For the tokens I use some coin capsules I found on Amazon the intruder tokens, room tokens, corpse, egg, will all fit but the intruder tokens just barely fit. They're standard Magic the Gathering size. You can get a 1000 pack of double-mattes on Amazon for $25. I HIGHLY recommend them:

As for the smaller cards, the Gamegenic or Mayday Mini Euros are a solid choice. The Arcane Tinmen mattes are a nice little upgrade if you want it all to match.

What are the dimensions of these cards? I bought some for Gloomhaven a while back that I really like and could recommend.

You might be able to find them on eBay or somewhere else, but at the time when I bought, Amazon had the best price.
