He's not wrong bro. If I smoked some weed, it allows me to hard Mee extremely hard and for hours on end. So whenever I hardmew for 1-2 hours, my eyes literally starts pushing up my eyelids and browdridge. I have experienced that. Plus putting tongs(https://www.amazon.in/Plantex-Stainless-Premium-Quality-Finish/dp/B0793TP8B8) like this one between teeths and pushing them hard to separate apart literally opens up my suture and there is a visual red line of space that is created due to the force. In just under a minute. So no he's not wrong. But he's not right either because your bones need extreme amount of forces. Simple mewing won't do anything.
I'm saying this as a guy who is hardmewing for 1 year and literally changed my facial structure that my IDs are needing a photo update now. Have tried everything. Done shit made up by me.
the same way you breaking out could be the reason for a “bloated” face. Your skin is just irritated and inflamed.
Skin - try using a silk pillow case for the physical irritation. Use a cleanser for sensitive skin and get a light moisturizer. moisturize morning and night. use a white hazel toner when the acne goes down, it helps with puffyness.
Mewing - make sure the back half is ingaged before the front so you can achieve forward growth. also mewing is a habit that over time provides benefits. it’s not a cosmetic surgery so be patient good things don’t come quick. Haven't tried it but it looks like something that could be easily accidentally swallowed? Their FAQ also says its a choking hazard while eating and talking.
Also how is this device different than a washer or any object of that shape?
As the other guy said, Falim gum - does the job and is definitely a bit harder than regular chewing gum.
However, I highly recommend Chios Tears. It's a mastic gum made purely from tree resin from a the Greek island Chios. I ordered 100g of large Chios Tears 2 days ago and tried one out yesterday. Let me tell you, it sure does the job and is a serious jaw workout. It's tougher than Falim gum (and way healthier given its extra benefits + zero additives) so I definitely recommend. Just remember, the can come in small, medium, or large tears. One large tear is like having 3-4 regular chewing gums in your mouth except it's harder to chew obviously. Also, when you first chew into it, it basically turns into powder/ crumbs until it combines with your saliva and becomes one solid gum. I'll leave a link to the one I bought: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00SA8YJNI/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_H0FY8PCR3SW7HY61QYD7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

P.S. You can re-chew each tear a few times if you want to as I've heard people recommend doing. That's what I do - just keep it in a small pot or something.
I recommend you purchase "jawrsize" on Amazon. It will define your jawline and make your face more attractive.
Here are the links.
I met a few people who discovered complete changes by working with doctors called craniopaths, who adjust the cranium. I did not know about such a thing and researched it. Here is a text by one of these doctors. https://www.amazon.com/Cranial-Sutures-Morphology-Manipulative-Strategies/dp/0939616297/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=mark+pick+cranial&qid=1610434338&sr=8-1
They change the functional shaping of the head, by correlating the body, and also DIRECTLY moving the cranial bones! Its pretty interesting. I called one office south of the SF Bay area and they said they correct the head/skull/cranium. They say swallowing affects the bite and the bite affecting the head bone functions. And, so forth!
MAYBE, its not a structure issue, its a functional issue that torques the head.
I also do not see anything wrong with your face and head. But, maybe, you feel something I can't see.
If you're really curious what you look like to other people, get a true mirror. Be warned - you're used to your mirror self so when you first look into a true mirror you notice asymmetrical features real quick. I always show people mine and it's funny to see their reactions.
I like talking to myself with mine. I usually come out more confident and assured about what my facial expressions look like when I use them.
