Easiest method is probably post it to https://imgbb.com/ then you can simply post the link - we can then copy it so plenty of copies if we need to hold Nexo to account.
Hopefully they will sort it, but the lack of official comms has me worried.
I have few issues with your comment.
NEXO, please fix your CloudFlare settings!
Ok, I have done this several times now. 1. Purchase BNB on nexo 2. Send bnb to your Binance wallet extension on the 'Binance Chain Network' (the 2 networks in the Binance Wallet have a different address to receive funds) takes about a minute for the funds to arrive after you confirm to send the funds from nexo 3. Go to changenow.io and exchange your BNB (Binance Coin Mainnet) for BNB (BSC) You will need to put in the amount to send and the address of your BNB Smart Chain Network - Then you will be given the address and memo on where to send the money 4. Go to your binance wallet and send the funds to changenow - You will need to provide both the Wallet Address and the Memo (don't forget the memo) 5. Once you send the money changenow will exchange the funds and send it to your BNB Smart Chain Network. 6. You can now send to metamask smart chain network or purchase a BSC token in the Binance Wallet. Hope this helps
Well, I am no expert but i see nothing wrong in this TX and you account balance. Seems regular ETH to me.
FYI : you can host picture here (make sure you do not send private data)
I assuming you set up your metamask to receive binance tokens already.
Get a binance wallet (Not a binance account) it is a chrome extension just like metamask and move your bnb(main chain) to the wallet. Set up Binance wallet to accept both mainnet and smart chain wallets
Got to changenow.io and exchange your BNB for BSC(bnb smart chain) - You enter your metamask wallet address in the recipient wallet location then go to the Binance wallet and send your tokens to the address that changenow.io gives you. It takes only a couple minutes for the swap.
Once BSC is in the Binance Wallet send it to metamask.

Also it is recommended to use a hardware wallet (Trezor or Ledger) with metamask so that your seed phrase is not on your computer where it is much easier to get hacked or tricked into sending coins to the wrong address.
I did it...
Since I have some wETH on Polygon, this is the way I did it:
wETH on Polygon -> Crypto.com on ETH (cheap) -> Swap to BNB on BSC -> Transfer to Trust wallet -> Convert BNB on BSC to BNB on BEP-2 -> Swap to Nexo on BEP-2 -> Transfer to Nexo account with MEMO
My 0.063 BNB got me 11 Nexo, and if I calculate
514 * 0.063 / 2.66
=> 12.173684210526314
So instead of 12.17 Nexo, I got 11 Nexo... but it is like a 10% fee rather than a 33% fee on changelly.com
Uphold.com has the cheapest fees from what I can think of to onboard into stablecoins.
For transferring value between exchanges, the cheapest way to do it is by purchasing $XRP (which I purchase from Uphold.com, cheapest fees around) then move it to the desired exchange, from there you should be able to swap back to and Stablecoin the end exchange offers.
Someone else shared this link on another page.

I checked on a few exchanges and the lowest was right under $1500.
Thanks. I wonder if you could classify it as an investment expense. The loan is directly being used for investment. https://www.schwab.com/resource-center/insights/content/investment-expenses-whats-tax-deductible#:~:text=Investment%20interest%20expense%20is%20the,borrowed%20to%20purchase%20taxable%20investments.&text=In%20these%20cases%2C%20you%20may,invest....)
Of course I sent it to the right address, there were already several deposits to this address and the rest were all credited. But I'm glad you didn't have a problem with them yet! :)
My case is not the only one:
Do you copy and paste reviews for reddit upvotes or does NEXO really pump fake reviews as suggested by some Trustpilot reviewers?? Your history is spammy and your comment is identical to this one.. someone else explain??
I'm not sure why you are searching for questionable platforms. Revolut works fine for depositing and withdrawing to/from Nexo, has a proper banking licensing and is mostly free. Just stick with that and make your life easy.
Ref codes in case you haven't joined yet
I like the APY Calculator on Omni Calculator.
Change the compound frequency to daily and enter the APY. You can choose to enter the term in years months and days.
could the risk simply be in the bank, as mentioned in the question?

you can also directly change from your own wallet from change now.
will appreciate a lot if you use my referral link to do the transaction or sign up at change now.
coinex is probably a good bet. I think they will let people in Canada sign up. The trade fees are low and withdraw is a little more then the eth network fee.
What coin do you recommend? I do not see a way to exchange in the app, if I go to exchange and select Nexo it takes me to changelly.com, every pair I have tried seems to cost me about a third of the amound of Nexo I am attempting to buy.
It is better than the competition out there
on https://changelly.com/ you lose 8.5$ each way WITHOUT 9$ network fee each way
Didn't try it myself but from what your experience you save on nexo a lot of money
On your transaction the savings are 15$-16$ at least
Just take part in the Changelly and Nexo Finance Giveaway ➡️ https://changelly.com/blog/changelly-and-nexo-are-giving-away-15000-nexo.
It will only be open till next Tuesday - so hurry up, cryptonauts😉
Hi there! Sorry to hear about your experience. Yet we are always striving to make our service the most beneficial for customers and provide them with the best trading conditions available. Recently, our exchange fee for crypto-crypto swaps was reduced to 0,25%. You may check it here.
I was going through Bitrue* (Nexo -> XRP) [they take a cut] and then transferring XRP to Uphold to exchange into fiat (EURO or CHF) and then deposit into my Bank account (Wise, Revolut or local bricks & mortar Bank).
But now I cut out Bitrue and use Nexo's own Exchange (NEXO -> USDT) and then transfer that to Uphold. That can be done in ~5 mins. But the fiat out to a bank with Uphold takes up to 3 business days.

* contains referral link (strip away if you like...)
Thank you for that explanation. It makes sense.
I started out the initial question as to whether I should keep the returns as nexo or convert them back to BTC as immediately. But what I am finding from the various answers here, is that it's better to look for crypto whose performance outperforms BTC and keep HODL that instead.
I was hoping to reduce some of the speculative aspects of crypto by focusing on a steady interest payment and anchoring my average value on BTC. But I guess the very nature of crypto is highly speculative and that makes it very volatile.
Btw, BNB also tracks BTC very closely as seen in this pic
If you don't mind I'll copy & paste my reply to another commenter:
"I routinely use integrated Firefox I can even choose Europe,Asia,North America problem is - at the receiving end it is identified as such, say,NordVPN or MozillaVPN it is a red flag.
I read one book about offshore banking how some stupid people used fake ID to open offshore bank accounts.
Banks opened accounts, took their money then, after a while, informed these dumbasses that their accounts are temporarily frozen pending investigation lasted years...
Yes,I am a resident of NYS !!! Point fingers at me,laugh your a$$es off...
If it comes to that eventually, I will get a PhD in Geocaching, buy a roll of gold coins and start digging hole in the ground looking over my shoulder."
