You can use the open-source, free, cross-platform Inkscape to help you convert your .png or .jpg to the vector .svg format, then use the open-source, free, cross-platform Inkstitch plug-in for Inkscape to decorate the .svg, describing how the design should be stitched out, then use Inkstitch to save the result as a .pes file that the machine can use.
You can use the open-source, free, cross-platform Inkscape then use the open-source, free, cross-platform Inkstitch plug-in for Inkscape to modify and write out your embroidery patterns. When I tried just now, I saw that Inkstitch gives Inkscape the ability to read, not just write, common machine embroidery formats.
If you want to embroidery your own designs, you need a digitizing software or utilize a service for that.

How much experience with digital design tools do you have? If you have some experience with vectors or time to experiment, there is a free plugin for Inkscape called InkStitch. You can export to most machine formats. (I think Brother is .pes?)
Be advised that it is not as easy as dropping the image in and having it automatically converted to stitches, but the results I've had are good. Inkscape: https://inkscape.org/ InkStitch: https://inkstitch.org/
InkStitch is a free plugin for the free vector drawing program Inkscape.
Inkscape is a tool for creating and editing SVG files. Inkstitch lets you define what stitches to use for the outlines of shapes (strokes) and the interior (fills). Inkstitch can animate a simulation of stitching out the pattern and it saves in file formats compatible with your machine.

To install it, first install Inkscape. Then download the Inkstich .zip, navigate in Finder to the Inkscape extensions directory (the directory is listed in Inkscape's preferences. Close the preferences window before quitting Inkscape.) and unzip the Inkstich .zip in the extensions directory.
Use Inkscape to import and edit svg files. Use the Inkstitch extension to turn the outline and fill into stitches. Inkstitch can use your browser to animate the stitches. Inkstitch can save in a file format compatible with your machine.
Couple of things my repair guy suggested to me - might need to use a regulation flathead screwdriver, and get yourself a pair of locking forceps like these (from Amazon or a medical supply) for changing needles. It will save you lots of headaches. My Brother SE350 was being a PITA with needle changes for the same reasons, and he went after it with a regular screwdriver and a pair of forceps. Voila. Done and dusted. I felt like an idiot for bringing the machine to him.
Yes. The iron on stabilizer will firm up your fabric to keep it from moving too much. Because it’s wash away, it will disappear after washing.
For shirts, something like this might also help because it’s not scratchy against skin.
I don't know what's available in the UK, but in the US Tender Touch is available. It's a very soft, iron-on backing.

You could try a pale gray/taupe clock face with dark charcoal for all the text, numbers, and lines on the face, like the lcd on a calculator? Do you know what I'm trying to convey?
Then use the bright colors for the outside of the clock and use the dark charcoal (or the lighter color from the face) for the button outlines.

Methods: all purpose foot/straight stitch/Coats and Clark dual duty thread (maroon and red) Essentially, chalked the design on the out with a ruler (after sewing the single figure into plenty of practice pieces beforehand) and followed the pattern with one million pauses to readjustment the fabric. Tied off the strings on the back but I’m not a huge fan of all the little knots. Couldn’t bury the thread as it is such thin material but would love any suggestions for future pieces!

(Urgh reddit decided to crash so I lost my comment T-T) > I saw a tip didn’t try it yet though > The thing is I am working with a 100% woven cotton and people here told me to use a water soluble topper and that it will help. But as I have to buy everything international I want to know a good one so I don’t have to waste alot of money. This is the same brand as my no mesh backing here > I wonder why there is no 50 yrds…
Consider the free Inkscape, a vector editor where you can either work directly with .svg files or bring in .pngs and have it trace edges.
Then use the free Inkstitch plug-in for Inkscape. You select some (or all) of the vectors, then run the Inkstitch's params sub-menu command, in the Inkscape Extensions menu, to tell it how to decorate those vectors with how to stitch them.
Then, you select all, then tell InkStitch to write a .pes file.
The tutorial videos on InkStitch's website are very helpful.
When I looked at that machine, I did notice that it is not sold in the USA, so it may be marketed to the EU in general and Turkey specifically?
Brothers are wonderful machines, too. In my opinion, Brothers started out as embroidery machines and became sewing/embroidery machines, whereas Pfaffs started out as sewing machines and became sewing/embroidery machines. I would take a look at other brands, too. I would urge you to look at all possible machines, take them for test drives, and take your time acquiring your new friend. You are joining a community.
The Pfaff you are looking at has software, but it is limited to creating text and reading formatted designs. Which can be all you ever want to do. There are many options for software that allows you to unleash your potential by creating your own designs, but those packages can cost more (often way more) than your machine!
If you are familiar with Inkscape (open source vector graphics package), there is an Inkstitch extension that is also free. I've had zero experience with the extension, but I have just downloaded it. Always looking for new tricks.
As a fellow Australian, I wouldn't bother with Spotlight too much. Amazon has multiple different kinds of stabiliser available, I got a mid-weight one and a soluble one that do the job well.
I also have an Elna Air, and I float a majority of the things I embroider, just be aware that it can be a finicky machine.

I am better at embroidery than social media so hope the about is readable. I use this on shirt because it is less visible from the outside on white shirts. I find using it with the adhesive spray is all I need.
OMG THATS WHAT I USE TOOO!!! > But the 50 yrds, n I tried one layer again n it worked!!! Thank u!!! the problem was the design n me not stretching enough… I want to buy the spray n i contacted Odif since i cant find a supplier or anyone that ship it to my country :( > Anyway this is my link
To add to already good advice, look for a wash-away spray adhesive or temporary adhesive. Something like this: Therm O Web Spray N Bond Quilt Basting Adhesive Spray, 7.2 OZ (204g) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007POWZGG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_NTKQNAX2W1DYC9CK4VD1
I couldn't find a light strength for 3m but I found this Locitite. do you think it'll work?
This is just one type.
Sorry! I didn’t think to add it! I usually cut a square size close to the size of my design so I don’t waste too much. After I’m done stitching out my design, I flip the sweater inside out and iron the Tender Touch over the inside stitches. You can trim it more if you’d like too! This just helps make the stitches not itchy when you wear it. I hope this helps!

What kind of spools do you use? I heard that bigger spools can be a problem. And that might be it. Here is a link to the thread I bought off amazon.

It looks like youre just embroidering on stabilizer. I used to make tons of patches.
I used a semi thick NON STRETCH cotton duck cloth type material, and 1 sheet of stabilizer. You can then use anti fray stitch glue (not a ref. link, straight google) https://www.amazon.com/Dritz-674-Liquid-Sealant-0-75-Fluid/dp/B0019KBWA2 and put that on the border. Wait like 5 minutes. Cut out around the edge of the patch. Try that :)
There's a used Brother for sale: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Brothers-embroidery-machine-patchwork-quilting/dp/B009K4ZELW/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=stickmaschine&qid=1605008770&s=kitchen&sr=1-6
Searching for embroidery machine gives a few more hits, but most are somewhat outside you price range: https://www.amazon.de/s?k=embroidery+machine&rh=n%3A2993266031&ref=nb_sb_noss
also get yourself a nice set of embroidery thread colors! and select a storage option that works for you, I have a wall rack for mine.
I just made my first hat this weekend using this hoop: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M3S6Y4L/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have a PE 535 and it wasn't easy but it worked!
This hoop requires a sticky stabilizer so I used that instead of using an adhesive on a regular stabilizer.
I usually just use the hoop to get the stabilizer to stick.
Im still learning so take this with a grain of salt. I used this stabilizer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078KQ2VJS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
So far I don’t have any complaints about it. Also fabric makes a huge difference. This is stretch cotton and the first time I tried embroidering on it, it was a disaster. You have to get the right needles based on fabric and learn how hoop the fabric so it’s taut but not too taut because it’ll cause the design to warp. It’s tricky.
I embroidered mine on 100% cotton and then when it’s done you take it out of the hoop, rip off the stabilizer, then use heat n bond (I put the link of what I used) and iron it to the back, next you cut as close to the embroidery as possible without damaging it. When you’re ready you take off the paper backing and iron it to whatever and taa-daa you have a patch.

Here’s the video that helped me. He talks about it towards the middle of the video: https://youtu.be/KMkAAD8WT5A
I have a brother Quattro 3 machine but from what I’ve watched and learned this should work on any machine..
Needle is a 90/14 it has a larger eye for the thread to glide through I got mine on amazon. See link below superior needles
I bought this Brother metallic thread Link below
Tension is set to 1 so the thread glides through the machine any pulling will break the thread. Lastly the thread HAS to come off the spool from its side. It can NOT top unwind. If it top unwinds it creates a cork screw in the thread and it will break. Even if your machine has a lay down for your spool it’s still coming off the top of the spool and creating a cork screw. The key is to have the thread unspool from its side. I got a plastic solo cup, put holes in the side of the cup and the shoved a bamboo stick through the side cup hole then the spool then through the other side of the cup. The spool Is then sitting inside the cup on it’s side and can move freely.
I hope this helps you with your next metallic thread project
Look for Super Stable polymesh on Amazon. I’ve really liked their stabilizer.
Invisible Mesh Stabilizer White 1.5 oz 14.5 inch x 25 Yard Roll. SuperStable Embroidery Stabilizer Backing https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01L2N9FLI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_-.z5EbEPBYAWG
Yes. The hoop, which holds the fabric, attaches to the embroidery arm on the machine. When the embroidery arm moves, the hoop moves with it, which thus moves the fabric around in precise measurements as the needle goes up and down with the thread. You can buy replacement hoops off of Amazon or eBay. Hoops come in many different sizes and for different machines, so when searching make sure that it says it is compatible with not only Janome but also the machine, 10000. (Also listed sometimes as MC10000). As an example, here is a small hoop on Amazon. Sometimes you can find them on eBay (here's a link to a 5x7 hoop)
Good luck!
Chances are with those places they're looking for clients with bigger orders.
Generally embroidery costs goes up by stitch count (more details = more stitches) and can be a factor.
Worst case scenario you go shopping for similar looking DIY patches like this.
Looking at the product description for this machine, I see the text:
>The built-in alignment feature helps you align designs when re-hooping, which is useful when positioning multiple designs on your project.
I assume this is the same sort of laser alignment to which you're referring?
Okay so I've bee checking out the bobbin and when I put them in the TOWA bobbin tension gauge it fluctuates in the reading greatly. I'll put a new bobbin in the case and put it in the gauge and i can pull it with it the tension spring cranked out and it will slap the needle on the gauge and choppily pull thread off the bobbin. I'm using these bobbins I purchased off amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QPIGTJW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Thank you so much for your help! I am using the one I found on Amazon: Polyester Embroidex. https://www.amazon.com/Polyester-Embroidery-Beautiful-Babylock-Husqvarna/dp/B0035DBUPS/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1492983623&sr=8-3&keywords=embroidex
I will try your suggestion for sure. Do you have a link or a full product name of the gutermanna or sulky thread I should buy for my Brother PE770? Also what prewound bobbins I should get?
This is a new machine. I made the pattern with the program Hatch. I also tried the pattern from the machine itself and had the same issues with the caps and bird nest. :(
