I use these insoles and also ankle braces. I usually replace the insoles every 6 months and shoes about once a year.

Memory foam insoles are trash, I spent $25 on a decent pair from Amazon and while they are not magic, I can at least work a 9 hour shift without being in pain. These are the ones I have, though you may want to do your own research.
