You use duct tape, or $20 or less (after I bought this one I found it cheaper somewhere else) use this case: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XDYZJZW/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_glt_fabc_8Q5HRQ7BBXCZYAECWPEE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I use Fully Kiosk. It's great for this, and lets you do things like refresh the browser when the tablet comes out of standby, or if the network changes. The Android version is here:

I have searched into coolblue, bol, amazon.de/fr, and ebay (UK).
I'm mostly finding the one way mirror films (like this: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Modrady-Self-Adhesive-Reflective-Protection-Insulation/dp/B092LNVMG6/ref=sr_1_5?crid=92LWMZ9R9LV6&keywords=spiegelfolie&qid=1668367516&sprefix=one+way+mirror%2Caps%2C162&sr=8-5) on these websites. But I would prefer to use a glass mirror for this project.
I’m using an nvidia shield at the moment, I plan to test it on a “t95 max+” at some point.

This should be the one I use.
Hello! I am using the 7inch LCD touch screen (https://www.canakit.com/raspberry-pi-lcd-display-touchscreen.html) so your milage may vary. I am also using raspberry pi 4 with Bullseye OS.
I setup two cron jobs to dim and wake the screen
ScreenDimCronJob.sh (Runs at 11PM)
#!/bin/sh
DISPLAY=:0 xset s activate
sleep 1
DISPLAY=:0 xset s 60 60
----------------------------------------------
ScreenWakeCronJob.sh (Runs at 7AM)
#!/bin/sh
DISPLAY=:0 xset s reset
sleep 1
DISPLAY=:0 xset s 0 600

After a few iterations, this works for me for setting a "sleep schedule"

I also commented out dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d as it was inconsistently causing the screen to be complete white on boot.
Hope this helps!
I'm realizing it's particular to the site I'm trying to use. It doesn't like it:
https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KCASANMA271

I now can get YouTube videos to work so there's something about this site that it has problems with.
I don't use a mirror with mine, but this is the monitor I've had going for 3+ years with no issues. Took awhile to find the right one, but this is very thin while still having room for the pi behind, and has speakers - sometimes I'll plug a fire stick in and turn it sideways.
Make sure you get an IPS panel.

ForecastAdvisor rates OpenWeather dead last, out of ten services it compared for my zip code in 2020, at 59.78% accurate, meaning that the one- to three-day forecasts were significantly wrong 40.22% of the time (147 days) that year. It performed only 12.60% better than assuming the weather each day would be identical to that of the previous day.
OpenWeather Ltd. claims to have “more than 3 million customers”. If so, they must have a little money to invest in effective quality control. If three million customers are really paying for a forecast that’s wrong almost as often as it’s right, there’s no incentive to make that investment. In the post-fact world, you can get away with making up even the weather.
Same here. Now I go to openweathermap.com and search for the city I want, and take note of the city code that shows up in the URL.

Example:
https://openweathermap.org/city/<strong>5391959</strong>
San Francisco = 5391959
If you’re using the default weather module, the data is provided by openweathermap.org. You can search for your city there, and the ID is in the URL. The ID for El Paso is 5520993.
Are you getting the message that you don't have a valid config.js file after you modify the default modules? Try using something like JSHint to confirm that you don't have issues like missing commas or semi-colons and all your brackets and braces tie together. Also, unless you're using the words true/false or numbers, anything else (not the variables but the values you're wanting) generally needs to be surrounded by either "s or 's. Either work, just be consistent when using them.
If that still doesn't help, if you want to post your current non-functioning config.js (with personal information redacted), we might be able to figure out your issue as well.
I’m using Vilros Magic Mirror monitor and im using the MMM-BurnIn Module that flickers the screen white every 15 mins. I also have a crontab that turns the display off and on at night and morning respectively

RCWL-0516
You can use the normal MMM-PIR module
Could also use a microwave based motion sensor. They work through glass, wood, plastic, and thin concrete. So having it behind the display would be no problem.

Could run behind the wall since it is low voltage, but it would be ugly at plug height. Something like this is what I’ve done beside the outlets for wall mounted TVs.

No
That will work but a momentary switch identical to your first link that initiates a shutdown procedure will work much better than just cutting the power.
https://www.amazon.com/Cablelera-Power-Extension-Splitter-ZWACPQAG-14/dp/B00FRODUR4 will power the monitor and pi power supply.
This is what i used - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077P4T128/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Might be able to get from amazon shipped to you. I just used a piece of plexi glass. Local hardware store will cut to the size you need. Cost about $12.
