NPK Fertilizer promotes growth really well. I use this stuff for my fertilizer. about a cap full per gallon of spring water or rain water. once you repot this specimen I would lightly spray around it on the top soil and let water drain through naturally and let the plant pick up what it wants. If its still alive you should see some plumping up in a few days and it wont be as squishy. new growth should be visible in a few weeks.
I use the same heat mat as you, but I have it connected to a thermostat. This one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000NZZG3S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I keep it the temp set at high 70's or low 80's depending on what cuttings or seeds I'm using it for. Our house temp ranges from 66° to 72° in the winter. At an ambient temperature of 80°, I don't think you really need a heat mat.
Thrips. Use anything with spinosad. Monterey Garden Insect Spray is affordable and proven.
im not sure what the exact suggested PPFD is for loph. but someone here will know. you can use the PPFD heat map to calculate distance.
here heat map PPFD
also. cumulative light is what matters. so its not just how intense the light is and how far away, but how many hours a day it is running

if you look at the pics. there is a ppfd map. ppfd
looks like center of the panel @ 12" is about 600ppfd. for adult tricho, that is about what you need minimum, though they can handle considerably more. i have many of my adult plants in 800-1000ppfd. some of the tips are probably in 1200ppfd or more and they are starting to discolor and turn light green/yellow because its exceeding the upper limits.
so for best growth i would hang the panel within 12" of the plants. since only the center of the panel is 600ppfd and the sides are 200-300, if you have multiple plants, i would rotate their position once a week so the each get turns being in the maximum light.
you can get a bit more instensity by hanging the light less than 12" away.
i would put more than maybe 3 adult plants under a UF1000.
you can also make up for a lower intensity light by runming it more hours. the total cumulative light is what matters. so do an 18hr ON and 6hr OFF light schedule.
that is the maximum though. trichocereus are like batteries. they store energy during the day and actually physically grow at night. so without a dark period, they will actually have less growth.

^this one would be great. They have good customer service. It’s a little pricey though.
This one is similar but has more reviews. A person posted their cactus seedlings with a pic and said they grow nice and compact.
Beautiful double head! I keep picturing the rock falling over. It looks like a bonsai pot hopefully the pot is deeper then I’m thinking and the rock is really buried. I use the plastic pot mesh to cover mine or provide temporary shade. But I think your idea looks better!
Looks like they’re still available. And I was wrong, it’s a set of four!
I saw these on Amazon. I can't recommend them because I've never used them, but they look decent. Looks like 4 different sizes.

If these are lophs they definitely need more light. Looks like you have elation going on. Lophs will "stretch" if they aren't getting enough light. They need 12-16 hours a day of light and seedlings love high humidity the first few months.
My advice is buy a 1000w led with red and blue spectrum lighting, a humidity dome, and a decent heating germination mat. I bought this light for my indoor plants that don't get much natural sunlight. Keep lights on starting out around 14-15 hours daily and keep the temp inside the dome above 30c during the day (some people cut heating mats off with lights to simulate the cooling off of the night time but I have had better luck with full time heating the first month). I also let fresh air circulate every few days to a week and give a light spray with spring water (no tap). only spray if top layer of soil is dry.
Sorry for the late response! This is what I use in my mixture: Down to Earth Organic Prilled Dolomite Lime, 5lb https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07N2X9BV2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_tK2SFb2YNRK3G?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It’s kind of like gritty sand, each grain maybe 1/3 grain of rice. I’m new to this so we’ll see if they like my mix or not!
