Would one of these do the trick? Other companies make similar pedals with several different sounds to choose from.
I do something like this in my live rig, with one mic going both to the looper and direct to the mixer. I use a cable splitter and manually turn up the input gain on whichever device I want to use at the time.
You could also look into getting a line mixer, as a different option. Or use two microphones, which allows you to do some unique things manually using proximity.
I have this stand and like it (weighted, not clamp). I believe the WA 251 is pretty light so it should have no issue. This Elgato one also looks really sleek although not sure I'd pay over 100 for one but other people are doing so and still leaving good reviews.
so i checked, and I don't have any 'direct monitoring' option there..
I am fluctuating between 2 options..
ALso you asked above, i don't have the exact link of what i bought, but it was similar to this (a simple usb on one end and a 1/4 male jack on the other):
My friends in this old NYC band, White Hassle, used to use an electronic kick trigger in place of an acoustic one. It really cut down the space when transporting equipment. I remember walking back with them to their rehearsal space and the drummer was carrying his whole drum kit himself.
He used a simple cheap foot switch and some electronic drum module. It wasn't a real kick pedal that you attached trigger pad to.
It was something like this. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RGOG3HC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_7ANVBN383DXK6JZG32EW
I always thought it sounded good.
Any headphones will work, assuming your amp has a 1/4 output jack. You’ll just need a 3.5 to 1/4 trs adapter. Since you’re on a budget, the headphones I’d recommend are the audio technica ATH M20X. I use these for recording and they’re fantastic for the money. Nice long cable and already comes with the adapter you’ll need.
Here’s the amazon link if interested. https://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATH-M20x-Professional-Monitor-Headphones/dp/B00HVLUR18
Cheers!
Looks like it’s made by TDK. Or, at least, was made by TDK.

The SM 58 would be a great pro level microphone for your rapping. I use that for my vocals. However, if you don't have the money for an interface, i've used this usb microphone for many purposes in the last few years. http://www.amazon.com/Samson-C01U-Studio-Condenser-Microphone/dp/B00HXE4BYW/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1459990544&sr=8-3&keywords=samson+usb+microphone
