The Bookmarks aren't all that useful. Were they done automatically?
You can edit them with jPdf Tweak so that proper navigation will be possible.
I also recommend putting something like
> Mirror of YuYuHunter's translation of Philipp Mainländer's works as of 2018-07-30 > > https://reddit.com/r/Mainlander/comments/5r8wn2
at the bottom of the cover.
The Letter was not done by YuYuHunter, so you should credit it's translator on it's respective page.
You have a publisher?
My first two books I published with John Hunt Publishing. My last three I did through Amazon's KDP (it's Kindle publishing but allows you to create print books as well, both paperback and hardcover).
Of the latter three, one was the first English translation of Max Bernhard Weinstein's Welt- und Lebensanschauungen, Hervorgegangen aus Religion, Philosophie und Naturerkenntnis (<em>World and Life Views, Emerging From Religion, Philosophy and Perception of Nature</em>).
I mentioned in another thread, this would be a good project for a Kickstarter fundraiser which could pull a few thousand dollars if done well, and move a number of copies of the book. I'm happy to offer my thoughts if you go that route as well. Blessings!!
The only good edition of Mainländer's work that I know of, is this reprint of Volume 1 of <em>Die Philosophie der Erlösung</em>. Although the cover testifies, in my opinion, of bad taste, the reprint itself is pleasant to read. Useful notes and translations are included, but not to an excessive degree.
But unfortunately, that doesn't help you with Die Macht der Motive.
A much more complete view of Pandeism as a philosophy (including examination of Mainländer's place in it) can be found across the essays of Pandeism: An Anthology -- https://www.amazon.com/Pandeism-Anthology-Knujon-Mapson-ebook/dp/B01N0MHK72/ -- blessings!!
