is try to figure out how to adapt my previous setup to my new car.
First thing I got was a 3 way charger adapter to plug in my radar, dash cam & car charger.

Then I put on my dash vent cell holder and so far so good! I try to be as minimal as possible and wide the wires too!
This is the one I got for my 2017 IS350.
