Hey! So I recently devoted entirely too much time trying to decide on this exact question. Long story short I ended up making my own. If you have specific questions on that you can shoot me a pm.
The most widely manufactured humidifiers I’ve seen used are these two.
Didn’t bought it yet, but it’s in my shopping cart

I really like Roots Mushroom Farm on Amazon

You can select the species in the drop down menu. I've had great success with all their syringes! I think I've ordered ten now
Wireless Digital Microscope USB Microscope Camera 50X to 1000X 8 LED Light WiFi Handheld Zoom Magnification Magnifier for PC, Android Smartphone, iPhone https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0876PW9GS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_IYyvFb6AH61VY
So I use malted agar from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Malt-Extract-Agar-Dehydrated-grams/dp/B00BA08SE4/ref=mp_s_a_1_14?dchild=1&keywords=Malted+agar&qid=1599661000&sr=8-14... I just follow the instructions on the back. Once it's dissolved I put it in a Mason jar with a modified lid and pc it for 15-30 min at 15-17 psi. I let it cool enough for me to handle it and bring it over to the flowhood. Disinfect everything then I take it out. I have a wide mouth beaker that I transfer it into because it retains heat really well. I then get a clean 10 ml syringe and I suck it up and then squirt that amount into each agar cup (i use plastic condiment cups... You can make way more with these and theyre hella cheap) cover them and let them cool. If you have enough space in your flowhood leave them uncovered so you can avoid condensation on the lids. My flowhood is small so I can't really do that but I haven't had issues with contamination due to condensation. After they're all covered I put them under a uvc light for AT LEAST thirty minutes to ensure there's no contamination. I. Can usually use them after an hour of being laid out.
Hope this helps and feel free to dm me anytime
